Giving 5 stars for Mike and Paul!!! I get a full set every time i go in and i have mike or paul do them because they are so talented and take their time to make sure my nails look perfect! I don’t trust people with my nails but i will let them freestyle on mine and they make sure i’m happy throughout my appointment. Super relaxing atmosphere, great pedicure options, and very peaceful music with low lighting. Mary does my eyebrows and she’s great.

I just got charged for the I want to say 5th time now, for a visit I definitely did not make. I stopped going to this place months ago and they’re still charging me. Fraud is definitely being done here, and there’s no way they don’t have any access to the old machine. I’ve reached out to the owner several times and she has not once offered to cover the charges. My bank says because I have been there in the past that they cannot tell if it’s fraud or not. So I’ve been replacing the money that’s been debited from my account out of my own pocket. I wish I had never stepped foot in this salon. Beware.

The staff is very nice and friendly. I love my nails...the price is up there but you get what you pay for. I felt so bad for the owner...she seemed to be having some problems with her credit card machine that she no longer have. Ive never seen someone cry because their customers were being charged for services they didnt receive due to this fraudulent credit card processing company. I hope everything works out for them and the customers but until then just pay cash here. Ill definitely be returning!

I thoroughly enjoy my experience at this spa... My only suggestion would be to bring cash to pay for your services. The staff was friendly and professional and welcoming... And they are very skilled with doing pedicures and manicures My nails came out perfect.

I was charged for services I never received, 8 moths after I visited the salon.My card was randomly charged without my permission.Update:The same day I shut off my card, they fraudulently charged me again.My boyfriend called them to ask why and she confesses someone has all of the credit card machine information and told him to report it to the bank.She claims the police know, but we are going to make sure the police know and file a police report.Do everything you can to get your money back.Have your bank go through your charges to them with you. Dispute every single one.She lied to me when I asked her in person last week, the first time I was fraudulently charged.She told me that I paid 8 months ago, but it “didn’t go through” so she “hired a lawyer after going $23,000 in debt because the card machine didn’t actually charge the people.”My bank said that was 100% BS and card machines do not save your card numbers; only people do. The bank said she likely took pictures of my card and my signature.

Good quality nails but I feel like fraud is being committed. I’ve been charged multiple times for a one time service that I already paid in full about a month ago. Just recently checking my bank statement today online and again I’ve been charged 150$ from them. I’m going to the bank to cancel my card. I called Q nails tan hair spa but after the second time being on hold they stopped answering. This was a very unpleasant experience and now after looking at the other reviews I can see there’s a recent amount of fraud increasing coming from this place .

I use to love coming here. I stopped going because each visit they slowly started charging me more and more. I have not used my card in almost 6 months with them and this business stole my card info. They charged me 4 different transactions that weren’t mine for a total of almost $400!!!! Watch your bank statements if you have gone here. I would avoid this place at all costs. They stole my Info and I’m sure I’m not the first or last person they’re doing this to.

A whole lot of scamming and fraudulent activity going on. Haven’t received a service here since March and my card has been charged at least 5 times since then. Owner claims her credit card company owes her $23,000 but I don’t know what that has to do with her over charging me. Save yourself the trouble and do not take your business here.

I’m giving this place 3 stars only because the lady who did my nails took her time and did an excellent job on my shape. However after telling her my concerns with a previous salon and showing her what was going on she brushed it of as something going on with their curing or my previous nail tech just didn’t know what they were doing. I left after my fill in feeling confident I had just found my new nail home, and woke up to this this morning. Needless to say I’m not happy.

Rating 5 stars for Mike and Paul!!!! i get a manicure and pedicure just about every time i go in and i have Mike or Paul do them because they’re AWESOME! he takes his time and makes sure you’re happy with your nails throughout your appt. other times i’ve gotten mine done by someone else, i haven’t been happy (Anne is also good). super relaxing atmosphere, low lighting and peaceful music. mary does my eyebrows and she’s great too.

Been getting my nail art done with Ann for about two years now. Absolutely amazing and flawless work (people are always complimenting my nails). She is unbelievably creative with her designs and is very patient and detail oriented. Would not go elsewhere. Thank you Ann!!!

