Long wait time. So it about an hour to check in. Then you will wait for about 4 to 5 hours to give you a door. Update. So after waiting for 4 hours, Amazon told me there a mix up with all the appointments number, so I wait still.

Worst guard shack I have ever seen. 2 out of 5 Guys are just doing checkin sometime only one is doing checkin and the rest just talk to each other and play with their phones. Thats why drivers have to wait out on the road.

The guy who sits very rude, I came there to pick up an empty trailer, at the entrance I was allowed to take one of the empty trailers, but this employee named Alex, as he claimed, did not let me out, claimed that this trailer was loaded, although it was empty, it did not feel friendliness, it is not pleasant when such people spoil the mood of Amazon drivers and hinder work

Worst place to deliver. Lines are always long and moving very slow. Workers at the check point are always wasting time and although they are always 5 or more people there, only one of them seen to be doing the work. Worst place to deliver all the time.

Truckers! Ive been here three times: twice in the late afternoon/evening and once at 4am on a Monday. Both times in the evening, there was a line stretching at least a quarter of a mile down the street, but the end of the line was in two different places.Heres the best way to approach:The entrance is on Locust south of Renaissance (this is one block west of Linden). Drive south on Locust from Renaissance. LGB8 will be just past LGB7 on the left side.When you see the entrance, the two left lanes are for live loads and live offloads. When I was here, drivers could drive straight into the driveway on this side.If you are doing drop and hook, the right side is for you, and theres probably a line of trucks facing north waiting to get in. Continue south to the first intersection, which is Miro. The first time I was here, trucks were lined up on that street. The second time, the line continued on Locust.If you see trucks turning into the line from Miro, continue south to Baseline and turn left. Then take the first left (Maple) or the second left (Linden). Take the next left onto Miro Way to join the line of trucks.But if there are no trucks on Miro and instead you see a line of trucks facing you but not blocking the intersection, then turn left on Miro, then turn right on Maple or Linden, and then turn right onto Baseline to join the line.You can read the other reviews to find out what a zoo this place is. From the moment I joined the line, it was 2 1/2 hours before I was at the guard shack both times. At 4am on a Monday, there was no line at all.BUT: I always have a pleasant experience at the guard shack. The employees are friendly, professional, and helpful.I also want to make it clear that this place is not typical of Amazon fulfillment centers. We have been to Amazons all over the country, and most of them are smooth operations.

Don’t ever get a load to or from this facility, I been waiting 6 hours and I still don’t have a door, when I asked them how long is gonna take they say 40 more minutes, it’s been 4 hours since then, Now they say I’m sorry I don’t know and it’s already 10:23 pm. In line 2.5 hours on the street just to drop an empty trailer at 1pm. Gotta be 40 trucks lined up to get in. Dont plan on getting to next load if within 5 hours

Ive been working at this Inbound Cross Dock (IXD) since April 2020, I like it compared to working at Ont8 previously in 2017 🤣. I like that Ive been given the chances to learn how to do different things here, the majority of people are polite & helpful; a coworker and I have had trouble with current and previous Leaves though, not all HR is helpful or has the correct info 😕.

I am the amazon worker xelizahu and I am very disappointed in Amazon. I had to resign on Feb 8th, 2021 from full time to take care of someone. Today is Monday Feb 22, 2021. Two Fridays have passed and still I have not received my paycheck. I went to this location, where I worked and HR wouldnt even come out to talk to me even though the guard called them. Later they finally called me and said to call a number. The number she gave me is automated and it cannot answer my question. There are no longer real humans to talk to. I can no longer access my Amazon account, so I cant communicate that way. Im completely cut off and its been 14 days since I worked there. Still no check. I have been rehired to start a part time job at another location starting next month, but will they also refuse to pay me when I work there? They owe me for 50 hours of work. Am I the only person who is getting .....AIed and Amazoned? I feel cheated and Im in dire financial difficulty. I thought I could count on getting paid for my hard work. Im sooooo disappointed in them, wow!!!andUpdate: today is 02/25/2021 and still no check nor any phone call. With no money you become homeless. Thank you, Amazon. You have my address, my phone number. You are not innocent.

