The prices are a little higher than the other salons in the area. The quality of work is zero stars. Nina will rush your nails to get her clients out the way.

This place is unsanitary and needs to be evaluated by the Heath department immediately.

She does an ok job but the customer service is bad and to me that’s just as important as the over service.

Beu is the best when it comes to serving me as a client. He makes compensation with you. He was not there a few weeks ago. I am waiting on his return.

I’m not sure where they learned how to do nails but the first time I went the acrylic was too bulky. The second time my thumb nail chipped the next day. I think they use cheap nail supply or something. It’s a no for me

I have seen Nina and her ladies for over 15 years. They consistently provide great service and pricing that is very affordable. There are many places not nearly as good and charge a whole lot more.On most visits Katie does my nails and Jenny does my pedicure. Both are very sweet and do great work.

I always get my feet done by Katy. She is great and does a good job. Also helps that she is sexy as hell. Definitely recommend for a good pedi. Ask for Katy

This place always smells like a septic tank

Went to get my nails done on the 7/18 and when I notice my nails the next day it had air bubbles in nearly every nail. So I want back the next day and let the owner Nina do my nails. She did a good job I thought till the next day I saw my nails had chipped. Now a week later I have a total of 4 nails that has gel chipped off. I’ve NEVER had Thai happened before and I am very disappointed. Won’t be going back.

The absolute worst nail salon. I went for a simple gel manicure with SIMPLE nail art and the woman doing my nails acted as if it was the hardest thing in The world! she then began to talk extremely aggressive in her native tongue making it obvious she was talking about me. I wouldn’t advise anyone to get their nails done at this location. There was food everywhere, dirty seats, flys and their utensils looked unsanitary.

I have been coming here for 15 years they know me and how I like my nails done they also understand my hands and can do my na ils w/o causing nicks in my cuticles.

My wife always go here to get her nails and feet done today when she went they did her feet and Nina told her she had two clients to do and she will get her nails next so we waited. After her two clients another lady walked in and Nina just sit her in the chair and began to get started on her nails I quickly reminded her my wife is next you said after your two clients and she look as if she suddenly had amnesia and said nothing and proceeded with the other lady I just politely paid for my wife’s feet and we took our business elsewhere!!!!!! Very Bad Customer Service!!!!

I go there all the time and my experiences are great. Its a beautiful environment to be in! They try to satisfy your needs such as the type of nails you envisioned.
