Lima Kays is absolutely horrible. Sense when did they stop giving emails to have your rings check, because they never sent me my email I missed my month to get them checked and now they refuse to clean them or even check them. Worse company ever!!! The lady that waited on me was absolutely mean and very rude to me about the whole subject. I can honestly say local businesses only for me now. 11 years of business with them down the drain.
I live 10 minutes away from the Lima store and will drive all the way to Findlay before I visit the Lima location. Terrible customer service from a Manager. Findlay is always happy to assist me.
I purchase some 14k gold earrings a year ago, they were on sale for $150.00, well today there is no more gold on them, chipped all away, I went back to the store and the salesman told me, you get what you paid for and we no longer sell them!! I couldn’t believe it, I’ve had gold earrings from Jcpenny’s and less expensive that has lasted me for years! I can’t remember what specific name he said the gold was but said it should have said it when I brought them, which was a lie. It said 14k gold diamond cut, why would anyone purchase $150.00 earrings and know it would only last a year, I will never ever do anymore business with Kay’s, people make sure you read the little print before purchasing!! I’m heated
Parents have purchased jewelry from this store multiple times.Never again, the customer service has reached new lows. Treating an 80 year old good customer in such a shoddy manner is rephrehensible.I tried calling to speak with a manager, but the phone just rings. Sterling Jewelers needs to clean house.When spraying chemicals, it is best to avoid customers eyes and nose. It does not take a genius.
I was going to come in and look for something for my mom but I just seen on facebook that Kays in the Lima Mall is discriminating against people who medically cant wear a mask and refused service. I will go elsewhere.

Went to order a bracelet for a Christmas present online bc they didn’t have it in store. Wouldn’t process my transaction. Said try again or call a number. I tried again to the same result. I called the number. Customer service rep was rude and unhelpful. Told me my bank wouldn’t approve the transaction. So I call my bank and they say my card is fine. However it showed that the transaction actually was approved and they took it out 3 times. So when I called to have them basically make it right and give me my money back they said they hold it for 4-5 business days. So they took it out of my account THREE TIMES when they said they couldn’t process it even once. Then they tell me they’re gonna hold it for 4-5 days and I’m just stuck having to wait. I asked to speak to someone else and she cuts me off and puts me back on hold. 10/10 would NOT recommend shopping in store or online
I will NEVER take my business to Kay again! Dont bother going here, trying to save a buck! You get what you pay for. Go to a genuine, reputable jeweler!
