I have tried this place four times now and it gets significantly worse each visit. I made an appointment and no one addressed me for a full twenty minutes after I had been sitting in the chair. The woman who did my gel pedicure and manicure did a sloppy job on the paint and my 6 year old could have done a better job on the massage. While this salon is clean and new, I highly suggest looking at one of the other salons in town.

Had an appointment that they rushed through, painted layer on layer and then walked away without offering anything to dry them with. I was careful for 6 hours and then my nail bumped something and is totally messed up because the bottom layer wasnt given even a minute to dry. It would have been great if they had more patience, not a good way to get anyone coming back

This place is beautiful in a very relaxing environment! Gina did an awesome job with my pedicure! Her foot massage was so great! I had heard only good things about Crescent Nail Spa...so glad I found out for myself! I will DEFINITELY be coming back here in the near future! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐+

Like I stepped back in Orange County or Costa Mesa, the type of crowd that comes here. Guess thats Bend for ya.The service was decent. The job was well done. Got pedicure and the polish remains after 2 weeks!!! Im sure there are more local feels in town, but if you miss your cali life, go here youll feel right at home, minus the sales tax.

You guys have always been my go to nail spa because you used to be by appointment only. I knew I wouldnt be rushed or jipped out of my service. Ever since you moved, having an appointment doesnt really matter. The last 3 times I waited over 20 min into my apt time for someone to be able to work in me. I think more techs and a more efficient front staff answering phones would be crucial in keeping us long time customers.

Bummed I made an appointment for my mother in laws birthday and had to cancel because the receptionist was so rude, I was worried they would mistreat her or my 5 year old and we wouldn’t enjoy the experience. Totally get that the world is short staffed but be a nice human.

This is a beautiful nail salon! The staff were all very friendly, the prices were great, the massage chairs were newer and comfortable, also nice and clean. Everyone wore masks and the salon itself is kept immaculate.

Had a beautiful pedicure with even a cute flower, they seem to over book for the staff they have though.

My friend and I got a pedicure there. In the final times of the pedicure she got two inserts to make sure that her nail polish wouldnt smudge. They didnt do that for me. I thought that was the part of the service.

I went for a manicure. I told them not gel just regular. He started doing gel, and when I corrected him he slammed the nail polish down. Quickly painted them with regular nail polish and got up and left before I even had time to thank him. I said excuse me are we done? Should I pay up front now? He just waved his hand at me. Ive never felt so undervalued as a customer before. Dont go here if you like nice service and want to be treated with respect.

My daughter and I had a lovely time getting mani and pedis at the new location. Kind, professional and efficient. My daughter accidentally smudged a nail and they cleaned it up and repolished without a fuss. The new space is clean and well spaced. Highly recommended!

Bummed. I sent my 8 month pregnant wife in for a mani-pedi, and she had a very poor experience. The inattentive staff had her walk barefoot, mid-pedicure, dripping wet back up to the counter just to clarify that she did, in fact have an appointment for her manicure.... I would expect more.

I feel kind of bad writing a negative review since the staff here was really nice, but not even a week after I had a gel manicure done (with normal wear and tear) this is what my nails looked like. ☹️ Very disappointing considering the expense. Normal my gel manicures last at least two weeks before chipping. I don’t think I’ll be back.

The ladies were super nice and very friendly and made sure I enjoyed my stay by making sure my water for my pedi was kept warm which is my favorite

Caitlin is a prophet of Isaiah thy wife of gold and diamond only can change fake jelwery into real stones I can do that with four to 6 types of stone and 18 types of rock.. i miss her, we dont like the shows about people like her and I.

This is the best nail salon in town. They are busy and require an appointment for a reason. Kim is fantastic and Dennis is a gracious owner and Jason gives the BEST pedicure. They managed to convert my husband into a pedicure enthusiast as well!

The girl who did my gel manicure was rushed and did a sloppy job; my nails ended up uneven..some rounded others square and the gel polish which usually lasts me at least 2 weeks started peeling within a week. Not worth $35 at all. I’d be willing to give this place another shot because the staff seemed friendly. However they need to work on their scheduling because it was incredibly crowded and several people while I was there complained about making appointments and there not being a spot available for them when they showed up. I don’t want that to happen to me! Maybe just a bad day for them but I’d recommend Pro Solar Nails over this place. Went there the next week and much better experience and quality gel manicure.

Cant make an appointment over the phone because theyre always in a rush to get me off the phone as quick as possible, and cant get in as a walk-in even in the middle of the day during the week. The call goes like this we dont have anything open today, okay bye. - and then they hang up.. They might be great at nails but I wouldnt know. You think theyd want me to make an appointment in the future but they dont seem interested in that. Maybe theyre happy with their current clientele and they dont need anymore.

