I’ve been coming to this nail spot since May of this year since I moved from Conyers as well as Florida. I was looking for someone to deliver as I ask and this spot has done it since day 1. When looking for a nail salon I read all reviews and viewed all pictures and I must say I was in total shock. (Shock was a good thing) I was referred to Helen and baby since then she’s my fav. Everyone here is helpful, does a good job as well as make you feel so comfortable and at ease. Most importantly works as a team. Every time I bring in a picture I show it and I get exactly or similar too with a few touches of what I wanted and it usually looks better than the picture I brought in. I’m picky when it comes to my nails and tech but here with Helen and the others I’m stuck. I always leave satisfied and so does my partner. Helen is funny and her personality is awesome she engage with you; it’s what I look forward to when I clock out from work and sit in her chair. I highly recommend this place for your nail desires as well as Helen as your tech. Also you can bring your own LASHES!!!!! Give them a try you won’t regret it.

Everyone here is so friendly and professional. I’ve been coming here since they opened in 2020 and i haven’t gone anywhere else since. They slay my nails every single time. Everyone does amazing. I 100% recommend this place for anyone looking for a very clean, professional, organized and friendly nail shop. From the marble floors to the big comfy seats, it’s a whole vibe here.

I just love cocos they are the absolute best! They do such a great job you get what you ask for! Great service! Helen will never do you wrong. I got the shape I wanted and the exact colors I wanted. I totally recommend it! Overall very professional and such a good experience!

Very disappointed. I wouldn’t come back here if they paid me. The person that did my nails didn’t take off the nail polish I had underneath, so you can see the red through the nails. He kept burning me with the drill. I showed him the inspiration photo and still didn’t do anything like it so we had to get the manager involved. He “fixed” my nails but they still looked odd. I spent 2-3 hours there so I was ready to leave. The next day the nails started coming off. They keep getting stuck in my hair. Definitely not worth the $75.

A great salon, they produce good work, the people who work here are very nice, they are clean (temp check & hand sanitizer upon entrance). For these reason they will continue grow and gain more business. So if you like quality work make your appt and confirm them and understand they actually do want everyone to leave happy so they can be around for years to come!

I recently moved to GA from NY and I knew I’d need to find a nail salon. This salon is very close to home so I gave it a shot. I absolutely love this place. It’s always clean and they have COVID-19 protocols in place. The nail salon itself is beautiful. Helen is absolutely amazing. She is so talented and sweet. I get tons of compliments on my nails thanks to her. Tony is also very good and he’s also super funny. They both do a great job at greeting everyone as they walk in and making sure everyone satisfied. 5 out of 5 for me! My new salon ❤️

Coco Nails Lounge is a true gem. The salon is clean, the decor is beautiful and most importantly the nail techs are amazing. This is my first time, thanks to the other Google reviews. Helen is excellent- I told her what I wanted and she delivered. I’ll definitely be back.***Update*** This is my going salon, I’ve been there several times. Helen doesn’t missed a beat! Nothing but great work from here.

The nail techs completely botched mine and my friends nails. We had pictures of what we wanted and they reassured us that they were able to do everything and the end result was awful. My friend got a classic pedicure(not hot rocks or hot towels of the sort) and they charged her for a deluxe pedicure and they argued with her about it.Edited to show what my friend wanted verses what she got. The other nail had to scrap the idea all together because it was taking her too long.

I got gel nails and it started chipping within less of a week. Plus the eyebrow wax completely peeled off my skin and left me with a burn. Whether it was an allergic reaction or not, I definitely will not be going back.

Great experience! I booked online for two pedicures, my friend and I are looking for a new go to place weekly, so we thought we would give it a try since it is right up the street. Booking was easy and quick, they were right on time, friendly, and great. I only took away one star because they are still enforcing the mask, which is not mandatory by Ga law but simply recommended or an option. Other than that I would have given five stars, thank you for a great experience. We were not rushed at all, and they were very kind and helpful, we were moms who had no clue! But they made sure we were ok👍I will be back, once these mask things are fully lifted, but thank you! Very pleasant time

I love coco nails Tony is so nice and professional when you come in. They are extra safe and taking measures to keep clients safe from COVID such as checking temp and sanitizing hands as you enter. I actually came late one evening as they were getting ready to close and the way they cleaned and disinfected the place was so impressive. The entire place smelled fresh and anyone could tell it was clean. Every time I go there I always get someone good to take care of my nails however tonight I had Helen she was super funny and my nails look amazing. My niece tech was David that night she cant stop looking at how beautiful her nails are.I would highly recommend this nail shop.PS the music is relaxing, the pedicures are always nice, and the only thing missing is a glass of wine.

