The customer service is great. I am not very happy about something. I sent in an email about a payment arrangement last week never heard anything about it. (NEVER TOLD I COULDNT DO THAT) Today, I got a notification that my loan is paid in full. When I called in they informed me that I couldnt do that and there system is not set up for them to refund the money... Y couldnt they call me like they did before?? No they had to charge my card and cause my bank account to go into negative..

I am very disappointed because when dealing with a title loan I understand the price of a car depreciates yearly so the first time this happened I understood but 2 months in a row is unacceptable and especially during Christmas. People should be warned ahead of time it maybe before they accept this loan there are lots if people that DO NOT know that their car depreciates so tell us before we enter into this contract unknowingly

The man who helped me was very very very rude and just acted like I was getting on his nerves every time I asked a question and he kept making very rude comments and rolled his eyes several times. I will never EVER go back to this Speedy cash. Very poor service. He acted like he could not stand people clearly he is in the wrong line of work.
