Me and my aunt came into the nail shop the day I was moving away as a little last bonding moment but when we got our toes done the nail tech ask me what color then proceed to put a glittery green on my toes i haven’t had glitter on my toes since I was 10 but that’s not even the bad part the nail tech didn’t do my nails correctly and you can clearly see the parts where it came out practically transparent and I can’t go back because I moved to Florida so now im stuck with this terrible work. I used to love going here I never had a problem but this is just unacceptable.

Part two of our Father and Son day.We decided to go to this salon based on previous feedback.We both had pedicures with paraffin wax.Its nothing like a great pedicure and LV Nails did an exceptional job.Very friendly service and more importantly, great hands.

They are very accommodating and reasonably priced while also offering the best pedicure I have ever had while traveling.

Called at 7pm when they were closing at 7:30 & Vic squeezed me in for a mani/pedi. I had stubbed my toe and he made my two awkward toes look good. Prices are reasonable too!

Literally the WORST experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone. The tech who “partially” did my nails seems extremely inexperienced. My nails were different lengths and crooked. When I asked that they correct them, after telling me that it was nothing wrong with them, someone else came and made them shorter and proceeded to polish them (clear - considering this was supposed to be an Ombre - Pink/White Set), before the shaping was complete. I paid them and left, nails unpolished. Completely dissatisfied.

Cute lowekey place. Nails turned out cute. I had an issue with payment, called and spoke with someone. They were able to resolve my issue by next morning.

I love this place! They accommodate children and definitely made my little girl feel like a princess! The quality is always amazing and I always feel welcome! I love the dip and Im always happy with my results!

Sorry they just aren’t good! Took the end of my eyebrow off and denied it as if I don’t know how my brows usually look after being done. I specifically said I just want them shaped but they look a mess .Just not good work even with nails that I got done in the past. Stop trying to sell pedicure add ons and focus on the work itself .Needs a lot of improvement

I read the reviews before I tried and unfortunately I am one of the victims of paying for a gel manicure that has chipped within 2 days. I can get that result for free at home.

Just awful. I use to really love this place. I went backFor the first time in a year last weekend and I will not be back. I was charged $50 for a full set shellac which is way over priced for one and for two my nails are way too long when I specially said for them to be short. I have paint chipped off already, a few of my nails are crooked, and had polish all over my hands when I walked out of there. Maybe if the nail tech hadn’t been making face time calls the whole time while doing my nails she could have done a better job.This place is a joke. Take your money else where.

Terrible job on my toenails. The dryers they use on your feet are a joke so loud making all kinds of noise so you can put your foot between two fans very unprofessional

Worst experience. Went to get a nail repair and my nail was crooked and it was not coffin shaped like at all. The older lady did my nails and didn’t shape my nails correctly at all. My nails look nothing a like. Thankfully I am a cosmetologist and fixed my own nail the way I like it done. Sad to say I had to pay for my terrible nail. Won’t be back. Ever.

Got shellac got home and thumb nail is pealing up. Do not have time to get it fixed . Way over priced.

I initially gave them five stars (see below). Ive actually stopped getting my nails done here because I didnt enjoy my last two visits. On one the women who never did my nails kept telling me how badly I need to get my eye brows done. Grant you I need them to be touched up a little however they way this woman approached me & described the condition of my brows was totally unprofessional and offensive not to mention overly exaggerated. The next time I visited I watched a shouting match between this same women and another customer needless to say I left. I go to the nail salon to relax and enjoy my experience. When Im unable to do that then this is no longer the place for me.The best nail care experience Ive had in a long time. I stop by this shop because I didnt want to drive across town to my normal nail salon.The salon was neat and clean. The staff was very nice/friendly and took pride in doing a good job.After this experience I will be going back in two weeks for a fill-in and pedicure.

Ive been going here for a few months, however due to a recent experience on 9/13 Ill never return! The tech stated she wasnt able to do a very basic design (for lines in different colors outlining sqaure shaped nail). Also she nipped me several times with the nail drill and my shellac/dip powder set looks like a kid did them! They look very unprofessional! TIP: When youre getting paid for a service,you shouldnt be more focused on the TV or in everyone elses conversation while attending to customers. Its also dangerous while holding a drill. I let the owner know and even said excuse me to ensure she heard me....She never looked up and the customers nails that she was doing frowned. I stated Id be following up with a formal complaint and then she decides to get up. Ridiculous! They are incredibly short staffed as well!

First time coming here, and Ill definitely be going back. My nails look great. They are nice people. Place is big and clean.

I was being difficult with what I wanted and yet they managed to send me out with the biggest smile on my face. I just got a color I would never even think of and I am in LOVE.

Didnt have to wait long. Helen did my fill in. I could see right through the Polish she put on one coat. I needed another fill in within 3 days.

This was my first time going. I have gone to other places with inconsistent results. Overall I am pleased. The gel color feels a bit tacky. I will see how it lasts.

Will never go here again. Paid $55 on Sunday the next day a nail fell off the whole nail they put a new one on and it was totally different than other nails ugh. Then after a few days another one came off to had them taken off and new set put on at different place after only a week.

One of the older ladies made 4 out of 10 nails crooked, there are dents in my nails from poorly applied acrylic... she did good on my eyebrow wax and okay with the pedicure.. the guy seemed very nice and was very entertaining with the few customers that was there... I’ve removed my nails and won’t be returning

Ive been going here for a year and they do an amazing job.

Went here on a whim because my normal nail salon is closed on mondays and I needed a pedicure bad. Decided to get my nails done as well. Terrible decision on my part. They are sloppy and too thick in spots, she filed my nails incredibly crooked, and sliced open the skin on multiple fingers because she kept filing my skin instead of my nails. Clumps of dip was left under my nails as well. Will NOT be going back!

I went in on a Friday afternoon and was waited on immediately, which I appreciated. I needed a plain manicure (no shellac) just to clean up my hands because my job tears them up pretty badly. Unfortunately the the technician who worked on me was very unfriendly and actually a bit rude to be quite honest. She rushed through the whole manicure and it was super, super sloppy. I treated my sister (who’s experience wasn’t much better than mine) to a manicure as well and as I went to pay and leave a tip, the technician had the nerve to ask me to leave an 8 dollar tip for both manicures instead of 7. I will definitely never waste my money here again. It was for sure the worst experience I’ve ever had in a nail salon. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Best place Ive been to. Shelac lasts a full 3 weeks. Service is great! When theres a wait, not very long. And theyre open on Sundays!

Ive been here on 3 occasions and Ive had 3 different technicians working on me. They all have done a wonderful job.

I went there a week ago 2 get acrylic nails.I went into the salon hoping that everything was going 2 go great. It didnt. The man that did my nails kept swearing. He was constantly drooping f booms. He did my nails awful. After about 2 days 1 of my baild fell off after I was just pressing a button on my t.v. remote. And its been about a week and 1 day and I have 6 nails left. And lets just say I am young and paid 30 dollars and well it was the worst 30 dollars I ever spent. Btw if u want shellac it will be 50 dollars. It is very over priced. If I could gibe them 0 stars trust me I would. I hope this was helpful.

Terrible service. My nails are shaped horrible I kept asking the woman to put more acrylic b/c my nails looked thin. She didn’t even know what she was doing the guy they have working there is so aggressive. First and LAST time I’ll go. This place honestly needs to be shut down!

Nails were dented and not smooth on my birthday they screwed it up and i went bak two days later because my nail cracked to tge nail bed and they put arcrylic and made me pay more money in total i payed 75 dollars when i shouldnt have to pay nothing
