The pedicure was good. They were friendly, I got waited on right away. The place could be cleaner. So some TLC would be welcomed.

Had never been to this nail salon before. My usual one was too busy and this was close to home. Guy told me they had time. Took about 20min to finally get the pedicure done. It was ok but when I asked how long before I could put on sandals she told me not today. Who ever heard such a thing. She thought I should go out in flimsy foam flip flops! No way was that going to happen. She was rude and said I could put on the sandals but my feet wouldnt be dry for hrs. I have never had that problem before. Wont be back. I dont think they care.

This is my third time going to this salon. Usually my nails are fine, but this time they are horrible. I got them done today and they look terrible. I still tipped and paid, but I won’t go back. I got a pink and white. You can see the white underneath the pink and the white is nearly half the size of my entire nail bed. I’m so disappointed.

I called to see if I could get my eyebrows arched but I didnt want them waxed. The lady that answered the was extremely rude. She said I dont know and the lady that does the eyebrows isnt in. I asked her what time does she gets in and she said she doesnt know sometimes she comes in and sometimes she dont. Like you guys dont have a set schedule? I asked if she could call the eyebrow tech and relay the message. She said no she is busy and hung up in my face! You just lost a potential customer!

Very friendly clean nice place

Had an appt and got there they said he wouldnt be there for an hour after the scheduled time. I guess they dont understand the reason for having an appointment. I went somewhere else and they did a fabulous job.

My eyebrows needed immediate attention, So, this shop was on my way home. I stopped in and was greeted by Lindsey, she not only waxed my eyebrows but she fixed them. Great job, I might add. Lindsey also changed my toe polish, she didnt just change it, she cut them down, filed them, then changed the color! Fantastic job, I think I may have found a New Eyebrow tech..Thanks

Great place! My nails needed to be extended, and then dipped. They turned out absolutely beautiful.

Not recommended. Arrived one hour before closing. Three employees present. None working. The place was a mess, with boxes and products all over the place. I asked if there was enough time before closing for a dip manicure. I was assured that was not a problem. Unfortunately, there was no manicure involved (which I needed), and she rushed through my dip so fast that the next day the top coat began to peel off of 5 nails. I was watching the news on the TV, but one of the gals who wasnt working decided to turn it off. My first clue that there was going to be a problem with my dip should have been that my gal said to come back if anything went wrong so that she could fix it. We (me and all 3 employees) were out of the building 1/2 an hour before closing. I will not return.

Not very friendly and looks messy. 1 guy was doing nails. 1 lady was doing pedis. Ended up walking out because I knew it would be a long wait. Price menu also lacks detail on what exactly comes with all services.

Lindsey gave me the most relaxing and amazing pedicure Ive ever gotten! She was thorough and took her time. I will be coming back just for her!!

Went here for the shellac pedicure and it was very nice and efficient the young lady that I had was very professional communicated with me and was very nice. I have received several compliments on my pedicure I will go back.

My first time going to this location. Called in to schedule for a pedicure. Was able to walk right in without needing an appointment. The spa is very clean, slightly used chairs but all together a nicely updated and clean place. Unfortunately the lady who gave me the pedicure did not speak English, but she was incredibly nice and thorough with the service. I plan to go to this location again.

First time going & I was able to walk right in last minutes after 8pm on Valentines weekend! I got a pedicure and the lady really took her time and cleaned shape my toenails so neat & pretty! The bottom of my feet was baby smooth! The environment is so peaceful & serene, the staff was very polite. I will definitely be back for another visit!

Worst place I’ve ever been to. Went the first time and they did a great job. Came back again and the older lady (maybe owner) was on the phone cussing the whole time, she used 1 hand on me. For a “pedicure” if you can call it that, she rubbing lotion on each leg 2ce... she did a French with no base coat, 1 top coat, it looks horrible. Then when I go to pay $30 the man had an attitude because they took 45 minutes do I could not get my nails done I was out of time. He threw my CC on the counter back to me. Then they hovered over me while I was signing, so I left $3 I should have deducted money honestly. Go anywhere else. She sat on the phone the whole time gave no attention to what she was doing nor did she care. My feet look worse then when I came in.

