Everyone is so friendly and it’s always so clean. Alyssa has been taking caring of me since day one! Ali is awesome too! They always listen and make sure you feel comfortable. I definitely recommend coming here.

Beds are gross and sometimes the rooms are super gross. Had hair and pieces of table paper from previous customers on my feet when I took my shoes off to get onto the bed and be treated. Rude, undertrained, very incompetent staff. Manager is nice, but seems very insincere. Came later in the day when she was not there and the environment is very unprofessional. Appointments are booked only about ten minutes long so that they can see and get money from as many people in one day as possible. I dont think anyone should need laser for as long as they try to keep you there unless you have a disorder or hormone imbalance that makes you grow hair like crazy. One of the girls that lasers told me that some of their customers have been coming for over four years. Disappointed with my results, especially because they use the best lasers on the market. Clearly most of these girls dont really know what theyre doing. The memberships are a scam.

Ive been going here for a bunch of years. It works amazingly well. Im a natural sasquatch, but not anymore. The techs are all great. So professional. I thought id be very uncomfortable doing private areas, but they have all been great at making me feel more at ease.

I bought 8 sessions small area from Groupon and today is my first appointment (1/25/2021). First I entered they checked my temperature because of the covid-19 and the staff wearing mask all time and there plenty alcohol gel to wash your hand (on the reception counter, at the door and in the room).My laser technician Zoe really nice. She let me know what I should do after my each session and what I should expect. She recommended the membership program but she not force me to apply it right away.Totally recommend Simplicity and if I see the changes after 8 sessions I will be sing for membership for sure.I will update my results after 8 sessions

Don’t waste your money!! I went to the location on Washington and Buffalo for 2 years. I was one appointment away from completing my contract when COVID happened. Almost all my hair grew back and same with my daughter. We were assured that they would take care of it. Well today I go in and am told I have to pay for an extension. WHAT?!!! 2 years and a lot of money and I still have to shave???? Have been told by many this happened to them as well.TOTAL SCAM!!!!

Simplicity laser are fair in price and are working around my needs to travel so often. I have went to a few technicians there, some are better than others. My favorite one is a Allie, she is very nice, patient and considerate of my sensitivities. Ever since I had her doing my Brazilian I do not want to see anybody else and if shes not available I have to reschedule. Overall Im happy with the results so far.

Before making the contract & the few first months, they behave nicely but after they make sure they deceived you, everything will change. They charge monthly but giving the treatment service almost every two month.

They’re not honest. They burned my daughter legs in the first treatment in Feb. We requested to cancel bc of this issue but still they charged us. After closing due to covid-19 they charged us without authorization while it was supposed to cancel because of burning. my daughter was not comfortable to come in this place for different reasons such as burning, possibility of covid, etc but they didn’t payback our money that they charged us in a closing time for several times. They also charged for canceling !!!!!!

My tech Zoie is amazing, she has great customer service and always asks me questions about my progress so I know I get customized treatments for the best results. They are Covid compliant and take multiple safety pre cautions such as temperature checks & screening everyone who enters the building as well as sanitizing all surfaces and equipment so I feel safe enough to continue treatments from them.

For starters this is an excellent location and a nice building to get laser and other services done. I particularly like this location because of the staff. The girls who I usually see are Ally and Rhiannon, both of which are excellent techs. They always makes sure that I feel comfortable and that the job is done efficiently. Rarely do I ever have to ask them to go over an area. They are always on top of their work and their attitude is always impeccable just like their service. I honestly feel like whenever I go there Im going to catch up with a friend rather than get laser done. They deserve a lot of recognition!!

I got introduced to Simplicity by one of my hair clients ... she had been going here for a year with another year to follow with the package she purchased. I started last year and signed up for a 2 year contract when they were doing the December holiday special! I got the full body 2 year plan for $79 which I don’t think is too bad. Very reasonable. As for techs? By far Fernanda is my FAVORITE. Why? Because she’s very detailed, when it comes to me spending my hard working money, I want to know that the person servicing me cares to take their time like she does. She’s very personable, made me feel comfortable and overall I just love my experience when coming to Simplicity because of her. I recommend this company and location to everyone I know.

I was a little hesitant about starting laser hair removal but after I met with my laser specialist, Rhiannon, she made me feel comfortable and understand the process. I did a good review at the beginning of my treatment for free facials. However, my contract of 24 months is over this is an update review. Here we go, I missed 3 appointments over 24 months contract for $99 a month I still grow hair lighter in some areas and heavier in others. There hair still grow all over I have black hair. The girls told me its was because of my ethnicity 🤨 maybe. However, the girls are sweet and friendly like Ally will take you on her lunch break if the schedule is tight. I gave it 2 stars because for two years of paying all this money they didnt even bother to give free sessions, instead they told me to renew my contract. Also, if you miss an appointment under the contract they will charge you around $20-$25 not 100% sure. If the machines are down and you have an appointment they will let you know the machines are down, but they will set up an appointment without notifying you. So, you could miss that appointment because when that happen, I didnt know that I had an appointment until I went for an appointment for different area. One appointment I missed I told the receptionist not to schedule me for that day because I will be overseas she scheduled it anyways. How it works; Face every 4 weeks, legs and arms every 8 weeks, and bikini and underarms every 6-8 weeks.

