Brought my wedding set in to be soldered, when they found I needed most of my prongs replaced. I couldve lost my main diamond and others. They provided a wonderful repair for my ring, and I am more than pleased with the service I received.

Very disappointed in the latest experience on 7/20/21 at Vons....my 93 y/o father had taken his retiree watch in for a new battery- it has always been free replacement thru his ford retiree plan- nope..now its $16.....plus the 30 mile trips driven to drop off and pickup...where before he would stop in and they would do it on the spot.....

My fiancée and I went to Vons earlier today with the plan of looking for/getting ideas for her wedding band, we were a little hesitant before we went in just because of an experience we had at Dunkins Diamonds. We went in and were quickly welcomed and asked what we were looking for and were directed to Dennis. Using Vons to costom design a new ring from my grandmothers ring was the best choice I could have made. They did an incredible job working with me to create the exact ring I had in mind and made me feel like family throughout the process. I would highly recommend them if you need any costom work done.

I was recently given my mother’s engagement ring. It was too small for my little finger as I wanted to wear as a pinky ring. It was also in yellow gold with 6 prongs which really isn’t my preference.My parents purchased the ring at Von’s in 1999. I took it to them to be re-set in 14k white gold with 4 prongs in the size to fit my small finger.It was completed and ready to go in a week. It is just beautiful. The staff was so friendly and courteous. They made the process quick and easy. I would recommend Von’s highly for all your fine jewelry!

My husband surprised me with beautiful gold earrings and a diamond ring for my birthday and our 25th Anniversary. They treated him with respect and friendliness and helped him find beautiful pieces that stayed within our budget. When I returned the next day to have my ring sized up, they were extremely kind and made the alteration free of charge. Upon the pick up of my ring, a lovely smiling female associate saw me and entered the showroom floor as soon as I came through the door and retrieved my ring, commenting kindly on how beautiful it was. It fit perfectly. My husband and I do not buy fine jewelry often, but when we do, I can see us returning to Vons again without a doubt.

My wedding band, which hadn’t been off my finger for 52 years, had to be cut off when I had surgery. We took the rings to Von’s to get the wedding rings repaired, resized and fastened together.Every one we dealt with was courteous and very helpful. My rings look like new.

The staff is very comfortable to work with, and knowledgable about the options available. Additionally, we were able to easily get the ring resized after the proposal. I agree with Erica Lesh. I inherited a large amount of jewelry from my mother..who bought a significant amount of it from Vons. I walked in to ask about a couple of pieces, and not only did they want to charge me for the appraisal..I didnt want a full appraisal..I just had a question about the pieces. The man was so rude, I also will never go back.
