I was busy today and I wanted to sell a gold ring that I never wear anymore so it was my first errand. I looked at the website and called the store to see when they opened, both the website and the answering machine said 10-3 on Saturday. Well I waited till 10:15 and still no one was there. How do you expect business if you aren’t on time? I don’t like working either but I still show up on time.

Horrible people. Was verbally attacked and threatened with gun violence over a customer service issue. Have heard other stories as well of how they are, even from the Sheriffs Department of Allen County. Very bad, stay away.

Not good. Customer service is horrible. If you buy something and theres an issue with it, you might be out of luck. The owner was downright mean to me and dismissive to my wife.I was threatened with physical violence when I went to discuss an issue with a ring. He threatened to punch me, said he had a gun and would get it, said he could send crackheads to my house, and said, Do you know how many people I can pay off and send to your house in the middle of the night?I never even mentioned anything about money back on the ring, all I ever said to him was Hello.