I got a full set of acryillics,coffin styled, and the man who did them was fast and gentle and efficient. My nails look wonderful. Ill defeintly come back

Have had my nails done several times. Shellac polish lifts and peels, acrylic nails always have a ridge around cuticle so when they grow out and you run your hands through your hair, your hair gets caught and rips out. They are also super slow and not time concious.

The first time I went here my shellac was in giant blobs on my nails took them over 2 hrs just to get it semi decent. The second time I went here they made me feel like a bother o was the only person in there I loved the color of my new shellac but not even 2 hrs after leaving it chipped so I went back and they half ass fixed it and here I am 4 days out with my shellac and yet again the same nail chipped again in the same spot. This us the worst place ever, and they are dirty there was nail dust all over my chair and the tables. I will be going here for them to fix my second chip but after that never again. Save your time and money and go somewhere else

I am picky with my nails and service. AAA staff does well and I love their powder dip. They have literally hundreds of colors!

Came in with my mother as walk ins for pedicures. No one in the place except the owner. He gets stations set up but never mentioned that he had to call someone to come in to do our nails. Two people come in after us and he starts one womans manicure, still without saying anything to us. After I ask he says someones coming in 10 minutes. Well, only one person shows up to do our nails so we have an extra long wait. Were told the owner doesnt like to do feet. I will say the girl who did our nails was friendly. But, I still wont be coming back here.

Pedicure was great, disappointed in shellac manicure, I went yesterday and I would say $30 is average for a shellac manicure, and justifiable when it lasts at least 2 weeks. Im just very irritated that the shellac is pooled up at the bottom, and coming up on my cuticles. Its probably going to peel off completely seeing that it is already starting to. I havent even had it on 24 hours. A simple clean up with a brush would have left me leaving a 5 star review, but of course I couldnt communicate that with my nail tech... not sure if it was laziness? Super annoyed and wont be back for shellac.

We went there 3 times hoping that theyll improve but none had happened. They dont even understand you. You have to sign language for them to understand and their work is not artistic at all. They messed up my daughters eyebrows and I went to remove my acrylic nail and they did a very poor job and the 3rd time my daughter went to do acrylic and it was very poorly done ( Im pretty sure its the manager who did them because I saw her picture on their FB page.) Now, my daughter and I dont wanna even step our foot there.Again and again THEY SUCK

This salon has new owners. The salon has been redone and looks fresh and clean compared to what it was. The manager and techs are very nice and friendly. The previous owners would argue in front of the customers and the nail jobs were just ok. My friend and I went yesterday and got mani/pedis and they did a great job. Give them another chance if you havent been back. Youll like the change and prices are very reasonable.

Horrible...i have been going here for a while now. they do bad job on pedicure if you do regular. they do good job if you say you are getting deluxe. only one person knows how to do manicure properly. ladies there do not speak or understand english for them to know when they do poor job on shellac. i had to go back each time after getting shellac done to get them to fix it. they put shellac all the way up to your cutical and skin. it starts to come off in just a day.unless you are for deluxe service they give you really bad mani/pedi. do not go here for shellac unless its done by owner who is never free even after making appointments.during busy time they have family/friends come and work who are not professional and doesnt know how to do proper mani/pedi.

I got a mani-pedi and my eyebrows done and my friend got just a manicure and they did a great job all around bravo lol it didnt hurt like the last place I got my nails done at and it was very relaxing with a great pain job too, the young girl free handed the crown that I have on my middle finger and she did a great job

Go here if you like being frantically shuffled around, left to sit alone once at a station for 10+ minutes, have your nail tech argue with you when you wish to have a different color, and a sub-par shillac that started lifting after the 3rd day.Waste of money.
