The best place ever !!! Finally found my sanctuary. The salon is very clean and neat. I love the white tone set up, the staff and the technicians’ uniform, very professional. The receptionist, I forgot her name, she is super nice and always assisting me professionally like picking colors and showing me service options. Highly recommended !!! I will bring my husband next time.

I have now gone here twice for dip powder nails and both times have been wonderful. I highly recommend Long, he has been great to me and very through with my nails. I even have a bad nail from a cat bite and he does everything to make it look smooth and natural. I look forward to trying out their other services and hope they are just as good.

Definitely a hidden gem 💎. I’ve been hoping around Leesburg’s nail salons and finally found the best one. I got my pedicure and gel manicure done and it was an AMAZING experience. My technician was Moon and David did my friend’s and they were so so good, very gentle and professional. She did good on my pedicure. This was the best pedicure that I have ever had. I rate 5 stars for the products also, I don’t remember what kind of pedicure I had but my husband said I smell so good and the sense is lasted till the next day and I am so so impressed. Yes, I recommend this nail salon. Great set up, so relaxing and the air is so fresh. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I understand they are under new management. They were very rushed. I had a polish change on my toes and has to ask for the technician to wipe off the excess polish on my skin around the nail. I also had an eyebrow wax and the lady was VERY harsh with her movements and waxing and was so fast I had to ask her to slow down. I have been going here for years and never felt like I was just a customer to run through for the money then shuffled out the door. I did speak to someone there and expressed my concerns and he was very apologetic....thats the only reason why Im giving them 4 stars instead of 2.

I had a dipping powder set done over there by David and it’s so amazing. I got it done around April and it still lasts until more than 3 weeks after that. Just got my other set done yesterday and same as before, he did awesome job. The salon is very nice and clean, also the manager, I forget her name but she is very nice and always going around to check and make sure customers are happy with the services

I usually get manicure done every two weeks. I used to come to Precious Nail long time ago and didn’t like it because the technicians talked to loud and unprofessional. Today I saw the under new management sign outside and give it another try and OMG I love it. Ivy (maybe the manager) is so nice and professional. I also love the new set up of the salon, so clean and fresh, tools are sanitized well and the technician who did my manicure is so gentle... anyway, I am so impressed and definitely come back

My sister, niece and I traveled from Clinton, Md, having been clients of Kayden’s when he worked at another salon in Waldorf, Md. We were greeted, immediately, upon entering by a cheerful receptionist named Hahn, who confirmed the services, then directed us to pick out colors.My technician, Jay, was gentle, firm, thorough with the greatest attention to detail (I got a sugar scrub pedicure). He provided the best leg & foot massage that I have ever had in my 60 years of experience! I would come back, just for that!The salon is beautifully laid out with pedicure stations in the middle, and manicure stations around the perimeter of the salon. The babbling brooks on the monitors were a nice departure from the regular news, daytime tv channels one usually gets. Hahn was very efficient and unintrusive as she went about cleaning up the stations and setting them back up after each use!Though it’s a bit of a drive from home, I, definitely look forward to a return trip, perhaps for my birthday in December! Congratulations, Kayden, on your new shop! Very well deserved!💕

I miss coming here. My nail lady was Lisa. She was so kind & very attentive. She always knew what was best for my nails. She also did my brows. Very professional & worth the money!Cant wait to come back here! Its a huge inside, that being said I feel that with the virus going on, theres alot of space for social distancing!

Had such a great experience at Precious Nail & Spa I had to write a review. The nail technician I had was Ann and she was very nice and skilled — Ill be requesting her again in the future! When I got a pedi from her, she was very gentle and provided a relaxing experience. Id highly recommend this place over others in the area

Overall, the nail technician did a decent job on my standard manicure. She seemed frustrated from the start when I did not agree to a gel manicure. There was no effort to make the experience enjoyable- more like she wanted to get the job done. It seems the type of place where the technician assigned to you will either make or break the experience. I do not plan to return.

Horrible experience. As a business owner I hate to write negative reviews. However the way we were treated and the poor customer service plus being overcharged I feel it’s important. Please do not waste your time coming here. We booked a month in advance for 7 girls for a bridal party. We made it very clear it was for a bridal party and we needed to get in at 11am. We were on time for our appointment and waited 30 minutes to get even one girl serviced. Finally one of the maid of honors was getting her nails done and a regular customer walked in off the street at 12:00pm saying she had an appointment for 11am and yelled at us and insisted on getting in right away. The staff in charge stopped mid pedicure and took the regular customer leaving the maid of honor half done sitting there so confused. We were 2 hours late for our rehearsal Luch reservation. She then over charged us. Please go else where extremely disappointed the bride was so upset and embarrassed and it truly ruined our morning.

