Do not go to henna!! I usually go here along with my family since years, The only reason I go here is because it’s very close to my house. Last week I got my manicure, nails and pedicure done, the very next day one of the nails chipped but it was too late to call them since they were closed. The next day was a Tuesday and they were closed. I called them Wednesday but couldn’t go in because I wasn’t feeling well, I went in on Thursday and henna showed a bad attitude and did a very bad job fixing it. It was completely a different thickness, still I didn’t say anything because it was still similar color. On top of that she charged me $5, I was like I just did the nails last week. Then she was like don’t come here next time. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

I used to frquent Helen years ago. I returned today and nothing has changed: she is still awesome!!! Her work is next to none.

I love the way they do my nails HOWEVER when they waxed my eyebrows the wax was way too hot and burned my eyelids badly. Not only are they red but my eyelids are extremely swollen and very painful. Do not use them for waxing!

First time here and the first question one of the ladies asked me was Hey honey! Where are you from? Which I thought was funny. This is the only place Ive gone to where the employee didnt hurt my nails. Well at least Hannah didnt. It is a pretty decent place. Not many variety of colors but good enough.At I was sitting down at the chair, I kept hearing people talk about Helen. About how nice she is and everyone loves her. And another lady came in and was there for an appointment with Helen.

Came in with a picture of what I wanted done and they came through with these beauties. I love them. Also got my eyebrows waxed and it was the best cleanup I’ve had in two years.

I love Era nails, this is one of my favorite nail shops. They are very pleasant with reasonable prices and quality work!!!!

Great! I have been getting my nails done by Amy for years now and my brows and feet. She is awesome! Everyone there is great.

I keep going here because they get me in and out during my lunch break. I am always able to keep my nails for two weeks and they rarely break. I would have to say don’t go to Amy though. She doesn’t paint all the way to the corners. There’s been two times with her I always have to come back and get my nails repainted because I get gel and she doesn’t do it right. They always start peeling when she does them. When anyone else does them, that doesn’t happen. This third time I had her and I was skeptical but I went with it. When she started painting I noticed that yet again... she didn’t paint to the corners. So I asked her nicely if she could paint to the corners and she told me to let her do her job. She was very loud and unprofessional with me. Other than that I love this place!

I have been searching for a good salon to do my gel nails. I decided to try this place out because overall it had good reviews. That was a huge mistake and complete waste of money. The salon had very dim lighting and it felt almost humid inside. It also seemed like they spent very little if any time cleaning. The lady who did my nails seemed like she was bothered and went as fast as she possibly could. The color I chose was a light shimmer that required multiple coats. After two coats (where you could still see my nail through the polish) she said good enough? Um no. I asked for another coat and she seemed annoyed. The light box she used what different than all of the others Ive had used at other salons so that was strange too. It seemed more like a fan than a UV light. She tore up my cuticles and all of my fingers hurt to push on after I left. The cherry on top: I had my nails done THREE days ago and it is ALREADY coming off. It is also the most I have spent on gel nails in the area ($29). I am HIGHLY disappointed to say the least. I would never return to this salon.

My first visit there and Ms. Katy did my nails. Love her and her crew. Those ladies do the best to make you feel welcome. Love how when someone walk through that door and everyone is like hey Ms. Such/n/such how have you been? Well be with you as soo as we can. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

This is my 2nd time here and I love it! I just moved up here so I was looking for a nail salon and am glad Ive found one! The prices are GREAT and the service is amazing. Definitely try this if youre looking for a new nail salon!

Been going 10 years. Moved to TN 2 years ago and still come over every month for Amy to do my nails and toes. The service is exceptional.

I got gel nails and they did an amazing job. Usually when i get gel nails (at another salon) it starts peeling from the bottom, but its been a couple weeks and they dont look damaged at all.

Loved my mani/pedi and sns nails. Amy is very good, will definitely be going back

I love this salon, Ive been coming here for a year and everybody is polite, and they take their time when doing your service.

We were walk-ins and arrived around 7pm. Typically, I get one of the older ladies, which is fine. I find that their skills are not as great as some of the other ladies. It was ok, not great.

My mom & I have been going here for years! Great ladies that do a wonderful job! (... and they always have my color!)

They did my first ever mani/pedi and I loved it! Very relaxing and priced well! The same day I scratched one of my toenails and I went back and they fixed it for free! I will be back and bring friends too!

Great experience! The ladies vicky and yuni are just wonderful. The massage was great and so was the customer service. Service was fast. I like how attentive they are with your needs. They dont talk to one another and ignore you.( I had that happen in a lot of nail salon places.)Will be coming back here again :)

My mom and I have been going here for years. We both now live over 30 minutes away but we still drive back to Era to see Helen. No other nail place has done as well as she does!
