I took my granddaughter to D&D for pedicures and acrylic dipped powder nails. Our pedicures were great, and her nail technician did a wonderful job on her acrylic nails.However, the nail tech who did my nails was an obvious amateur. She behaved unprofessionally, giggling constantly with a coworker who was training her. She seemed to think this was cute. I didnt say anything. I just remained quiet and smiled occasionally. Im not a complainer by nature.My nails are misshapen, with bumps in some places. They actually look pretty bad. Im bummed. I didnt realize until we left just how bad they look.At least my granddaughters nails turned out great. Her tech did a beautiful job. I give her five stars...but only one star for mine...which brings me to a 3-star conclusion.

I’ve been bouncing from nail salon to nail salon for as long as I can remember. And I actually waited to write this review after coming here for almost 4 months and LOVING IT!!! The service, the manicures (gel and dip!), and the pedicures! They’re amazing! I would recommend them to anyone. They have a rewards program and everything! I’ll be keep coming here for as long as I can.

This was my first time coming to this particular nail salon. I read the reviews ahead of time and just wanted to check it out. Boy was I not disappointed. I was a walkin and it didnt take long to be seen. The staff was exceptionally nice and clean. I will definitely be back for more visits.

The chairs are new and super comfy, everyone is really nice and yes they do have plastic barriers.I went in for a pedicure and a gel manicure, and although I enjoyed my foot massage and my tech went over the same places multiple times, the actual painting and filing job was awful.With the manicure, they sat me down right next to another person (barely a couple feet away), and again, the filing and paint job were awful. My nails are different lengths and sizes, the polish fades in some places and is overboard in others, and theres a bunch of skin still there.

I’ve come here 3 times now for my nails. First two were walk-ins (which they say they allow) third time was an appointment and even though I was late she said she can’t take me and not at a later time. If walk in’s aren’t allowed just say that. There’s no way it’s so busy that they can’t even squeeze someone in. Why would you deny business or money whatever from someone who’s willing to pay. This is ridiculous and I’m not coming back here ever again. I liked some of the times I came before but I won’t be back here because of this. I’m done.

This place is extremely clean and sanitary. Clean hands and gloves for manicure. Use disposable bags and gloves for pedicure. Stations are cleaned frequently. Staff is extremely pleasant. Always smiling and interactive with the customers. Ive had very poor service at the last few salons I visited. From extremely rude behavior, pass offs, and terrible work. This was my last attempt for a bit and I was going to forego treatments for a while. Restored my heart for kindness and people that love what they do but also want to get to know you as well. Great environment.

The best nail salon in northern VA, hands (and nails) down. Dena and her sister T are experts in their industry and always provide the best service in an immaculately clean and aesthetically pleasing environment. I get acrylic nails (by Dena) as well as lashes (by T) and have never been disappointed. Thank you Dena and T! -a very happy and loyal client! ❤️

This place is the worst. I wanted to try somewhere new and decided on this place. The nail person, was horrible, no knowledge, rough and rushed through my nails. I looked at my nails and I can’t wait to get them redone. I paid $48 dollars and it was a complete waste.Please don’t go here, BAD place.

Went for a pedicure, hadn’t had one in MONTHS because, ya know, COVID. I was nervous that maybe it would be rushed because of the new world we’re in but Y’ALL, this was the best pedicure I’ve ever had. No joke. First time customer and my tech was AMAZING. I got the lavender scrub upgrade and was full zen mode in the massage chair. They even let me sit in the massage chair to dry and leave at my leisure. I felt very safe and they even have a clear barrier to place between you and the tech for added safety. I usually bounce around between my 3 most-liked salons, but this will be my permanent spot!

Did a group of 6 pedicures for my friends birthday. Had a great time. The ladies did a great job. If I was a female Id go more often not that men cant get pedis.

The nails are so beautiful and i love them! acrylics are fair priced for this area and dena did such a great job!! this is my new regular

Most times, Dena is my nail technician. She is highly skilled as well as kind and thoughtful. She is considerate of the health of your nails.I have been treated by the others on occasion. They are all very skilled and friendly.I recommend D &D Nails without reservation for any nail service as well as for waxing services.

She is really a talented artist (if you like nail art). You can bring the whole family as the specialize in treatments for men and kids, too!

Great experience here. Dena is the best in Loudoun Co. I have followed her from another shop and highly recommend her or any other tech working with her. The pedicure includes services normally charged extra at other shops. The powder gel manicure is much better on natural nails. Does not damage them.

This was the best pedicure I have ever received! I just moved back to Northern Virginia and I heard that a new nail shop was started by Dina Tracey who I used to go to at another shop. I decided to go and I brought a friend along. We both got pedicures and I also needed the dipping powder on my fingers. Loana did such a meticulous job on my pedicure i was jokingly calling her Dr. Loana by the end of the service. Tracey does a perfect job on the dipping powder. Im definitely going to go back for all my nail services!

Amazing team of sisters who just opened this shop. They do fantastic work and I’m extremely picky!! I got lashes, acrylics and a pedi. Love, love, love 💕. Great price too based on opening discounts. Highly recommend

Brand new nail salon. Really enjoyed my 1st time at D&D nails Spa. staffs were very friendly and polite. Manicure tools were very cleaned as they were sealed in a sterilization pouch. Many gel colors to choose from, especially the reds! Highly recommend!!! Definitely coming back for my monthly mani & pedi treatments.

Fabulous new salon. Had a basic mani-pedi that didnt feel basic at all. I definitely will be back.

Came in for a mani/pedi on a rainy Sunday and am so glad I did! The salon was recently renovated and is very bright, airy, and clean. There were tons of colors and designs to choose from. Went with a gel mani/ regular pedi and my technician was AWESOME! She took her time and was very thorough. Cant wait to go back and make this my new spot!

On Saturday I went for the first time, the pedicure was very well done, but the nails on my hands were ugly, badly done, and I told the lady and she told me that later with the powder she was going to see couples or the same, and I paid $ 58 bucks for bad service. dont recommend