I am writing this review due to my horrible experience at Q nail tan hair spa. I was not going to take this route of writing a review until I called the owner to discuss my disappointing experience, and she was overly rude and not accommodating. To start, my friend and I called hours before our appointment and scheduled a full set and pedicure at 5:15. We arrived on time, and my treatment did not begin until 5:45, yet my friends pedicure started at 5:20. I overlooked that because sometimes things happen. My technician came over and had to keep asking the technician that was treating my friend what to do next and what products to use. My friend and I chose the same pedicure, but my technician skipped many of the things this pedicure offered. Also somehow, although my pedicure started 20 minutes after my friend, mine was finished as hers was still being done. After my pedicure, I showed my technician a picture of the nails I wanted and was extremely disappointed by what I received. The only thing I asked is that they were a bit shorter with no design. My nails are not a shape that anyone would ask for, they are not smooth, they are crooked and they are severely grown out after 7 days. She applied matte finish to the glitter nail which I did not ask for either. She also cut two of my fingers deep, and took off her glove to apply pressure to my cut to stop it from bleeding. I am sorry, but that is extremely unsanitary and I dont know who or what her hands had touched that day. When finishing I still tipped her $20 because its not her fault her boss allows her to treat clients without being fully trained. When tipping with my debit card, the owner asked if I can tip in cash because it is better for the tech. The reason I did not complain on this day is because the lighting was terrible in the facility and I just wanted to get home after sitting in a nail salon for 3 hours and having a bad experience. I dont want a refund, I dont want a do over, I will never come to this salon again!

Anne is my go to girl! This salon always does an amazing job and they always nail the crazy photos of nail inspiration I show them. But if you go to anyone, go to Anne and Paul.Edited to say they didnt cut my fingers, thats my own horrible doing.

This should not have taken over an hour, the lady started my pedicure and kept leaving for 10-15 and then would come back. Worst service I have had at a nail salon by far.

DO NO COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO TO BE STOLEN BY THEM!!!! They’ll charge you months later for services you never received from them. Then when you call to ask them about it they just keep hanging up. Avoid this place at all costs.

BEWARE FRAUD!!!!!!! My wife use to come here and hasn’t been here in 7 months and they had the nerve to charge our card she never had services for. The total they charged ended up being almost $500!! Beware of this business. There’s some sketchy stuff going on here.

My mother and I came in, and my mother got her nails done for the first time in 25 years. My mom doesn’t understand nail terms and the lady kept up-selling her manicure because my mother didn’t know better. What started as a simple dip manicure on natural nails ended up a full set with extras that we weren’t told were extra until we paid. Very upset with the fact that we didn’t get what we asked for. We wanted just an inexpensive little excursion, and ended up spending almost $100. Won’t be returning.

Yet, I still went because its the only decent place around that Ive found. Yesterday, I went in after a long time away. Lisa was amazing, she took her time, and took pride in her work. They are amazing!!! Always friendly and accommodating. I always see Mike because he fits a fantastic job on my nails EVERY time!! I would highly recommend them for all of your nail services. They also do full body waxing and tanning although Ive never tried those services.

1/31/2021 Update:I love this salon. I’ve been a client for several years. The entire team at Q Nail Tan is great! An has been making my nails pretty for more than 3 years. 😊 She and others do a wonderful job.They also offer tanning, spray tans and eyebrow shaping.

My husband bought me a gift certificate for my birthday to get a pedicure and my nails done. I dont think the lady who was doing my nails knew what she was doing. Everytime I tried to talk to her she didnt respond. Its not because she didnt understand, she wasnt Asian and could speak English very well. She had an attitude each time I was telling her how I wanted my nails. I am sorry if I am paying $45 I want my nails done the way I want. I was treated well by the other workers. I dont think I will ever return.

This place is amazing very clean respectful and professional in every aspect. Would definitely recommend this place And if youre ticklish and think you cant handle a pedicure this is the place to come hot towels hot rock leg massage. Insane feeling of pure bliss. My feet feel so amazing.

I really love this place. Its best to make an appointment for nails but well worth it. The front desk person (not sure if owner or manager) is beyond welcoming. She makes sure you have everything you need and even checks on you during the visit. I havent been disappointed and Im a picky person🤷‍♀️. Love love love this place. This place is amazing!!!! They have been doing my nails and toes for some time now but just recently I used their spray tan machine and was terrified because I didn’t want to look orange. It’s seriously the best machine. As long as u follow the instructions its really even and looks natural! Highly recommended and My new go to for spray tanning for sure!

Ive had an excellent experience every time I have gone to Q-Nails for manis and pedis. Its a bit of a drive for me but SO well worth it. I have tried a few places right by me but none have been able to compare with the extraordinary service we receive at Q.

