Gurshan was very polite and super friendly for a first time customer walking in. I confirmed with her over the phone that she was able to cash a benefits check for more than 4k. The fee is very ideal, didnt cost up to $200. Had to fill out a form to become a customer at no cost. I was out of there after a good 10 mins! Will definitely go here anytime I need to cash a check. Super convenient!!

I came here cause i got a check for christmas but was skeptical about it so i brought it to see if they could check if it’s legit the lady told me she’s not wasting her time checking it and woudnt help me further she ended up shredding it. I feel she could have had a better attitude and been more helpful

The employees are quick, friendly, honest and up front about how much you get back! Plus, they cash most checks other places wont. To me, they are friendlier and more hospitable than my bank!

I had good experience to get help for picking up the money. Dont have much experience with Western union, but the agents guided me really well for transactions. If I need to deal with Western Union again, I will defiantly come back to this place.

I have been a regular customer at this moneytree for almost 4 years and minus an employee I dont think is there any longer everyone else there is GREAT and they all speak and know me by name, every experience is a pleasure and they always are sure to fulfill my needs... this team rocks !!!!

Went to cash a personal check and they asked me a couple of questions like what is it for, why haven’t I cashed it yet, and so you’re just sitting on it? They called my stepdad as well and asked him some of the same questions. I don’t mind that they had to verify the check, but I think the questions are overstepping boundaries. Why does it matter what it’s for? Why can’t you just call the person who issued the check to verify that they wrote it? Ridiculous!

Marlena was super helpful, friendly, and fast. She made sure that i got everything i needed and got out in a quick, and hassle free manner.

I rushed to get here right after working a 10 hour shift. It was literally exactly closing time there was only 2 customers inside. So technically they were still open. The employees refused to let me in so a customer did. The employees then demanded that I leave and they were closed as if I was gonna make or break their evening. The worst customer service Ive had in a long time. Thanks to them my car note is now late !

It is a good place to go for money order and payday loan but sometimes the que is very long andd you have to wait.

Jessica is rude! Went there this other day to get a loan, and it’s like she doesn’t want people to get loans! She kept rolling her eyeballs that I swear I was an inch away from beating her up! The disrespeck. I even said thank you when I left, and she just rolled her eyes as I was walking away, I didn’t want to do anything because she might not give me a loan because ‘I’m disrespectful cause I’m black’ ! Never going there again.

WORST LOCATION TO GET A LOAN! They told me that my payday loan would be set for the payday after the next and ended up billing me that very payday leaving my account offset by over 330 $. When I contacted the company they had HORRIBLE customer service. They will screw you over the first chance they get. CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!! Use a different company, or location at least.

When I first started getting payday loans here were very limited, but after I paid as agreed 3 times they raised it to even more cash, now Im at the max allowed for a payday loan, I can walk in this location anytime and get emergency money no questions asked, except that I have to provide a fresh paystub every six months even if Ive been in the same job for 4 years