Very friendly staff. Personally my favorite is Kathy but I have had 3 other staff done my nails and they did a good job. Prices are reasonable and the nails will last you for a long time. Definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a new and better place.

I have a problem of being nervous and scared if I enter a strange and unknown nail salon. Therefore, I chose Precious Nail and Spa as my believable destination. One of my reasons is that It is famous for many years with plenty of experience, so they have prestige in this industry. Secondly, the sanitation here was prioritized and maintained day by day. Anytime I went to this place, I found it very clean. The pedicure service here was remarked on top. The techniques of the worker create  skillful hands which glided on my skin and did not make me hurt,so I do pedicure here twice a month. The skill of drawing and painting of Nancy was really good. Beside that, the price for each service is comparable, meets my budget so can manage to come here regularly. It is one of the best nails salon around here!

I have been going to Precious Nails salon for many years and can say that I’ve never been disappointed in any service. The technicians there are always nice, professional and welcoming. The service there is top notch and would recommend them to anyone who is looking to have great services done at a great price. I have sent many friends there as well and they have been very satisfied with them. I would recommend them anyone who is looking for a good salon to check them out because not only do they do nails, they have an array of services ie. waxing, lashes and permanent makeup just to name a few. Kathy has been my technician the entire time I’ve gone there but you can’t go wrong with any one of them. They are all fantastic!! I urge anyone to check them out. I have been going to Precious Nails for years. Ann is great; she knows my favorite nail color and spends time sampling colors if I want to try something different. Their salon is clean and comfortable.

I think this place is underrated. From my experience the last time, they deserved five stars. The salon was well decorated. New and nice chairs guaranteed best comfort. The owner and staffs were so friendly and professional. The lady worked on my nails was awesome. She took her time on every single detail of my nails. They did a great job. Highly recommend this place.

I went to precious nails yesterday and my experience was amazing! They were able to fit me in quite easily after calling them the same morning. Lily did my nails and they are spectacular! It was so relaxing! I will definitely be back!

I went here with a friend by her recommendation.The place is clean and spacious. It was furnished and outfitted like any other nail place in the area. I was a walk-in for a mani/pedi, and did not have to wait, which was nice.For my pedicure, I paid more than i usually do ($32) but the hot paraffin wax is nice touch. It was your average pedicure, very nice and relaxing. But, the lady who did my pedicure picked one of my toenails until it bled, but not enough to require a bandage or anything.I also had a gel manicure ($30) and also included the hot paraffin wax. A different lady did my manicure and she seemed to be having a bad day. She kept huffing and puffing if I moved in a little bit, and would tell me do not move. For record, I have had many manicures, I dont really label myself fidgety to be told to not move so much. The entire time she did my manicure, she kept turning her head to look at the door, which in turn caused me to turn and look at the door, and then she would get mad if I moved. While doing my cuticles, she also made one my fingers bleed. It was enough that she had to have me wash my hands off, and it is still sensitive a day later.In addition, these ladies tried hard to speak English, but were difficult to understand and had a harder time understanding me. Paying was a challenge, as I tried to leave a tip, and the cashier was very confused. I ended up leaving it on my card, which I did not plan on doing.I wont be going back. Ill stick to my usual place. At least my nails look nice.

A wonderful time my manicure and pedicure was very lovely! They were committed it and insure that I really had a good experience . The technicians here are very talented and passionate and what theyre doing.

This place is great and very professional. Being Vietnames myself, I appreciate the fact that the lady who gave me my pedicure and manicure did a wonderful job. She didnt ask me nosey questions and best of all she didnt speak Vietnamese to her coworkers and talk smack about their clients. They were very kind and I just thought how wonderful they have that much respect for their clientele. I was so impressed with their professionalism.

Poor service save your money do it yourself they made my acrylic nails look like the square candy chiclets and refused to fix them -flat out refused. I ask politely and was treated very unprofessional and the manager did or said nothing to the rude employee .I had to go to another salon to get them fixed and they fixed them for free they looked so bad.I will NEVER go to precious nail salon again!!Poor customer service !!

This was my first time going here and as the other lady listed below my lady was huffing and continued to look at the door . I’m very still so I know that’s not an issue, on the next note they speak in there language hollering across the room and as I am and the other client across the room they are sitting right in front of us yelling and we don’t even know what they are saying I don’t care what anyone says it’s rude you can speak English and then talk all the stuff you want when we leave I think it’s very rude and unprofessional . My nails are cute but for acrylic full set they will bug you the entire time about paying the extra for gel even when you tell them no