Amazing customer service! This is my first time here and everyone was super nice, I brought my dad to get his first mani pedi and then got the level 3 tan which was also amazing. They have everything here and I strongly suggest it :)

The tanning here is very nice it’s affordable and the manager has excellent upgrade options. They have 1 high pressure bed 15 minutes it’s a great deal if you get a package then upgrade!!! Come here for tanning Farmington hills and Livonia :)

I’ve just done tanning at the salon, great prices, the longest I’ve had to wait was 5 mins. They get you in and out pretty quickly. I would recommend this establishment.

I got my eyebrows waxed and nails done. While my eyebrows were great, she gave this awful massage afterwards it made me have the worst headache ever. My nails looked great when I walked out the door, and the lady promised me a ten day warranty. Two days later 3 of them broke and then the next day four more after that. When I called them to ask if I could just have them removed they said I would have to pay for it. But they would give me new ones for free???? Makes no sense. The lady who did my nails as very quite and uninterested in anything I had to say. She also had a bedbug crawling on her shirt which makes me question the cleanliness of that store.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Went tanning here-the prices were affordable and tanning beds were great quality. Tanning area was clean and had lovely holiday music playing. I will be coming back!

I got a mani/pedi here because I came to spray tan (& had some time after the tan). My first time spray tanning ever & the gal from reception helped me. Some may say she’s a little brusk but I know she was only trying to make sure I fully understood (in order to get the best results possible). What a fantastic (expensive) machine that is...I got a beautiful, even, natural-looking spray tan. The mani/pedi chairs are comfy & the atmosphere is luxuriously quiet (absent the chatter) & also somewhat dark. The sink reservoirs have a pendant lamp over it so the pedicurist can see well with. They have good products & colors. Having gotten a nail fungus from a DIFFERENT nail salon in the past, I am particular when it comes to clean. Q-Nails was clean & they did an all-around great job.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Over charge for everything! Even $5 more for different polishes! DARKTAN is $25 for verses pro (same spray tan) and they don’t charge extra for clear and you can do a stand up tan- this place is $36 justFor spray and then $20 more to do clear... super rude the tech told me “HURRY UP!” Because I wanted to change my polish color- then told me to leave 2 minutes after polishing because he was tryinh to leave- next day 1 nail broke, I went back and they told me I have to wait 2 hours to fix 1 nail because they have appointments... they couldn’t give me 5 minutes to fix 1 nail... then wanted to sell me the opi color for $9 that was opened because they couldn’t fix a broken nail... rude and over priced! Go anywhere else at this point!!!

VERY clean, Dim lighting is relaxing, they did a good job and I loved the neck massage after, only thing is They charged me $15 extra for cat eye shellac and other salons dont, I think its a little expensive. They have price upgrades on the nicer shellacs, everything should be the same price. I have never seen a salon do this before.

Absolutely love everything here. Paul always does my nails perfect, which is hard because I have OCD and my eyebrows are always perfect. Love the tanning beds!! Ann does my daughters nails and is so patient with her. Ann also does my moms nails which like me is hard to do because she is OCD!!

The only reason I’m even giving this place two stars is because it was pretty clean. That’s where the praise ends. The tech must have argued with me 4-5 times about the way I like my nails. Then some woman came up to me and tried to sell me on colored powder and shellac for a good few minutes. I finally had to be stern about what I wanted (and DIDNT want) all the while my daughter was sitting there next to me waiting for a manicure. The tech made me bleed on two different fingers before I piped up and reminded him that my damn fingers are attached to me! Then when I went to cash out, the same woman who tried to sell me a bunch of things I didn’t want, had the audacity to as me to leave a cash tip. Needless to say, we won’t be back.

ANN does AMAZING pink & white gel nails, unfortunately due to the owner/woman at the front counter, I will NOT be returning to see Ann. The owner is the rudest, most unhelpful, person I have come across in a long time. I only got a pedicure here one time, I felt that the dim lighting was to hide something. I also found it unethical for there to be different prices for certain polishes. The owner was always trying to charge me a higher price for my service than what is listed on their website. I always went in dreading the fact that I would have to battle with her over the price at the end. Ann was always a pleasure to deal with and it is very unfortunate that she will likely lose income over the BULLY at the front counter. I have NEVER done a google review, not even one, but this woman pushed me to do so with her bad attitude. Could be a coincidence, but thought I should mention, I used my credit card at Q-Nail one time and shortly after it was frauded. You should let someone else collect the money and schedule the appointments so that your technicians do not lose more business, you are not fit to deal with the public.

