Down to earth, welcoming, and friendly. Took great care of details and making sure I got what I wanted, yet conscious of budget. I felt at home an willdlike I made a new friend, I will be back! Looking at the reasons for some of the bad reviews, take them with a grain of salt. I witnessed first hand how hard they tried to call back missed calls and take care of making appointments, yet keep working at the same time. Support small business!

Purchased a Groupon and had cancelled a previous based off of this ones pricing. Needed to get my nails done for my birthday before I went out of town. Called several times no calls were returned. Decided to drive up there. Missing signage. Building looked closed which is confusing when voicemail states business hours were from 11-6. Praying I get my money back so I can still get my nails done. Extremely disappointed.

Unbelievably unprofessional. Purchased a groupon and scheduled an appt with Tahlia on the website. She texted me an hour before and asks if I could come in later that day due to a family emergency. I said yes thats fine. After getting a babysitter for my kids so I could go, she texted me 20 min before and said she cant make it. I told her Ill just go somewhere else, she said go ahead and do that and said she was being very accommodating! I was the one who was working around her schedule all day. She also said she doesnt usually do same day appt for Groupon, even though her website clearly allowed it. Seems like they just dont wanna deal with groupon buyers because they think were cheap even though its the exact same price.

I fought out about this place on Groupon. Call multiples times before getting a appointment. And when I finally got in contact with someone they responded back with a text message. The young lady that did my nail was amazing she took her time and the finish product was nice!!! I made a appointment with her before I left. When it was time for my text appointment something came up and I needed to reschedule. Once again I Call multiple times leaving voicemails no answers. Finally talk with the owner I explain to her that I had a appointment @ 12pm I needed to check a later time or reschedule, she stated that she didn’t have the appointment book with her text her the times I was available and she would checks the books and let me know, then I ask her did she have anything later that day she stated no she was book!!! I text her two times that I would like to go, she responded back by saying ok..... No confirmation!!!!!! So I call that following morning left a voicemail stating no one call me back, she call me back a few hours later making it seem to be my fault by telling me I had 3 cancel appointments that she received through texts massages????? I stated that I never received a call back just a ok for two time slots that I could come!!! I thought it was very unprofessional!!!!! I would not be going back to this shop...

Very unprofessional. We booked for appointment almost 3 times well in advance and everytime it was cancelled. Also they never pick up the calls and always giving reason that they are less number of staff for cancellation.

I was able to make 2 appointments same day. Good customer service, attentive, and professional. Ill be going back!

I loved my experience here. but DONT TRUST GOOGLE MAPS! It thinks her shop is in the expressway! ugh. Its next to Nicholas party shoppe and prime grill. Ive recently submitted an edit to Google maps about this, hopefully they fix it.my technician was great, a joy to chat with and professional. She did a beautiful job and my nails looked great for the longest time. I finally had to pick off the gel myself because i couldnt afford to come back in when i needed to *sadly* I meant to write this review a while ago but im bad at remembering these things.

I bought a Groupon for this place it is a mile from my house. I called three times to try and get an appointment. I only ever got answering machine. Left my information but never received a call back. Decided to just drive up to the place. It was Friday July 26th at 3:00 pm. No one was there. Lights off. Hours of operation had been scratched off the door. The sign above the building was gone. Do not buy a Groupon for this place it is a scam! Had to get a trade in on Groupon.

A Groupon was purchased, and I was really excited to try out the place. However, when I called to set up an appointment (the only stipulation in the Groupon), I was told I couldnt have one on Saturday with a Groupon. This is not stated in their Groupon. Also, the person answering the phone was clearly very busy, which I guess I take as a good sign, but was a little short on the phone. Due to my schedule, I had to return the Groupon and go elsewhere that accommodates people with busy schedules and needing Saturday appointments. The business needs to specify on the Groupon all the limitations - not doing so is very poor business practice and is deceptive when ordering a Groupon.

I purchased a Groupon for this nail salon based on the reviews and pic online. Because of my work schedule and their hours, I need to make an appointment (per Groupons instructions as well). However, I spoke to the owner once (a month ago) about making an appointment; she was supposed to call back never did. For the past three weeks Ive been calling and texting with no response. This is very unprofessional and has put a very sour taste in my mouth.