This is the worst place for drop trailer and live load and unload for life pick up and live drop will take 8 hours + and if you just come here to drop trailer also take 6 8 hours so don’t come here at AMAZON LBG8 also please Note don’t go to texas Amazon FTW1 DALLAS TXyou will be there for 2 days just to pick up load and drop this both please have a have garbage management

Sometimes it takes more than an hour to check in at night, daytime a minute. Most of the time load is ready b4 scheduled time. They r busy.

First time and last time here ..😡I have been here since 6:30pm for my 7pm live delivery Appointment.its 9:11pm and I am still sitting on the street waiting to check in at guard shaq there are 11 trucks ahead of me.workers with the radio just yapping with each other..they dont know who is who at this facility..they are no help at all...I call its a big communication Gap.The owner of this business doesnt seem to know whats going on here.All he/she worries about big Warehouses and be in news..seems to be jews

My load delivery experience here was ok. I was unloaded in 1 hour and they took me in 2 hours early. No lines when I arrived( LiveLoad). This place is kind of big but not enough space. Its busy and crowded, you cant circle around the building and theres not enough space to be doing U turns if you go down the wrong way. The staff are no help, the security/check inn doesnt explain anything to you unless you ask. All they do is give you your door and rush you in. Theres 2 sides S(south), and N(north) S is 100s and N is 200s. Thats it, good luck and keep trucking. 4 stars because the damn security could of been more help.

Just started working at Amazon. Getting in the facility is quick and parking is not bad. They take good measures to provide you masks, take temp as you walk in. Its a clean place, very organized, and moderate pace you can easily work at.Staff and supervisors are cool also helpful with any questions, showing you around, teaching the ropes. They have break areas around the building . There lunch room is spacious even with the sitiation of social distancing.Stocked with a variety of food and drinks you can buy. Time flies by quick here, in no time your shift is over. Just got to be on top of your time punches in & out and your good.Overall I like being here. Its a diffrent atmosphere coming from a car dealership environment.The pay is good.

Easy and fast in and out

Arrived at the guard shack at at 8:42 am and waiting until 10:25 before they got to me and I had a 10:00 appointment. They told me too pull into a parking spot and wait for them to call me. They called me to go to the dock door at 1:10, after pulling into the dock they didnt start unloading until 4pm. I was finally empty at 5:50!I will never deliver to Amazon again!

If I could go lower I would. I will never deliver here again. Got here at 7 pm its now 7 am. Took five hours to get a door and five more so far to unload. Lady inside said they didnt know it was a live unload. Come on people youre a business. Im paid by miles. Would you sit at work for 12 hours for free?

Had a 6pm appointment to deliver. Waiting till 8pm for a door to come available, didnt start off loading me till 10pm and finished by 11pm. The receiving/ shipping here is a total joke, poor management. Drivers avoid this POS !

TRUCK ENTRANCE is on LOCUST Ave which is West of Linden ave. There are 3 Amazon warehouses in this area. Amazon LGB8 is North of the Monster Energy warehouse. So far everyone is friendly & polite. This warehouse is pretty clean, pretty new. I arrived to the gates and there were 3 out if 4 lanes open to check in drivers. Took about 30 to get in. You have to drop your trailer at a dock that is assigned to you then you bobtail over to the check-in area. Then drive back to your trailer, park a few feet in front of it and wait. I was given a time estimate of about an hour. Lets see how this goes.

I move trailers around, so my job is pretty chill, working inside may very dependent on how hard you want to work. You can very well tell the people who have financial support, from the ones that dont.

I hope this place can do better ， if you dont have any space for the drivers ， you can help the drivers in line check in first ， then they dont miss there appointment， some people come two hours early some people come one hours early some people got there on time ， but have to wait two hours to get check in ， sometimes if you dont check in one hour later than appointment Amazon will delete you appointment ， you will have to reschedule it ! LAX 9 they let the drivers check in first and the wait in the yard，ONT8 they dont have space let the drivers wait in yard BUT they let the drivers check in first at least !

I have a really amazing manger . She makes coming to work easy. She respectful funny and she easy to talk to . Witch is not always the case with other managers .
