I love how friendly everyone is! My nails always look great and I rarely break one. If I do it is usually my fault. They are favorite place for nails, waxing, everything!

I have gone here for months. I use to love this place but lately service has been terrible. They are overwhelmed and do not focus on you. They will hop from customer to customer. They also do not listen to what you tell them. They wont cut the right shape or will cut your nails too short. I have just been so disappointed lately.

I didnt have a great experience this time! I made an appointment and still didnt get seen until a little over an hour after the appointment. Then I thought they understood I wanted gel nail tips and instead ended up getting an awful manicure!! Was told to come back and they would do my nails promptly as I am leaving town tomorrow I dont have a lot of time. Yet here I sit so far for 20 minutes!! I think theyve gotten too big for the excellent work they used to do!

So, to begin when I sat down for my pedicure, the water the lady had ran for me was freezing cold. It took about 10-15 minutes for me to get someones attention to warm it up. Then, the water was so hot it scorched my foot. It was to the point that the rest of the pedicure was painful. I asked for a glass of wine and was told no, coke or water. I understand, I do look young. I was not asked for an ID what so ever. So I assumed they had just sold out. Then the lady proceeded to serve another customer her wine with no issue. Overall the pedicure itself was nice, poor customer service. It was disappointing.

My finger is still red and swollen where I was cut and with a different hygienist my big toe cut as well, both sore three days after the $100 outing. It was cold and 5 customers waited for them to show up on Saturday morning, 30 minutes late! They won’t ask you if you would like a drink, nor is their English good. Skip it worth the drive into Fort Worth!

Friendly and clean! If you’re a little more sensitive in your fingers (like me), I would suggest asking for one of the girls - they’re usually a little more gentle with their work. I LOVE my girls! I’ve also had pedicures done by Son and Dianne and they both did a fantastic job!!

This place has been here for years and are very quick and efficient. I would absolutely recommend this place to a friend.

This place should be your las resort for service.. they take to many customers at ones without having enough staff for everyone. As soon as you get there they tell you to sit on one of there chairs and you wait there for 25 minutes before someone comes to see you.The worst part about the whole think is that you can’t call to complain because they laugh and hang up the phone on you.No respect for customers.

I love going to elite nails to get my nails done! Michelle is one of the best but all the techs are amazing! I never leave unsatisfied!

They are so patient with me lol. Im usually the last one to come in with no appointment near closing time, but I never feel rushed they take their time and make me feel special and pamper me every time..Im indecisive and they are patient with me picking out my color etc.my nine-year-old daughter loves this nail salon to better than any nail salon around Springtown. Worth the 15-minute drive further to Azle. Good people and comfortable atmosphere.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! 😢 I am so embarrassed to show anyone my nails that I just paid $50 for! 😭Came in yesterday to get a new set of nails, I showed the nailed technician the picture on the left. An shimmering pink set of nails, the nail tech told me no problem. What I is what looks like white nails with a very pale shimmer.VERY DISAPPIONTED! My nails look aweful! 😢This place is a either a hit or miss at times and this time I left very disappointed.

Made an appointment for 1pm, sat there 15mins. I guess appointments do not matter.

All I wanted was a manicure. The hour that it took was the problem. My nail person was up and down at the computer the entire time. She painted my nails and then got the lotion and was going to rub my hands/arms and messed up a nail. Since I was only getting a manicure it wasn’t worth her time to be professional and give me her attention! Not going back!

Very friendly. Clean. But did not do a great job in my heels. Otherwise great.

My friends and I decided to go get manicures here. We waited over an hr,for me none of my nails are the same size, theyre lumpy and sharp on the edges bc they did not finish filling them down. Thru had my friend soak her hands in Acitone for an hour and 30 minutes, then proceeded to cut and nic her fingers letting the drill slip 6 times then blamed the acitone for the bleeding. Her nails ended up rough as well. She did not get the design she wanted. I will not be back. Gel cost $40 but so do the kits.

I loved this place before they remodeled, now its all fancy and elegant, and very spacious. Still relaxing and the same friendly people plus a few more that seem to be very friendly and knowledgeable. This has always and still will be my go to for pedicures, manicures, nails, and waxing. Thanks Michelle and your whole crew.

Plenty of people to help you so the wait time isnt very long even when they were super busy. They have nice friendly people and they did an awesome job. They are more affordable than the place I was going. I got the dip on my natural nail and its perfect.

I went with my daughter to get a new set of nails. The place was busy. They sat us down and didn’t change towel, disinfect or nothing. They’re not following guidelines.

Awesome place! The remodel looks amazing and theyre so friendly. I had a broken toenail and they did everything they could do to make it look nice and you cant even tell. Definitely recommend.

I wish I could tell you how great their work was... but both times Ive gone Ive had to wait over 20 minutes... with an appointment. Poor service for sure. I wont give them a 3rd chance to waste my time

I had a appointment was told they overbooked and someone else would help me. The nail tech,I had the appointment with was Ann. She went to the back, wasnt out on floor with customer? I waited a hour had to ask because no one ever updated me, was told it would be another 45 minutes.They could have called to let me know my appointment at three couldnt be taken. I left at that point. I wont go back and would not recommend.

Today I went in for my appoinent time and I was 1of four women wearing a mask and that was scary enough that I noticed how busy they were and how few ladies were wearing a mask. PEOPLE THERES A REAL PANDEMIC GONG ON ITS NOT IMMUNE TO THE NAIL SALONS. Please to the ladies that were there to get their nails done as well as the workers PLEASE PUT YOUR SAFETY FIRST AND EVERYPNE ELSES SECOND. BUT MASK UP. Ive had nails done here before and they do a great job but today it was too scary for me. TOO MANY PEOPLE AND NOT ENOUGH MASKS BEING WORN.

