At first I loved my nails, they were done really nicely no complains there. However, I got sns powder which is supposed to last up to 3 weeks and I got them done on 9/18/21. Not even a week later and the powder on all my nails are already lifted. Ive never gotten SNS nails done were it didnt even last a week. Quality of products must be terrible. Im so unhappy!

I went to get my nails and feet done and they look really good. I waited for a little bit, two nail techs did my full set. Tina did my nails, and Kim did my pedicure. I will come back in the future to get my nails and feet done!

This nail salon is pretty nice. Whenever I come to this nail salon, I go to Tina. She does my acrylic nails, and they always look really nice. Totally recommend going here and having Tina do your nails for you.

I really do not recommend this place if you’re wanting your eyebrows done because they will leave them so thin and not equally shaped, i am very upset by the service here.

Lady filed my big toe crooked and I told her where she can file to fix it and she filed on the wrong side and she kept on going when I told her to stop. You could tell the ladies were talking about you in their language everytime you corrected their work. I got a simple gel nail color on my hands and it looks like a first grader did them with lines of paint & glue.

I got almond nails for $27, since they have refurbished its a bit more professional than previously. But the man who works there was impatient with me while I choosing my color. There is acrylic / polish in my cuticles and under my nails. But you get what you pay for.

Very nice staff..I called in last minute to get both mani and pedi and they were able to accommodate me.They were extremely nice and helped me pick colors that matched my outfit as I found that entire process of selecting colors overwhelming. Thanks ladies😍

They get 4 stars because honestly, they can very rude. Once to me, but I have witnessed several times with others. Also, they do mess rush on occasion and my nails have come out funky looking a couple times out of the handful of times I have frequented there. Overall, they are convenient and affordable and do a really good job most of the time.

My nails never turn out how I wanted to. However, the biggest issue is the female manager. She is very rude and even started being hostile towards my mom. Her husband (the other manager) is nice, but I think he should just take over because as far as I can see from other reviews, she is a reoccurring problem with customers.

I came here at 11am because that’s what time it says their open online. There were two other ladies waiting and I’m wondering why because their supposed to be open. Next thing I know, it’s 11:04, 11:05, and time keeps passing. No one. That’s so unprofessional. One lady even said she had an appt at 11am. What kind of business does that? I’ll never understand that. I will never be coming here again.

Nails kept breaking very easily.

I got a full set and a pedicure for 93 dollars. Soon as I got home my nail polish on my toes was gone. A few days later my nails broke and took my real nails with them. I would never recommend anyone to go here. Theyre very rough with your hands. My nail beds are so damaged..

I love Lisa, Nancy, and another nail tech. They always treat me well whenever I visited. The owners are abrupt but meant well, I got use to them from frequent visits. Good job guys❤

Manager is extremely rude. I went here for many years and the first time I went back to have my gel fixed because it discolored in less than a day she tried to tell me it was my fault. They sit around and talk about customers as if you don’t know they are talking about you, and they don’t even do nails that good. If you want them to fix something before you even leave they still get an attitude. Van should get her own salon again. I took my money elsewhere. I have even heard them complain about what tip they do or don’t get. Try for yourself, just don’t make a complaint! Accept whatever they do and you will be just fine! To the owner: You will meet someone who won’t be as nice as I was. You don’t know how people will react these days so be careful how you treat people. God bless you!

I love going here. It is clean and professional. When I go do my nails I have Tina do them for me. Tina so nice and she’s happy when she do my nails. The results are good when she finishes my nails. Looking forward to going back.

Ok service . but i pad 40 dollars for my acrylic nails . mind you they aren’t extra or nothing juss coffin. last time i got coffin it was 25 same length and all. they changed the price to 40... my nails wasn’t worth that much and i have nail paint everywhere. this looks more like an oval shape 🤦🏽‍♀️

Buffed my nails too hard, scraping my cuticle and then poured acetone on it immediately after. the soothing lotions at the drying station made them sting even more. almost cried.

Van is the best Nail Technican there. I love her abilty to give you exactly what you want. Highly recommended location.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. I played 25$ for an acrylic set that start at 22$ and my recipe said 25$ and they charged my card 30$. I repeatedly told them my nails were not straight the lady clearly did not know what she was doing and she left acrylic under my nails and someone else had to remove it and repaint my nails and now there are bubbles on my nails. Both women continually when too high on my real nail to the point that I was almost bleeding. They seemed to have a problem with doing my nails for more than an hour and I was HIGHLY upset all I can say was that the women who did my nails were very impatient. It takes me five hours to make the money it takes to get my nails done you should not be impatient with the costumer who is paying you for only two hours of your time. And the lady who started on my nails should not have received a tip at all. I’d recommend Fabulous nails only less than a mile from there store. The lady at fabulous nails actually took time to make my nails look amazing.

I hate the salon. I used to get my nails done by Annie and she is good. I only let Denna or Lisa do my pedicures. Every one else sucks and rush. The real reason I hate this salon though is because of the owner Cyndy. She is money hungry. Rude as hell and dont know what she doing. The crazy part is her husband works in there too and he is the total opposite.