I was referred to this salon by a friend and unfortunately it was a mistake to go here. With that said the nail tech was very kind but did a horrible job. Honestly I have never had anything like this. All my nails were different lengths as well as they were not straight. I had paid extra to get gel on top of the full set- she put gel polish all over my skin and cuticals. When I did mention it she stated that is how they do gel polish. I have never ever seen that done before. Lastly, she completely cut my skin which floored me when she states my criticals were ugly. I know this sounds like a joke especially after driving 38 minutes to get to them but it is the truth. During covid- you would think everyone follows some sort of protocol- but at this salon it’s like Russian roulette- you may get a table shield you may not- you just don’t know! Praying I don’t get sick after leaving today as I had to ask the tech… are you sure your not sick because of all the coughing she was doing. I have attached a picture of what my nails look like at this moment while spending over an hour to try to remove them.Anyways, I hope this helps some of you with the decision to come to this nail salon.

I should have taken pics so the lack of quality would be visually apparent. The only reason people patronize this nail salon is because they have a captive audience in their semi-rural location. I paid good money for a very sub-standard dip and pedi. Really it was mainly the dip. The workmanship was poor. The nails were lumpy and uneven. There was no attention paid to the cuticles. I am not one to make an issue at the salon when I dont like a service. What I will do is leave a review and not go back. I paid to have my nails redone at another salon 4 days later. I couldnt stand to look at the haphazard nail job a moment longer.

I was recommended to this place by my sister. The gel manicure was awesome. Helen is the nail tech who did my acrylic set. She gave me the exact shape and look I wanted. No cuts or misshaped nails. Money well spent. I will be returning.

First time coming here this evening. Very clean, lovely atmosphere. Felt welcomed the minute we were greeted by Tony. Got the spa pedicure which was relaxing. They took their time and were very efficient despite being busy. Tony painted my daughters nails. He was great and patient with her and kept her busy with conversation! We will definitely be back next month😃

I absolutely love this place! Helen is my go to! She listens and does exactly what I ask and she’s super professional. I’ve referred all my friends here and now this is their nail home. I get compliments daily. Trust me, you will not be disappointed.

I’ve visited the salon a number of times since they opened in 2020. Pedicures here have been hit or miss. The one thing that I do appreciate is that the times where I haven’t been satisfied with the work, the manager has always offered for me to come back in and have corrections made at no charge.

We had such a lovely time here! Gel and acrylic manicures were very affordable and the work was meticulous. Clean, professional, great customer service, and a beautiful ambiance!

I have gotten my gel pedicure done three times at this salon and each time I had to return the next day for someone else to correct the initial issue. On the third (& final time), I also got SNS on my nails. My total was $170. I returned the next day for my toe to be corrected. The tech cut a piece of my ingrown, but not all of it and my big toe was bruised, sore and swollen. I explained to the receptionist (also a nail tech) the issue and also showed him that 3 of my nails had severely chipped overnight. He asked me to wait. I waited for 15 minutes. Two more people entered the salon during that time and were seated. After the 15 minutes, the receptionist took me to a pedicure chair and told me I would need to soak my feet and that when someone was available, they would check on me but that I wasn’t a priority. I politely told him that I would leave. Overall, the customer service needs work and the quality for the price is awful. Unfortunately, they were close to me, but I will not be back

Didnt really liked my foot acrylics and pedicure. Extremely too long and different shapes. 😪 no one liked them. Wow

Pretty and calm environment. I received service for 2 people last Thursday. We both did our nails and get.....obviously spent well over$100. The gel manicure fell off in a complete whole piece. One nail each day. Not chipping.....just literally feel of in a complete piece. I also had some bling work and 2 stones feel of in less than 24 hrs AFTER I asked nail tech, are you sure this is going to stay on? Obviously it looked like it was not enough adhesive. They used to have a great tech - Dee. Shes gone and this was a complete waste of my money as I did all this for a special event. Not going back.

Always have a great experience at CoCo Nails Lounge. Love the fact that they are still monitoring temperatures upon arrival and they spray your hands with alcohol. My nails last at least 4 weeks unless I go back sooner just because.

I loved this place at first. overtime they became sloppy with my services. first incident in 2020 a lady waxed the lower part of my eyebrow off.. i complained about it and he told me i didn’t have to pay for my eyebrows, which i wasn’t going to anyway . i let it slide.. came back for acrylic toes, not only were they THICK, the removing process caused both of my big toe nails to come off halfway. now i have a half of toe nail on each foot. i’m done with this place. it looks nice but careless work.

Very beautiful and clean salon! My pedicure was wonderful but my acrylics were done poorly. I spent a lot of money and my nails were lifting off after one day. 150$ plus tip is too much to be disappointed. May try again.