My mother and I have been long-standing customers and unfortunately after our experience today, we will no longer be going back. Today my mother was getting a pedicure and selected a color that was an OPI infinity shine color. The owner informed her it was an extra $5 charge. My Mom was 100% fine with this and proceeded to get the color.Once we had finished our services and paid for everything, I received a call from the owner stating that she had forgotten to charge my Mom the $5 for the infinite shine and that she would be adding it to the charge on her credit card. My Mom called the salon and spoke with her, telling her that it was not her fault that she forgot to charge her the $5 and to not charge her card anything additional (is this illegal to do without a customer present?) Anyways, the owner argued with her and told her it was not fair and then proceeded to hang up on her.This is not the first time we have had an experience like this here. We’ve come to this salon every 2 weeks for over 2 years and will no longer give our business after today. As a business owner, if you forget to charge someone, that’s on you. You do not call your customer and add a charge to their credit card. But really what lost us as customers is the fact that she hung up on my Mother. Also, why is it an extra $5 charge for a regular polish that requires NO extra work? I feel they gouge customers on prices here. My Mom was once charged an extra $5 for a glitter top coat and the owner did the same thing, completed the transaction, and then stated she forgot to charge for the extra $5 and asked my Mom to pay it. We had not left at this point and my Mom reluctantly paid even though, once again, it was HER fault she forgot to charge.Extremely disappointed, and as someone who works in customer service, I was absolutely appalled. We will never be back.

I love this place. They always treat me like a princess, my feet look awesome, and the chairs are just what is needed after a long day at work. A nice foot massage and back massage, all at once.! Enjoy.

I should have just set my $60 on fire rather than waste it on a pedicure and shellac manicure at this place! I rarely splurge on myself, so was expecting a nice, relaxing time pampering myself. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I was rushed along (one person working on my feet, while another starting cutting my long natural finger nails really short, as I sat in the chair getting my pedicure,(without even asking if I wanted them cut)! TERRIBLE JOB AND UNFRIENDLY PEOPLE!!

They lose their appt. Book so you are treated as a walk in or you have to wait forever for an appt. You made or the worst is that Ann has an attitude and wont take you so you have to see someone you dont want its awful. Will never go back

I miss having Ann do my nails. Had a good experience with most everyone...except the woman at the front desk. She messed up my appointment on more than 1 occasion, and she did not care. This is the first person you talk to when calling, and first person you see when going in. Definitely not good business sense. Was going there for over a year, and had sent customers there.

A boy did my nails, i got acrylics. he took a very long time, and after taking so long, some were crooked. they’re good at eyebrows though, but the massage after is uncomfortable.

Ive gone there a few times for a pedicure and its been ok, but the last two times a younger man waited on me and he did a terrible job. And not only did I have to ask him to clean up the spots he missed, he asked if I could tip him in cash rather than on my card since it took longer for him to get that money. Boy was that rude! Also, like another review said, every time Im there, they ask you to like them on Facebook.

Great staff, I practically fall asleep during pedicures. My pedicures have lasted longer than any other salon in the area, even when on vacation and submerged in the pool for days at a time.

I tried finding a place where i can get a mani and a padi after work and no one had their nail artist around the day i wanted to come in so i found this place took a quick appointment and went. Im kind of opinionated when it come to manis and padis and i have to say the guy that was working with me was really good!! Not very pricey either. U feel pampered. Even though i went right before they close they stayed and refused to let me out before my nails dry. I have to say the shop is kind of dim, but who care they are amazing people and they do a great job... My nails looks great and ill enjoy looking at them for a while now☺️☺️

Poor customer service. Patron for years and tip very well. Had a nail overlay chipped three days ago and returned for a repair. Was charged for the service. Hope the $3 dollars was worth the $600 they will loose annually from me - will not be returning.

This was the worst experience I ever had with a salon I ended up walking out half done because the woman was so rude unprofessional and after speaking with the person who referred me to the salon they said the woman is always unpleasant. SMH

Now I am not a picky, negative, always complain about every single thing, person. But I wont be returning. They dont say hello when you walk in or say thank you when you leave, but they can ask you a million times to like their Facebook page. I had to ask for a second coat of nail polish and had to tell them 4 times what I wanted done with my nails. Ive gone here a few times and always paid the same price because I get the same thing done. $15 for an acrylic fill in. But today they charged me for every single repair and cut down and such. I have never paid more than $15. I was never charged for a repair or a cut down EVER. My repairs were as minor as they could possibly get and always are if I ever need repairs So what is even included in the price they list on their menu? There were 4 other people in there who questioned their bill too. Im not cheap. I work in business and take pride in my appearance. I go every 2 weeks for a fill in. But today was just a bad experience. My mom was in there a week ago and they didnt charge her for a cut down.. so?
