My new nail home! This was my first visit & they superseded my expectations! Ivy was definitely worth the wait. She is the Nail art whisperer! And enjoyed the best stress relieving pedicure and massage with Annie. Best hidden gem in all of Georgia! And the prices were fantastic for the levels of designs they offer! Thanks ladies!!!

Very unprofessional! They need to work on their customer service and how they treat people. Some of the workers need to fix their attitude. Don’t talk about customers while they are sitting right in front of you! Yes, I am black! But trust and believe I understand every word because I studied and speak fluent Vietnamese! I used to LOVE this place!! But honestly, I cannot bring myself to go back with such poor customer service, especially when my people are the main ones that help to keep your business open! DO BETTER!!

They did a great job with my nails. I loved them!! The wait on the other hand is a different story. I was in there for 3+ hours.

I really loved my nails I got them done by ivy, they are a bit pricey i paid about $80 for these medium size nails. The only other downfall they have it’s just a waiting period it takes a long time to wait even if you get here as soon as they open but other than that I really enjoyed the service and I love my nails.

Great customer service, and the manager (table #1) is super sweet! Experienced nail techs and talented nail artists. Also prices are very reasonable. Best nail salon by far!

I went here for a take off, full set with gel, classic pedicure with gel, as well as an eyebrow wax. I spent over a hundred dollars and about 3 and a half hours in here because they do not take appointments at this time. On a Thursday afternoon they were very busy so I cannot imagine how the weekend looks. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I truly do feel like the woman that did my nails was very attentive in getting the design that I requested. However, she ended up messing up one too many times. First, she cut my finger...little bleeding there...then she messed up my eyebrows and told me I could just use a pencil to fix it, and lastly my acrylic on my nails started lifting on day 3. They looked like I had them done for weeks. Unfortunately I was on vacation so I couldn’t even come back in to get them fixed. My pedicure was done by someone else and it was amazing. I was disappointed in this place because I had been referred by someone else and they had great reviews. I am not sure I will be back after my experience.

I love them. they are fast and get you in and out (if you go in the afternoon) their mornings be packed

Today was my first day since my old nail tech was no longer available. Mary did S&S and did a fantastic job. This will be my new salon.

Always pleased. Coming here for over 5yrs. V will make sure you are satisfied before you leave. She takes every complaint seriously. Ivy is great, a sweetheart and super attentive. No rush.

I asked for a particular person to do my gel fill-in because of the good reviews on her but the lady said oh how about you let this person do your nails because we are trying to get everyone to do the same thing, even though the person I requested was available. Needless to say my nails are already chipping and it hasn’t even been a week

I visited this place for my first time with my family that was from out of state. We enjoyed our pedicures and Vee did my moms and my nails with beautiful designs!

I am from Philly and super picky about my nails. The ladies here did and amazing job and kept checking with me to ensure I like them. I love them! I’ve been getting sns/dipping for years and I love the way they did it.

These ladies are very nice, they took me at 4pm on Sunday. I was out in around an hour with a beautiful manicure, and sugar scrub pedicure. Well worth the $62 and such a calm environment, I will go back!

It was very relaxing and definitely satisfied! Today was my second visit and walked out pleased!

Pros: The staff is wearing masks. They have the window screens for doing fill ins, manicures, and hands. For pedicures, they have spaced customers out. The lady who attended me was very nice and took good care of me - I wish it was longer!!Cons: I was hoping they would be stricter with CDC guidelines. For pedicures, some customers do not oblige by the spacing. Management doesnt say anything about it. I came for a pedicure and was seated immediately, but I wasnt attended to until about 30 minutes in. A random lady sat next to me even though she wasnt supposed to. The seats were not sanitized after each customer sat there. The station isnt clean either. There are a few toe nails lingering from the previous customer.

My first time being here and I love my nails ! I had Ivy do my nails and she asked me the entire process of doing my nails if they looked good . It really shows me how much she cares and the pride she has for her work. Plus, it was affordable . I thought I was going to pay over $100 for a full set and toes. I really wish I lived close bc I definitely would have a new nail tech😌

I got a acrylic fill-in with gel polish from Vi, and she was amazing! We had good conversation and she understood exactly what I asked for in regards to the color and shape I wanted, and she definitely delivered! I’ll definitely be going back to her for my next appointment!