I was hesitant initially when I began using their services but the ladies that work at this business make you feel at home. All the procedures were explained thoroughly by the laser technician Alissa. Alissa was extremely patient in answering all the questions I had and made me feel so comfortable about their products and services that I sought additional services in the form of facial treatments.There are no words for how excellent the facial treatments are. Ive had 2 facials with Candace and have loved both experiences at Simplicity. Their facials are affordable and so reasonably priced that Ive got my next 2 appointments already booked. The front desk staff has been very nice and efficient. Candace has been on time and really helpful in making suggestions to improve my skin. They are NOT pushy about selling you products but do offer recommendations. Their products are actually pretty reasonably priced compared to some places Ive been and when checking prices online. They offer the same high end professional quality products Ive seen at my Dermatologists office. I look forward to coming here.

I have been going to Simplicity in Las Vegas for one year and a half. I am getting a full body treatment. I was seeing different people each time until I saw Ally Hogan in one of the sessions. She is very experienced, and I could see the difference in her work, especially when she was working on my face. She used a wooden stick to cover my eyebrows or around my face to work on small areas. Since then, I have been making all of my appointments with her. Its close to a year with her now. Also, I realized communication is important. I have been communicating with her about the progress of my treatment and she adjusts it to make sure I get the best result. Ally makes me feel comfortable there. I also need to add that I have worked with Rhiannon and she was great.

Originally, I went to Simplicity for laser hair removal. I received an e-mail from them saying that they were introducing facials as a new service. I signed up and from my very first appointment I was not disappointed. Candice is amazing. I am now on a monthly facial rotation with her and have been back 5 times so far. I could not believe the results that I received from the very fist visit. My pores virtually disappeared! My skin looks fantastic and Candice has given me many tips to improve my daily regime which has yielded great results.

I have been coming here for a few years now and I love it! Started small, with a package from Groupon, to test it out and see how my skin reacted. After my first underarms session the hair was already growing back thinner and in fewer areas, it was splotchy. Shortly after seeing those amazing results I bought a package for my lower legs, and after the third session I was down to only having to shave the night before my appointment, which is once every eight weeks! I now have a full body package and have never had any issues with them, staff or billing/pricing. The staff is awesome and the manager is the sweetest!

Using Simplicity Laser for my hair removal needs was probably the best decision that Ive ever made. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The establishment is clean and organized. Appointment times are available from early mornings to late evenings. The service itself stings a bit but its worth it for the results. In my opinion, Aylissa is THE BEST technician in the building. Ive had services with several of the ladies and she is by far the best. Shes thorough and compassionate. During one particular appointment I was in extreme discomfort (tip: reschedule if youre close to or on your monthly) and Aylissa knew exactly what to do to provide some relief. I got a Groupon for eight laser hair removal visits and I have gone four times now. Everyone is friendly and it is a very clean and relaxing atmosphere. I was surprised it rarely hurt at all since I had heard it did. I might like to try an anti-aging facial sometime, too.

Ive been going to this location for 2 years and I am SO satisfied! I only like to see Alyssa, the laser tech, for all my services. She makes you feel very comfortable and at ease. Love her!!!

I go to Brenda for my laser hair removal and she is the best! Im in and out pretty quickly and she does a great job. No numbing cream needed yet!

Employees were nice however be careful on the pricing and the management. I was told several different prices and when I went to purchase a package the price was totally different than anything that was previously quoted. Very deceptive marketing. Manager on staff, Jen Newton is not properly trained to address the issues created by her employees. She needs more training or a more adept person needs to take her position. Just lost me as a customer. Thanks Jen Newton for showing the true colors of your company!

Brenda makes going so easy and pain-free. She is kind, runs on time and I have had great results with her as my tech. The facility is always clean and Jennifer is always happy and greats me with smile.

Love this place! The staff, community service, and treatment is great. I have been going their for two years and I never had a problem. Several of my friends joined since I started my treatment and they absolutely love it. All the girls that work their are great. I love Chelse, Ali, Elisa, and pretty much everyone. Its worth your money. Not only is their laser treatment great, but their facials too! I reccomend this place to everyone who is planning on getting laser hair removal treatment, or even a facial.

I have been going here off and on for some time. I have had several technicians but I ended up requesting Ally Hogan as my permanent tech. Shes always done a great job and is very friendly.

I used to go to laser away for hair removal in LA, after 2, 3 sessions I’ve got rid of my hair. Then I moved to las vegas, There was no need to get hair removal for more than one year,because there was not any hair on my body to remove. However I had some very thin hair on some areas that I wanted to remove. I came to simplicity and I signed their 2 years plan. One year and a few months passed and I had 12 sessions so far, unfortunately I don’t see any improvement or result. I have to get shaved every 2, 3 days 😦 The reason is because they set their laser machine on a very low grade, this how they make you spend more money on getting more sessions

I just started my treatment at Simplicity Laser. Overall, Ive been impressed by Aandreas candor and her advice. Shes very honest and doesnt hide or gloss over potential side-effects. The treatment itself startles you a little and does hurt more than threading or waxing. I have chosen to go with the package and will log my journey in the coming months!