In Bend on vacation, four of us had made appointments weeks in advance for pedicures. Unfortunately, because of slow service where we had lunch, we were running behind by 10 minutes. We immediately called in advance to alert them we would be late. The gentleman on the phone told us to come ahead. Gratefully, we were able to arrive only 7 minutes late.Even after providing advanced notice, we were rudely told that they are very busy and we were turned away. Adding insult to injury, he had the nerve to ask me if, “we would be mad?”Actually, I’m grateful!! We had an amazing experience at KS Nails!!!!

Reasonable prices and friendly staff. Not the best manicure Ive gotten but definitely better than some. They were pretty quick and honored our appointment time which was nice. They have a great color selection for gel options and do a nice massage for both manicures and pedicures.

Crescent Nails is clean, professionally managed, and reasonably priced. The owner and staff work very hard to satisfy their customers. I don’t treat myself to nail services often, but when I do, I only go to Crescent Nails!

AVOID this place! I went in to get my gel nails removed because my regular nail salon (Pro Solar Nails) was closed for a long Holiday. I made an appointment for 9am, I literally walked in the door at 9:02 and the owner guy didnt even say hi, just said youre late, sit down. He started filing away my gel nails so fast that he filed by cuticle. Instinctively, I pulled my hand away to grab my finger. He then yelled at me asking why I grabbed my finger and said I made it bleed! No apology, but blamed ME for making it bleed! I sat there silently while he finished a half job of taking off the gel. He then asked why I didnt just have my regular salon do this for me and that he would have to charge me $6, I said that was fine and I had no choice. When i got up to pay, he wouldnt accept my debit card and just kept asking for cash. I told him I didnt have any and he basically just kicked me out of the salon and said he was busy and needed my chair. I have never been treated this poorly in my life. There is still some gel left on my nails and they are super rough. He should not be working with the public!!!

The people were very nice and the place was clean and beautiful. However, I was not impressed with the job done on my nails. One of the ladies was very ruff on my cuticles and made it raw. The inside of my nails had very ruff edges. Also my thumb nails had a uneven edge and my nails werent even in length. Other than that they were very nice people. I would recommend their manicures over their acrylic.

Had high hopes. I got a mani/pedi and the service was great and friendly. I like the gel polish because of my job. It didnt even last 4 days before they were peeling up and one came off completely. My pedicure (regular polish is going strong) but I wouldnt spend $30+ for a 4 day manicure again 😒

I have visited 3 times due to convenient location and not many nail salons on the west side. Very nice people, but even with an appointment I have had to wait 15-30 minutes. They are very busy and rushed, would not recommend walking in.

My $30 GEL manicure lasted 4 days. The edges are peeling up. My nails seemed pretty rushed she did not take her time or pay attention to detail. I had to ask her to clean up the cuticle when she was painting. Which, the cuticles weren’t trimmed back as much as i’d Like. I don’t want to go back to have to fixed because I think she will be rough when removing it. She was rough filing my nails, went down too far. Color selection is good and person on phone was nice. I called and they took me right away.

After hearing great things about Crescent and not being able to get into my normal girl quickly enough, I decided to try it out before vacation for a shellac manicure. The salon is clean and bright and my manicure was ok. It lasted less than a week which was kind of disappointing but happens even at the best places. Today it got to the point where you just need it fixed asap....a peeling shellac will drive anyone nuts!I called into Crescent and they informed that they didnt have any appointments until late in the evening. I asked if it would be ok to come in as a walk in and wait for the next available person and they said, yes....they take walk ins and that would be good. I drove across town, walked in and asked for just a regular manicure when they had time. They asked me to wait a moment and then the same man that I spoke with on the phone came out and just said...sorry, we dont have any time for you today. No offers to wait or work me in or to even look for the next available spot.I was very confused and disappointed by this. I keep hearing great reviews so perhaps I may give it one more go but surely not without a solid appointment.

The guy was friendly and seemed to really wanna do well but I got home and my nails were so sticky that I had hair stuck to them and it took me 2 hours under a UV light to get them minimal sticky. I think he laid it on too thick or something

I was late for my appointment due to construction and my baby. When I walked in 10 mins late to meet with my mom and grandma who were already getting their toes done and my water for my pedicure was already ran. I walked in and the guy immediately said we can not do you! I said I have an appointment.....with these ladies pointing to my grandma and mom. He refused to serve me and was super rude.
