I cant speak highly enough about these people. Our original wedding ring was purchased in the Columbus are many years ago. Recently, my wife lost the stone in her ring and she was devastated. I did some research and learned the jewelry store where we originally bought the ring had a store in Lima. This was great news as Lima is much closer than Columbus. In the end they helped us get a new stone that was a perfect match. The service was fantastic and we will be back again.

Bought a pair of tension flip back earrings in July and they were quite expensive. After only wearing a couple of times it was obvious the one spring was too tight and would turn your ear purple it was so tight. Duncans sent them out for repair with no questions asked or charge. Everyone was so professional and generous. Will definitely shop there in the future!

Took an old ring and that had memories and they had no problem of looking it up finding the stones that I needed replaced and some other cosmetic work that needed done. They are affordable when it comes to rework of jewelry and large selection of other jewelery. My experience was good I would recommend them.

Always an amazing place to go!

In 2015 I stopped in twice ring shopping for my girlfriend. The first time the sales people felt very pushy and wouldn’t leave me alone. A month later I stopped back in with ratty clothes on looking grubby after working and I SWEAR the guy took one look at me and didn’t even offer to help me. I was very angry over this and left within a couple minutes, went down the road to Vons and it was the complete opposite. Not pushy, very professional, they let me window shop by myself, never acted judgy about my ratty appearance that day, and they had four rings in the exact style I was looking for. Vons got my $5000.

Zero pressure from her...and she takes time to ensure we got exactly what we were looking for. Obviously she cares and takes the time to know her customers.....she even remembered our daughters name when we came in (hard to find great customer service like this anymore)...but we found it in Connie! We cannot recommend Dunkin’s Diamonds or Ms. Washington any higher!

I attempted to buy my wifes wedding ring here. We had what was told to us 3k in trade in value on our rings. We fell in love with a ring signed a deal put it on layaway and started making payments on the deal that was negotiated. I stopped in to make an additional payment and was told they lost the paper work on the original negotiated deal and that they could no longer uphold their end of the deal because they made a mistake. I get a call to come in and try and work it out and do so. Then I was told the value of 3 carats of diamonds and 18k gold settings are now only worth 500. Was given the run around not even apologized to and now we have waisted an entire month in hopes of having the wedding ring on the deal we negotiated. Very bad business and we were extremely let down. Will never reccomend anyone go there to negotiate a deal with people or a company that does business in this fashion. I was simply refunded my money and sent on my way. The district manager was very short and unapologetic over the issue. They originally attempted to get me to finance the deal. The amount owed was silly to finance not worth the interest just better to pay cash but had I financed the deal we would have had the ring on our original negotiated terms. The sales woman was very nice and helpful I will say but I feel the management here really handled this poorly and wasted our time.

Had some repair work done to my Mothers ring. They went above and beyond what they charged me. Its so beautiful now I will be proud to hand it down to my daughter and later to my granddaughter. Maybe it isnt fair to give a review as we ended up not purchasing jewelry here, but might well have provided the sales people were a little more helpful. Yes, the two associates that we spoke with were friendly enough and showed us some of the selection of engagement rings. However, a sale is more likely to be made when the wants of the customer come first. Sure, try to sell up, but within reason. Also, generally people who spend money want to make sure the product is the best that their budget can allow. Snarky remarks about how the price is soooooo great really dont make products fly off of the self. So, Im enjoying my much superior diamond at a price that was hundreds cheaper. So what if I had to wait a little (which I let them know that I was capable of doing, VERY glad that I did). If the corporate level encourages these sales tactics, I truly feel for the associates because they get hit by this too.

Had went to get my ring resized on Friday and was promised to have it done by the following Saturday. Tuesday had come with no call from dunkins. Had called to check if the ring was okay and ready to be picked up with the lady being very rude over the phone. Picked ring up Wednesday with blond hair lady checking me out at the register and acting like it was such a hassle to take care of me while huffing around at the other employees to take over her paperwork since she “unfortunately” is distracted by a customer. Not all the other employees seemed rude, some were very helpful but will definitely not be returning. I felt unwelcomed and a burden.

My now fiance and I went in and looked at engagement rings. They had a nice selection and I immediately found one I liked. Once I got it it all went well. Until about a month later. The center Stone fell out and they fixed it no problem. But then a few short weeks later the other stones began falling out. This should not have happened. I will never go back again. I am happy with the service but very unhappy with the quality of the jewelry.

The employees will go above and beyond to satisfy your wishes and the manager, Bob, is incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and nice. If I still lived in Lima, itd be the only place I would go for jewelry.

Wish I could give a 0 Stars cuz I would. Got a mothers ring for a gift with 4 stones in it and I broke out in a rash and turned green because it was fake and not sterling silver like it was supposed to be. Went back in after I called and told them what happened and they want to send it back to the people who made it and get there opinion on it. I was wearing it for 4 days before I got the rash and the ring showed wear and tear on it. So not happy with this place and neither is my mother in law and soon to be husband. Wanted to go off on the people because the ring they sold was fake and I broke out bad enough I had to take a benadryl just to make my rash go away. Im very happy it didnt make my throat swell and make me not breathe. Never will we go back to them. When I get the ring back Im going to have another place look at it and make sure its real and not fake again because I dont want the same outcome as the first.

I just bought my fiancée a ring here, it was such a refreshing experience, people at Kays were pushy and just trying to take my money and get me out the door- but out of the 4 or 5 jewlers I went to the staff here was the most personable and helpful,Cant speak to the quality of the ring yet as I havent received it yet but I have to say the service was great and with the warranties included on the ring Im not worried about any accidents,Would recommend!

I wish I could give zero stars. If you have any doubt that you may want to return an item purchased here, then do not shop at Dunkin Diamonds. Yes, it appears plain as day on their website that they accept 30-day returns, but they enjoy tricking people to believe that is the case. In store, you have to notice a small sign on the counter that says no returns and the sales people do not even verbally explain that to you. So after you have purchased an item, you are completely stuck to it because I have called the manager and they will not budge on their policy of no returns. Vons Diamonds in Lima accepts returns for 30 days, Kays accepts for 60 days. This to me is a sign of good customer service. Vons and Kays put customers first. Whereas Dunkins puts their own money-making policy first. I will also add, that when we began to request to speak to a manager, we were lied to by the sales person. She told me that their manager Kim was out of state and wont be able to get back with me. Well, I called the Florida store where she was supposed to be and she was not scheduled to be there for another week. The Lima store sales people put us off multiple times. The end to this story is, they do not care about your buying experience at all. They care about making money. Even if you might find something you like and take it home and keep it, I would not risk choosing Dunkins Diamonds because there is still that chance you need to return it. I never write reviews on google, but felt compelled after how we were treated and I wanted to warn you. You will probably notice their website is still VERY MISLEADING. The manager said she would take my advice and change it to make it clear that the Lima store does not accept returns, but two months have passed and they are still enjoying misleading their customers, and they are most likely still avoiding verbally stating their policy before someone purchases. That just shows you how little they care.