1st experience - went for a SNS nails on a day they had a long wait. After finally making my way to the chair and picking a color. The nail tech started the first around of applying the color to which I commented about the wrong color vs what I selected. He reassured me that it wasnt. By the time he finished it was so obvious. He admitted to his huge mistake that he had the wrong color. I was so upset because I didnt have time to wait for him to correct it and I was heading for vacation too. After a long wait I couldnt invest anymore time there.2nd experience - of course I knew that I would never go back for my nails although it is walking distance from my house but decided to give them a second chance for my lashes. Called and made an appointment. Walked in and went to the back to the tech. I explained what I wanted and reiterated that im new to lash strips. I requested to keep it REAL simple, small and natural. I didnt want to see spider lashes. we agreed on the small with low density. Instead she gave me thick and medium and I looked like a clown. Also when I asked her how did it look at the moment she was handing the mirror to me. GET THIS...Yes, she said it was ugly. At first I thought she was joking but to my surprise she was right. Her work was so ugly as HELL and I had to walk out the door looking a hot comical mess! I told the owner when I left that I didnt like them. I spent the remaining of my day removing them without taking off my real lashes.One mistake shame on me, two mistakes shame on them. Im never going back there again because they made major mistakes on my nails and lashes.

My husband and I were trying to find a salon last minute since the one we usually go to was closed (and honestly wasn’t a big fan of it). I googled near by nail salons and found this one. I am so glad i did. They did an amazing job. Vee made sure to take her time and do the mani and pedi just like my husband likes. The manager (didn’t catch his name) took care of me due to them being short staffed and he was awesome as well.

Ladies please go see Helen for brows the is a true professional and very talented she did an amazing job better job than when I got married!!! The shop is always clean bypass that other nail shop and come here!!

Hello everyone this was my first time visiting the nail shop. Yvonne and Henry really gave great service. There was a little wait maybe due to people being off today 7/5/21 but other than that will be back.

Herd you in like cattle. Worst manicure I have ever had. Pedicure was fine and he did a great job. If you are looking for a relaxing experience dont go there.

Had another great experience I got the Coco “Toe” Tally Pamper pedicure. When I say this felt amazing and was well needed. I definitely look forward to coming back. Oh yea professional and safe

Yesterday was my first time at Coco nails, the manager is very welcoming and helpful. The staff is also very professional. Overall a good experience, I would definitely recommend!

They do good SnS nails but prices are very expensive. I feel overcharged on 1st visit and only got full set done with the white design art on tips, Nothing extra was done. The charge was $100.

Please do not go here. They do not know how to do nails. I will go where I typically go. Tried here because it’s 5 mins from me and I had a good experience when I got my toes done. First time getting nails done here and highly disappointed He asked did I get my nails done here because it didn’t look like it. He also didn’t coffin shape all my nails. Some of them were square shaped. Also he didn’t blend out my nails good. You can tell I had a fill in. The nails aren’t smooth at all. I’m never going back.

First time I went it was a great experience. Second time I was disappointed they over charged me. I paid $161 for a pedicure n a set of gel nails, no design and they were not even long. Last time the same lady did my nails and again over charged me she started doing my nails n half way she went n did another persons 1 hr later came back and did mine in a hurry. My nails looked bulky and honestly just disgusting. I tried telling her but she ignored me and right away went to another client. I do not mind paying for a good service and I always tip them good. I know I won’t be going back there anymore.

I went here for the first time today and I absolutely hate my nails. I knew from the sloppy acrylic application that my nails were going to come out bad. I tried to tell the guy I didn’t like them and he told me to just wait until the end. My nails are all crooked and different lengths. I asked for them to be a longer and they are all literally so short because he had to file so much… due to the poor acrylic application. I am so disappointed.

One of the cleanest nail salons I have ever been to! Its also very nice inside and spacious. As someone who does SNS, I am very picky but at Coco Nails, they always come out GREAT. They are also still adhering to COVID-19 protocol. Everyone has on masks at all times!

I asked for pink and white, was told they didnt havent once they started on my nails. Then upon completion was told they did have it. So, he decided to give me what the hell he wanted not what I wanted!

This place is amazing. I got a gel Mani and a gel pedi today. Tom, worked on my feet and he recommended a very good spa pedi. He was really good and everything smelled AMAZING. At the same time William did my manicure. He also did great. They were a great team. They talked to me, made me laugh, they were very friendly. If you havent been here, definitely give them a try. I have come here before and the nails look excellent, but there is always a long wait time. Today they sat me in a chair and i waited for 2 hours after my appointment time and never got helped, yet the hostess recognized and told me to continue to wait just a little bit longer the whole time.

I always enjoy the atmosphere and friendly dispositions of the staff! I truly feel as though I’m at the spa!