New remodel looks great! They were very busy, but i still only had a 20 minute wait. Diane does a great job on pedicures!

First time I was here was years ago and I didnt go back cause the guy doing it was unprofessional and was too rough. But now went with a girlfriend and they have renovated and was super nice and relaxing, I really enjoyed myself. The only thing I disliked was they never asked if I wanted something to drink.

Very dissatisfied with eyelash extension. I went there a couple of years back for lash extensions. Not very satisfied then but wanted to give them another chance since Michelle is so nice and I usually get my eyebrows waxed there. Made an appointment and Michelle was rushed. Applied way too much glue. Placing glue on skin instead of real lash. Lashes were uneven and when I would blink hard, it was very uncomfortable. One side was way fuller than the other eye. When I got up from table bed to look at lashes in the mirror I noticed towards the inner part of my eye there was a lash missing, then Michelle tried to apply an extension there while I was standing up! Seconds as it dries I noticed the glue was already clumped up and barely hanging on. Ended up charging me $115 after I was quoted $75. I had to remove them right away somewhere else a couple of days later. I was told, my extensions were so horrible and I could of gotten an infection. What usually takes 10 minutes for the removal of lashes took them an hour. I didn’t want to write a bad review but want future customers to be aware. Michelle is super sweet and is the only one who does extensions there but she’s just so bad at it. First time was a bad experience thought I’d give another chance but I was wrong. 2nd experience was way worse!

The first part of my pedicure was great. but then when she got to cutting my cuticles she cut me really bad and while i was almost in tears and yanking my feet away from the lady she continued to cute around the area and file even when i told her to stop she would keep going back to that same spot.

This was my first time trying this place, the guy who did my pedicure did not do a good job. He was distracted the entire time watching TV or looking outside. Did not scrub my feet and the polish is all over my toes. I may try this place one more time but I will definitely not let him do my pedicure. I wasn’t able to get his name.

The lady that did the pedicure cut my nails too short to the point they were bleeding on 3 of my toes. And one of them got infected. Not going here again.

The nail and pedicure service was awful.

Came for a mani and color change. Mani was terrible. Didnt push back my cuticles, just cut a couple. Didnt interact or speak with me hardly at all. No base coat, no top coat. I told him I wanted top coat after he said I was done. He begrudgingly applied the top coat. I dont think he smiled once during my appointment. It was an unpleasant experience. I wont be going back.

I just moved to the area and needed to find a new nail salon that would be closer than the one I have gone to for the past couple years. I have had dip manicures done horribly too many times in the past, so I was nervous to go elsewhere, but they exceeded my expectations! Reasonable price and my nails looked perfect. Will definitely be coming back!

I went to get my nails done and the shop was the only one open. The technician filed my nails so short that they started cutting my finger tips. I started bleeding when they pushed down my cuticles. When it was time to wash my hands some of the towels had blood stains and other stains on the towels. When I told my friend about the towels I think the technician herd me and got up to do something. When it was time for my friend to wash her hands the blood stain towels where gone. When I was trying to find the blood stained towels to show my friend the technician grabbed a towel for us. May I say this place was extremely dirty. When I went to go sit down there was a quesadilla under my seat. They also said that they would help us in 10 minutes but it was more like 40 minutes. I will never go here again!!

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS NAIL SALON!!!!!! There is normally a long wait, but its well worth it! If you go to a nail salon and no one is there, that probably means not many people like it......The lady thats in the very 1st chair is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!! I can never remember names, but she has always gone out of her way to make sure Im COMPLETELY SATISFIED!!!! I highly recommend ELITE NAILS!!!!

Usually no issues, had nails done last week. French dip. White is yellowed, one broke. Went to get pedicure today and nail fixed. Fixed nail looks totally different color. Pedicure, lazy message on legs and didnt touch feet at all. Very disappointed today.

Michelle is wonderful at nails. I get a dip done very 3 weeks. They are strong and thin. She does a very god job. There are deluxe pedicure chairs there as well. Not a Dancy atmosphere but priced great and product is outstanding. I switched after 14 years at deluxe for better quality work and better pricing.

Busy on Saturday mornings. They do good work. Very careful, and caring.

Never in my 63 years have I had a pedicure or manicure this detailed and Worth the money. Will continue to go there! Cheryle

Took 4 hours to get a set of nails, color change on my toes and brow waxed. They left my fingers soaking for so that my old set got stuck all over my hands and dried them out. They didnt even cover my whole nail with the new set. I will never go back. Horrible atmosphere as well. Not welcoming!

Michelle does a wonderful job doing my nails. I have been going to elite nails for about 4 years now. Never disappointed.

When I went to elite nails they badly cut my cuticles and my fingers were very sore and tender and they never rechecked my nails when they were done. They just got up and said all done. Worst experience ever. I will never go back again.

I feel like this place is hit and miss. Sometimes they do a great job and other times they suck so bad I leave nearly in tears. My pedicure polish is streaky and they didnt even bother cleaning up the polish under or behind the nail. Today the color dip I got was no where near what I picked and act as if its my fault for picking it. I wouldnt recommend this place without an appointment with the only girl there that does a decent job.

Last time I was there, I was 8 1/2 months pregnant with my son. Havent been there in almost 4 years. Went in the other day and the older lady asked me how my son was doing. Asked how my sister was doing. She remembered everything from 4 years ago. They care about their customers. The older lady is the only one in azle that I will let do my eyebrows and she does a good job everytime. They take time to listen to what you want. I refuse to go to any other nail salon. I recommend elite nails to everyone!!