Vi did a great job. She was very sweet and efficient. I absolutely love my nails. Will be going back to see her in two weeks for a fill in for sure.

I love this place Vi nailed my design. I went in and showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did exactly what I asked for and more! It was my first time there and it was worth the drive. There was a wait but the nice thing about them is that they will take the price down when you have to wait for a prolonged period of time. Their customer service is outstanding and very responsive.

Ivy has been doing my nails for almost a year. Every picture I’ve brought her she’s been able to re-create and even added her own little designs which I’ve always liked. This is definitely the place to go for trendy nail designs and good service.

I came in for a fill in and this was my first time there. The nails I had gotten previously did not hurt and were perfectly fine except it seemed like I needed a Fill in. they were kind and the place was nice so I have it two stars but the lady who did my nails kept the nail grinder on my nail so long I flinched and brought my hand back and she just grabbed it back. The lady did not speak English at all so I spoke with the associates around her for what I wanted and they explained. My nails were in pain but I hadn’t said anything. A few days later I noticed I was bleeding under the nail and the jewels all came out. I put a bandaid and dealt with the pain but a week later the pain became unbearable and it came off and now I don’t have a nail at all. My nail bed is yellow. I’ve gotten acrylic for years and I’ve never had this experience.

I have been coming here for years. Ivy has done my almond nails for yrs... let me tell you I am picky on the shape and color everything and she is so so patient with me. I don’t care how long I have to wait on the couch, she is worth it. She gets it spot on!Also V has phenomenal customer service, remembers your face or your last convo after seeing you 1 time.

This is it sis. They performed surgery on my butchered nail from another place. Went above and beyond to fix my nails

The pics are pretty but THEY can’t do nails. Got a fill in and a week later every nail is lifted. & I was over charged!! $70 for work I have to get fixed a week later. The Acrylic She put on my nails was way too thick. It took her an hour just to file it down. And she had an attitude. Just TERRIBLE!!

The staff here are so sweet, friendly and communicative! I am very particular about my mani/pedis and they are meticulous in how they achieve my desired designs. It’s the only place I’ll go. I HIGHLY recommend.

I forgot to ask for my nail techs name but it was a man in his late 30s to 40s. He did a great job. He made sure I liked the color beforehand since I seemed unsure. He paid attention to details and what I asked. I was out of the salon in an hour which is quick for me and I loved the shape and color.

Sensational nails is the best place to get your nails done at. The nail technician people are so nice, kind, and has great service. Their technique Is outstanding and they always have cute nail polish and great designs to put on. Just the other day I got dried blue beautiful flowers on my nails and they stayed on for at least a whole month. I highly recommend Vi and Ivy.

My first time going today and I absolutely loved it !! I don’t know the name of the girl who did my nails but she did them better than I could imagine.. Also spoke to a girl who was super friendly (both had tattoos). Definitely will be back every 2 weeks

Went there for the first time and never going back! First, the guy there that has Louis Vuitton and Gucci tattoos was really fixed on removing my nails by forcing them off with another acrylic nail instead of just soaking them. I mean I’ve had techs do that before and it’s okay but in my case it was hurting as he was removing my nails and he poked me a few times very strongly to the point where the side of my thumbs bled and still hurt two days later. Second, if you’re too busy do not get me started and leave me. After I got most of my nails taken off, I was left for almost AN HOUR before I had to get up and complain to the woman sitting at the first counter who I’m assuming is the manager. She later did an average job on my nails. Not the best or anything. And lastly, the nail salon is probably one of the least clean salons I’ve ever been too. Also let me just note, they had me prop my hand on a roll of TOILET PAPER to help me elevate my hands as they were doing my nails. There are way too many nice, great salons in the area for the same price and better service for you guys to come here!

As soon as I signed in my services begin! This was the first time the young man did my nails. He was patient and very detailed. I really loved my services today!

