Didn’t catch the name of my nail technician bu t he did a great job! Paid very close attention to detail and did a good job shaping them. He asked along the way if anything hurt and he was friendly. I will only say I would recommend splurging on getting the gel for $15 more because I got the regular acrylics for 35 and they started denting/chipping pretty quickly. Overall highly recommend!

I’ve been here 3 times and every time I’ve been they have done a wonderful job. This time I had My and she really took her time making sure that every nail was perfect. Thank you for such an awesome experience!

It was my first time getting acrylics and the lady was so sweet and made sure i liked everything! In the end i’m obsessed with my nails! A little expensive though..

Place was clean and staff was nice. They didn’t do a good job on my French manicure. The lines are uneven and rushed. The tech made me feel bad when I asked her to fix one of the lines so I wasn’t going to point out the rest.

My nail tech was very good at paying attention to detail and did exactly as I asked. I love this place!

They are a little bit rough on your nails hand and fingers, compared to other nail salons. But its still an amazing place to go. one color on my nails is chipping off when I went there but all the other ones look pretty and they are still chipping off too.

Tam/Pam is the BEST I have EVER had. At the end of the service he even offered to fix any that break for FREE. He is seriously the best. I’ll be going back to him for the rest of my life!!! He also notices if it’s starting to hurt, etc. and takes care of you!!!

The staff was very courteous and cautious in relation to COVID-19. They used an infrared thermometer to check my temperature when I came in, everyone was wearing masks and there was Plexi glass separation between me and my nail technician. I now have a beautiful manicure for my birthday this weekend, and I was happy to support this local business while both myself and the staff were able to stay completely safe. I’ve been coming here for two years and they do a great job. I’ve tried a couple other places in the area out of curiosity and always regretted it. It’s a very clean salon. They’re really friendly, the nail work is solid and lasts, and the pedicure is top notch even at the basic level. Bring cash to tip!

I have to admit I usually enjoyed this salon but on my last visit I got a pedicure and a dip powder manicure. My nails looked horrible. I dont know if the woman doing them was just new or what but they honestly were embarrassing to show anyone. They were filed into slightly different shapes, ridiculously thick and bubble looking, and one even cracked on day 2.The pedicure was lovely though!

Yen did a great job on my pedicure and dipping powder for my nails. This salon is professional, priced well for the market and of great value.10/17/19Update:Terrible service from Song. Even worse encounter from the manager, Sandy. Went in for a pedicure as Yen has always given great service and has done an outstanding job on my nails. Song let cold water drizzle into the bowl, not even filling the bowl or letting my feet soak. Didn’t remove polish, cut my nails, buff my feet. Not even 15 minutes for a pedicure. I asked to have my eye brows waxed and when I got in the car and looked a bit closer, there was wax all over my face! Horrible experience and when I asked Sandy for a refund considering the poor performance but she refused to be of any help. As a service industry processional, I was very disappointed with how she handled the incident and won’t return.

This has been my tried and true go to spot for a great pedicure for just over 2 years now. I’m currently 41 weeks pregnant and these ladies have yet to let me down, best foot rub by a long shot on top of a long lasting pedicure (mine last me a month at least)! They have a large color selection and the newest collections from the top lines. Don’t forget to pull cash before your appointment, you’ll want to tip these ladies well :)

My daughter and I went in for pedicures. Sandy was very pleasant but failed miserably on the pedicure. I wont return.

Loudoun Nail Spa went above and beyond our expectations! My daughters wedding party went there for mani-pedis. We were running late (very late!) for our appointments due to unforeseen last minute errands and getting lost on our way! But the staff could not have been nicer! When we walked in, they surprised my daughter with champagne, a cake and balloons. We were blown away by their generosity. As far as the actual spa goes, they were able to do all seven of us together which only added to our fun. Our nails looked fabulous and lasted so long!!! I highly recommend this nail spa to all brides and their parties. We truly feel we lucked out when we found this place. Thank you! Thank you! DO NOT GO HERE. Not only do they charge way more than any other place in town, they did a terrible job. I wouldn’t mind paying extra if it was at least nice. The nail polish is messy as hell, I only came here because my normal place was closed early and I’m definitely never coming back. There’s nail polish on my fingers, the “hot towel” was cold, the whole thing was rushed and made what is usually a relaxing experience into an irritating one. Furthermore, the other two customers were there because they had gotten botched jobs and were demanding their nails to be re done. Ridiculous. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

I came in to get a manicure and pedicure for homecoming and, unfortunately, was quite dissatisfied. The lady who worked on my nails seemed as though she was rushing. As a result, the polish was applied unevenly and my cuticles did not look great. Will not be coming back.
