Its a little family run store and theyre on it getting it done swiftly. the last time I went in there was to have my phone unlocked so I could move to a different carrier. they were very nice and did it no charge!

Always good service and down to earth when you can talk about sports and back home and enjoy the time spent there very easy to talk to and very fast at fixing a problem with your phone

Not only did the guy who helped me pick out a great phone but helped me so incredibly much with all the questions I had about my previous phone I was using before getting their new one!!! Horrible was very upset about having to buy two phones in less than a month first was defective, didnt matter, than got some hippie telling a bunch of bull hmm but my bad wanted to keep my same number and paid dearly, I dont think they even have a customer service # that can be reached, I tried for days, hot hung up on, or couldnt spend 3 hours on hold then still got disconnected

Very happy with our service here. The employees on site went out of their way to help us with technical support issues. They set up our phones exactly how we needed them, the prices are very good too. They arent interested in ripping off customers.

The owner Carlos and his Bro Paul are the best. The store off 119 and South main is our favorite. Always go there... You guys rock.

This place is absolutely a joke. Ive ran a business over 16 years and would have fired the little boy I spoke to on the phone today. Made a good call to corporate to clear things up. Stay away unless you like being cussed out.

Carlos is very nice and really knows about cell phones. They have a good variety of cell phones at very good prices plus good customer service.

CALLED AT 3PM THEY REFUSED TO ANSWER THE PHONE. HAD FRIENDS CALL AND IF SOMEONE ANSWERED TO CALL ME ON A CONFERENCE CALL. THEY STILL DIDNT ANSWER. TRIED REPEATEDLY UNTIL 5PM

This location and its employees are horrible, they are rude and disrespectful. We have been with metro for 3 yrs and have never been treated this way. Worst store ever!!! Metro is a great service but if want great customer service go to the store in North Longmont great people working at that store.

So rude I couldnt believe i was in the states. Most if these reviews are obviously fake. All 10 months ago, all 5 stars. Ok. And the website link from their page goes to a site that throws huge red flags.

This is the worst location they are very rude to their employees I went in to pick up a friend who worked there and the manager was telling her that she wasnt gonna receive her pay as they pay cash and not by check he didnt want to pay her. And the manager is very rude to the customers always yelling at them and he smells like cigarettes cuz he always goin out back to smoke. Just a very bad experience there I wouldnt recommend this location to anyone. I dont know if they r even a legitimate business because of how they pay and treat their employees. Very sad

Employees and owner will lie about warranty to sell you a new phone to boost their sales. Will not warranty out phones that have warranty. Also will try to use blackmail to extort money in customer service complaints being handled at the corporate level because Im the owner I dont answer to metro this store is currently being investigated by corporate metropcs

Omg where do I start. The employees are unbelievably rude and condescending. And their website is a sketchy 4th party site that your OWN METRO PHONE begs you not to go to. Yeah. Get receipts.