This salon doesn’t even deserve 1 star. had the worst experience here. i went to go get my face waxed and while the lady was doing it the wax was way too extremely hot she put big clumps on my face all at the same time. kept reusing the same wax paper. it was done unprofessionally after that she put some stuff on my face that did not feel like oil it felt and smelt more like nail polish remover. my face was burning and hurting so badly after. when i got home i noticed that she had ripped my skin face on my forehead, chin and upper lip. i have gotten my face waxed before and this has never happened to me. i wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here.

She charged me $30 for an ombré FILL-IN, which is stated no where. Plain nude and pink, NOTHING extravagant. Pedicure was lack luster rather than the luxury $42 worth it was priced at and called. An older lady did and seemed tired, so was I! Annoyed and will never return. Do not support, highway robbery !

My nails were horrible. They tried to charge me 45 dollars for a fill in with just acrylic.. didn’t even put polish. Then since I said I couldn’t afford that they used a drill to try to mess up my nails.

Staff is friendly. The pedicures last 3 - 4 weeks.

I have been coming to this salon for two years and feel satisfied every time. They will order the colors that I wanted and always offer refreshments while waiting. They make you feel very comfortable and always considered your needs and make sure you are always ok while taking care of your services. I always come in with a picture of what I want and ivy or vi always make it come to life no matter how crazy it is. Definitely a great salon ❤️

I did not leave here feeling so sensational. They dont listen very well. I didnt feel very welcome in there and I know for sure I will not be back or recommend this place. My nails were so sensitive after they hurt days later. Yikes when it comes to nail salons like these!!

I knew something was going on when I saw the pedicure lady pulled out her nail nippers in a BOX! not a sanitized bag, but in a BOX! I watched and everyone used a white/blue sanitized bags, but not this lady. She rushed into my pedicure and my big toes hurt now. Need to recheck on this!

I’ve been here a few times and every time I was left very unsatisfied. The nail technicians do not do a good job at listening to the customer’s wants. They are also way too rough and will completely tear your nail beds up.

I’ve been coming here for a few years. However, the quality has significantly declined. I pay extra for SNS and within less than a week my nails chip or break. The overlay should last at a minimum 2 weeks regardless of the strength of my real nails. My toe nail polish chips also within a week. This I know for sure shouldn’t happen. With other nail salons, my toe nail polish never chips. I wanted to remain loyal to this salon but simply can’t due to wasting money.

Omg, Excellent customer service... someone recommended this location to me! 1st of all, let me say this ...I’m pickey, Boujee all of the above, and I also work in the beauty service business! I was told to ask for Vee or Ivy.... I called 1st, young lady I spoke to was nice and said sure come on... I would be in line for Vee, I told her I would be there within 20 mins, get there, they were busy! Vee explains... yet never lost her cool and maintained great service! I told her what I wanted, the shape, I don’t like a thick nail, she never tried to convinced me to get SNS...she complimented me on how nice my nails were, and that she wouldn’t use the drill as much etc.... well she delivered, I will be back!! And I did I mentioned that I didn’t have to sell my hand to pay for it! Great price!! Ask for Vee!!

I been coming to this nail salon for awhile now and I been referring so many of my friends here and they all continue to come here . I always get my fingers and toes done and they are all really good . I enjoy Megan doing my toes she is real good at getting the ingrowns out and she makes me feel comfortable and welcome .Best nail salon !!

Terrible Customer Service! I went for my regular SNS manicure but I was sat with a male technician, who did a poor job and did not listen to my instructions. I was clearly unhappy and I let them know. Their solution was to sit me with another technician to try to fix it but she was rushing and I ended up hurt, cut and bleeding and they seem to careless. This was my third time going there and it seems like only one of the girls there really knows what she is doing, but if you get your nails done by any other person they just do a poor, mediocre job.

Came here because the salon i usually go to was lacking staff so the nail tech (male) who did my toes totally ignored my req about the way i wanted my toes and did the exact opposite and he was too rough with my feet. The lady doing nails was extremely hospitable and sweet so im sure they have better staff. IF i come back i will not get the same guy again!

1st time there was wonderful, will be returning!!
