I’ve been here many times and had good experiences until today. I walked in and asked if they had availability as I was due for an appt in 90 minutes. They assured me there was adequate time for a quick pedicure. I was seated and the person who did my pedicure was very sweet but…not even sort of professional. She mentioned she had only been doing this for two months. She also implied she wasn’t even licensed - yikes! My pedicure looks worse than if a child had done it. She was super slow and I kept asking and mentioning that I needed to leave - but it just kept taking forever. This was for a very basic, no frills pedicure. I basically had to run out without even drying them.

Beautiful set up and super nice but I was not impressed with my waxing. Did not receive the full service and still have several missed spots on my legs, one area on my upper thigh was completely missed. Felt like a very rushed process as she was doing large areas to get done faster but missed a lot of spots. $116 later and I still have to shave after to get the missed areas.

Its a calm relaxing place, they are so nice and respectful. And the prices are great. Ill definitely be back with my daughters.

Everyone was very nice and professional. My pedicure was great. But my manicure took two hours just to do coffin acrylics. Two whole hours!! and it did not turn out great at all. My nails were crooked and not identical. I wanted to say something but I honestly just wanted to get out of there because I couldn’t stand another minute sitting there. She must’ve been new or something. Honestly, I wouldn’t go back. Very nice people though.

Price is reasonable. Everyone there is very friendly and make you feel welcome.

I have been seeing Lan for several months and she is wonderful! Lan is so nice and has a very calm and relaxing approach to everything she does. She does my waxing, and everytime I go to her she welcomes me with a warm smile witch makes me feel so comfortable and relaxed and she is extremely awesome on what she does. I absolutely recommend her for waxing 😊

Everyone is so polite and welcoming! I couldnt be happier with the service and quality of everything they do. They give the best manicures and pedicures! They always make sure you love the way your nails look, and never get upset when you are picky and need to change them! Best service I have ever received.

Just got my nails done here and I think they did an amazing job. If you go ask for vivi...she talks to you while not bothering you the entire time youre there relaxing. She made sure I liked my nails, offered me an upgrade to what I was getting and when I politely declined that didnt change her attitude or mood. She wasnt pushy and was very kind the entire time I was there :)

My wife and I come here for spa pedicure and wont go anywhere else. They really care we will be coming back! We saw GiGi and Minh for our couples spa treatment and highly recommend them both.