I do not recommend this place. Out of connivence I stop in and decided to give this place a try. The nail tech I had was not open to me teaching him how to do my nails. One of my fingers used to be broken so now it has a slight lean. I was pleasant and explained the situation to him and kindly asked him to fix it and he questioned me the whole time and still did what he wanted to do. He over filed my nails and did a bad paint job. When he saw he shorted my nail of acrylic he just tried to file my nails or give it the illusion that they were even but it wasn’t. My nails are crooked and when I tried explaining that he just kept questioning it when you can clearly see as such. He watched me pick out polish that he knew wasn’t going to work with the look I was going for and said nothing instead after He realized that he had messed up by over filing my nails to try to make it look like they were straight he recommended this gray color to throw underneath with glitter polish on top of it so that it wouldn’t be so obvious that he messed up my nails. Never going back. If one employee operates like this I can assume that’s just how business is ran.

Omg don’t waste your money unless a certain person who you know is good will do a good job. Everything was ok until the end, the pedicure lady did thick coats of gel polish giving me bumpy uneven toes, ending up cutting my toe and not to mention the hands and the full set I got is so ugly so unprofessional ... please don’t waste your money I won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. The ladies are Nancy and Laura if you must go to this salon avoid them.

First time going to this nail salon and let me tell you how ABSOLUTELY AMAZING the experience was, even though they were extremely busy they worked effeciently to get everyone done in a timely manner. My nail tech was Ms. Helen, she was beyond exceptional. My nails came out amazing, perfect shape and length, she did a phenomenal job with my ombre and color combination, conversation and vibe was amazing, even the owner acknowledged my group a few times. My new favorite nail salon. Id give 10 for customer service, cleanliness, professionalism just all around amazing.

Helen and Tony have been my go to nail tech since before coco nail lounge. They can do just about anything you request. The place is absolutely gorgeous inside. When either of them do my nails they stay on.. no lifting, no cracking, just perfect and thats with at least 2/3 weeks before a fill in. Helen and Tony are the only 2 nail techs i trust to do my nails. Helen has literally picked out my shape, color and design before and let’s just say I WAS IN LOVE 😍. They never hesitate to fix anything I’m unhappyWith whether it be shape, color, length or a crooked nail. They go above and beyond to please each and every customer that walks thru their doors. My nails were rushed. She even put the nail polish on my acrylics without me washing my hands. Some of my nails have air bubbles in them. I got a classic gel manicure and left with my foot bleeding. I spent $95 in total for An acrylic full set & classic manicure both with gel.

I read about the Coco Nail Lounge in a local neighborhood group. Everyone raved about the technicians, one in particular stood out for me and that was Helen. Everyone that commented about Helen had something fabulous to say and it sounded like she was a passionate person which sparked my interest. This all initially happened a few months back & I sat with it all for a while... (Clearly)!With Covid Ive been hesitant with getting out and pampering myself. (Something that pre-Covid I had learned to do regularly). Well, last week I was on vacation and really needed some ME time, so I came online and messaged the Lounge. Tony was quick to respond and attentive! I was able to get an early next morning spot after being denied same day service because Helen was booked, of course!!!Well, when I say it was sooooo worth the wait, thats an understatement. Helen was EVERYTHING and some! Personable and most caring. She has a special personality trait thats rare to find these days and Im hooked. When I say I was able to totally relax and enjoy her performing her ART, I MEAN JUST THAT!!! Helen was funny and oh so witty but most of all my experience at Cocos Nail Salon was also about diversity and allowing people to not only be themselves but also respect that we all like different things and thats perfectly fine too! It was a magical experience!!!

Had a 5pm appointment. Waited for 30 minutes just to be told that there a no available chairs and they’re closing soon. Was really looking forward to it but won’t be back.

Want to salon so many times, even took my friend’s and my daughter .My daughter nail broke so i took her to fix it .She checked in 1:13 pm finish at 3:39 pm so I called owner and asked him why take him over 2 hours to fix her nail and he responded ;1st came 1st served, than I said that is not right it is repair only one nail and he said that how i run business, Very unprofessional, very poor serviceSo they did poor job on nails, nails brokeYou have to wait over 2 1/2 hours to get fix one nail

First I must say I always liked my nails but they never last and the price here changes based on the checkout persons mood. Dim the new girl has an attitude every time you disagree about a color. She literally left me without saying a word to go and service another client because according to her I was taking too long to choose a color after not liking 1 color she picked out. Ive gone there to do basic pedi and full set and the price is never the same. Ive tried to see the price for full set and pedi AGAIN the price is different. There is no price chart to look at it. Just pay what they say whit no breakdown as to what you are paying for. IM DONE, I WILL NEVER RETURN OR REFER ANYONE to this place.