Im not a huge fan of the salon in a whole but the salon gets 5stars for TINA the best nail tech there in my opinion. She takes her time and gets my nail shape just right. My touch ups last me 3 weeks at a time. I absolutely dont go if TINA is not there.

Regal Nails is the best place to get your nails. In my opinion, Tina is the best nail technician because she takes her time and even though she doesnt know a lot of English, she smiles and makes you feel welcomed. Overall, its very convienent for me because it is close to where I live and after I do my nails, I could go shopping in Walmart.

I’ve been to this nail salon place for a while now. Often times, i would be impressed from their work but currently it’s been horrible. Their service is terrible if you’re reading this please don’t come to this nail shop, they’re money hungry. I had gone into their store on a Saturday afternoon to get ONLY my nails and eyebrows done I was told in the beginning that the end total would be just $25 for everything but as they were finishing up, in the end they switched the price to $50. I was so shocked I kept asking them why it was so expensive for just my eyebrows and nails when they had originally said it was just gonna be $25 for just my eyebrows and nails but they are a total rip-off. The nails didn’t even come out how I wanted them to look like I had told the lady,m that was doing my nails that it wasn’t the nail color I had told her to use & she got a complete attitude with me. My nails didn’t even last for a week and when they were coming off it was a complete disaster my real nail was coming off with the acrylics and i was bleeding ALOT! I’m NEVER coming to this place ever again!!

First of all let me just say the prices are good I guess. I’ve been to y’all plenty of times and never had a problem with y’all until now. It costed me $48 to get my hands and feet done but sadly this is one of those “you get what you pay for” type of situations. I was highly pissed because one my nails did not last for two weeks- hell it didn’t even last for one week. They each started to pop off on its own and plus one of them basically ripped the top layer of nail off on my pinky finger. It was painful and now it looks disgusting to look at! I have never experienced this before because I always get my nails done, especially by y’all. I will not be going back to y’all ever again. I rather pay $60 to get my nails done and have it look amazing and not worry about it coming off then pay $48 for it to look like trash.

The workers are so rude,always speaking in their language and make fun of customers. Their SNS does not last 2 weeks it starts chipping off and break your nails.

Nail experience was great but toe nails and eyes brows are terrible. She tired to do my toes in 5 mins. Had to keep telling her to file my toes nails down more. My eyes brows don’t get me started. I wanted to get them threaded she said the wax will look better and more neat so I agreed. It began good. Then she started to pluck small hairs with a tweezer which I didn’t mind but if I tell you to stop them stop because it was hurting bad. Then she put more wax. Idk if it was heated more or what but once she pulled it off I literally screamed and jumped out the seat and told her to stop. Told her it felt like she ripped my skin off and I need some ointment. The ointment gave it like a cool breeze feeling so I told her if my eye was burnt that I’ll come back. I got home and showed my boyfriend because it began to sting he said it was just a little red. Then later that evening he touched my eye and it was painful. He said why is there a burn mark or a scratch on your eye lid if she was doing your eyebrows. The stinging irritation feeling is on my eye lid and right below my eyebrow. DO NOT GO HERE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE IN A NAIL SALON!!!! GOD HAS CHANGED ME TREMENDOUSLY!!!

Horrible experience. I walked in waited an hour then when I was finally sat in a chair the technician was trying to convince me that what I wanted was too expensive. So first off im offended that you think you know me financially second little does she know Im a regular in this salon but my regular technician was not in today. Long story short most technicians in this salon dont know how to do specialty nails i.e. long nails....designs....different shaped nails...they only know how to do basic manicures and pedicures and instead of verbalizing that they will try and charge you an amount that they think you cant afford so you either walk out or change your mind on what yoy want.

Only leaving a 1 star because I have too in order to leave a review. It was horrible! They didnt tell me or my daughter that they charged an extra $6.00 extra for coffin shape nails until after they done it and it was time to pay. Then the tech named TINA didnt even shape my nails correctly they looked like a wide storage box instead of a coffin. My nails were shaped lopsided and she was also drilling hard and burning my nail beds. never visiting this location again. I hope this isnt the same TINA that others have been raving about because she was straight garbage. maybe her mind was somewhere else. she provided horrible service today.

Worst experience I EVER HAD getting my nails and eyebrows done. The eyebrow/nail technician did not listen to anything I specially asked her to do. I had to ask over and over again to do my nail right! When it came down to it my nails still came out underneath my standards. Before we started my eyebrows, I told her my eyebrows are my life and she still messed them up. I told her not to thin, nice and thick, I pointed to the exact area I wanted my arch to be and she still did her own thing. Worst experience ever....Maybe the other workers would do a better job, but from that experience alone, Im NEVER going back.

They messed up the gel nail polish. It had bubbles and globs on it. When i asked if she could fix it she said it was just my nails and I messed it up snd refused when i asked for a refund on what i paid for the extra to get gel nail polish. Never coming back completely rude.
