Our hair stylist, Paul, deserves nothing but 5 stars, 10 stars even, his customer service is impeccable. We followed him from another salon and our first visit to Radiance was disappointing at best. It is a beautiful salon, modern, clean and elegant. Loudoun County has had many beautiful salons fall by the wayside due to lack of customer service. My son had an appointment and when we walked in, we were left standing for 8 minutes without so much as a well be right with you. Not even a basic hello. Nothing. Honestly folks, basic customer service 101, immediately greet your customer and make them feel welcomed. The front desk ladies didnt even acknowledge us. At all. The entire time. Brand new customers and not even a hello. I was shocked actually. Snootiness will get you nowhere in business, no matter how nice your facade is, what matters is how you treat people. Every single time.

This is a good salon, my stylist is fantastic, the front desk staff can be friendly depending on who is up there, but the prices are a little high even for Loudoun County. Additionally, in light of the new CDC guidelines I find it ridiculous that fully vaccinated individuals still must wear a facial mask when trying to get their hair done.

I just had an appointment for cut and blow-dry with Kandy and she was great! I explained the cut and style I wanted and she delivered. My husband loved my hair, so what more can you want! :)Tiffany did my manicure and pedicure and she was fantastic. Great attention to detail. She gave the best leg and foot massage too!Really happy with my experience, the cleanliness during COVID, and I will be back. THANK YOU!

I have followed Michelle to Radiance and although the location was an hour from me before I moved, her and the staff always made it so worth it! Michelle is extremely talented and always gets my platinum hair to the color I like without damaging my hair! The front desk is helpful and they send you texts to remind you of your upcoming appointments. I went to Angie for my Juvederm and I was really nervous but she walked me through each step and reconnected after two weeks to ensure I was happy with my results. The people at Radiance are worth every cent and more!

I recently booked an appointment with Hailey and was so thrilled with my balayage and haircut!! I appreciated all her tips on how to extend the color since I have not been consistent with maintenance in the past. I had such a great time and will definitely be back!

I like the salon but every time I go in for a service the price ends up being more than I was quoted.I called and asked about filler pricing and was told $500 for Juviderm but when I checked out the price went up $200 without any offer to compensate for what I was originally quoted or any apology. This is the 3rd time I have been over charged for my services.

Christi gives the most amazing facials. I’ve always struggled with my skin, whether it’s acne, eczema, or sensitivity and she tailors my facials perfectly for how my skin is doing that day. She’s very knowledgeable and compassionate and I always leave feeling refreshed. Thank you, Christi (:

Professional & helpful!I came in for several spa services to prep for my younger sisters wedding: hair, waxing, spray tan... etc.Specifically, Bethany was the esthetician who took care of my waxing and spray tan. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and non-judgmental. Im a bigger girl with a good amount of skin (and hair...) to address. Going to a salon can easily be an ordeal, but at Radiance, Bethany made it easy and relaxing.5-stars: absolutely recommend!

Marisa was great! Bad experience with a gift card I got 2 years ago. The card had never been used but was not showing any balance on it. The issue could not be fixed unless I went to the Broadlands store. Please check that a gift card actually has the money in it BEFORE you go and get any services done. I asked before if they had an expiration date and was told they didnt. Obviously thats not the case.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Being in sales, its something I value above everything else. Everyone - even every business - is going to make a mistake sometimes. Its how they handle it thats the important part.The salon is spotless, the employees are professional but fun, and they do a great job.
