Amazing friends you make at this store. Sarah the manager is awesome, and is very helpful. And it is not just the store manager who is amazing the whole team is. They become like family after so many years! Never pushy just helpful. And they make sure that you know what your going to do and get before doing so. They dont put off the i need this sale for my pay check feeling, they truly want to make you happy. Its almost like they dont get paid commission !!!!

Ive been to the Kays directly across from this Rogers and considering they are sister stores they were obviously very similar. The main difference was the customer service. At Kays I felt as though they were just trying to get as much money out of me as they could and i felt pressured to the point that I didnt buy anything and I left.. Then a few weeks later i went back to the mall except this time i went to Rogers.. The ladies were kind, helpful, entertaining, they made sure i ended up with what i wanted and what i was comfortable with. Kays had messed something up with an account that luckily the ladies at Rogers were able to fix for me. For being sister stores the difference in customer service by just crossing the hallway is incredible.

Really nice if youre giving them your money, otherwise you are treated as a bother. They will lie to make a sale, if buying one of these poor quality diamonds, seriously look at these and question the grading make sure you only pay half of the list price.
