I came to this establishment yesterday and they were busy. I asked about making an appointment as their card states the do appointments and walk-ins. They stated they are not doing appointments. I come in an hour ago and they tell me to come back in an hour. I come back and another couple (1 half was a white woman) and they jumped up to greet them and tell them they are early for their appointment. They do not greet me. I wait. Finally, they greet me. I stated the above about the appointments and they looked dumbfounded and were then eager to give me service. I said no thank you and walked out.

They are the best. Never any weird vibes they are always friendly. My daughter, cousin and I are regulars here and everyone is so warm welcoming. Thank you for your services. We shall see y’all soon.

Im giving a two because of how nice the lady was, but other than that um no. Pedicures are supposed to be relaxing I was tense the whole time. She kept wanting to cut my skin even after I said no. I normally dont go here but my place was booked. I do not like a lot of people on my feet, hands, hair etc. Unfortunately I will not be returning

I sat there for 40 mins just to get my fingers wrapped in aluminum foil filled with acetone. I could understand if they were busy but There were 3 customers (including myself) and 3 employees... never going back! If I could give no stars I would.

Great pedicures and basic manicures. Cant speak for other services. They clearly ask you what package you want before starting, so prices are clear. Polish on toes always lasts for 3 weeks!

I asked for Ombré SNS and the nail tech that did my nails used SNS mixed with acrylic powder. I didn’t realize until I went somewhere else to get my nails redone what they had did. And they charged me for SNS. Work was also very sloppy!!

I walked in for a toe polish change and said hello. No one said a word... I stood for a few seconds then walked out. I can see why their ratings are so low. The worst customer service....I wish I could give no star.

It was 5:35 and they wouldnt take me for ONE gel refill. The open sign was still on.

Not a good one to go to. They are very inappropriate and not a clean nail salon at all.

It was my first time here .Its a small nail salon . I got gel nails and they only lasted a week .
