They did a phenomenal job cleaning up a couple of my cars. The value is unbeatable. They even buffed out foam residue and scratches left over from a botched sticker removal attempt. I wasnt sure it was possible but it looked like it was never there after a couple minutes of pro bono polish. Highly Reccommend.

My dad purchased a 3 month unlimited car wash pass for me for the Winter months and I LOVED it. This is a great, local car wash! During that time I scraped the corner of my new car pulling into my garage and it left white paint all over the front bumper and headlight. Jon was able to buff out all of the paint so that my car looks new again AND he didnt charge me for this service. It took less than 20 minutes, but it was a busy day after a snowstorm. I love Gills. I have been getting my car washed here for over 5 years. I drive from Newport KY to Oakley just to get it washed because it is that awesome. Good friendly service from staff, great daily specials I have even convinced my fiance it is the best place to get pur cars washed. They also do top notch detailing. This is my 2nd time using their detailing services. I am just blown away with how efficient and amazing of a job they do. Literally took my car in with about a years worth of pet hair, 6 road trips worth of crumbs and what not and a stained seat from multiple spills. And with in a afternoon they returned to me a car that looked and smelled brand new!!! I swear it was the best my car had looked other than the day I drove it off the dealership lot. If you drive an older car or don’t care about bumps and bruises on your car, by all means, take it here. I took my brand new BMW 4 Series there and came out with bumps on both sides of the body. Need to get it fixed now out of my own pocket.If you care about your car like I do or drive a luxury, take it to Mr.Bubbles on 13th street. They hand wash it. Clean it inside and out for $20.Don’t take your car here if it’s luxury or you just simply care about your car.

I drove through the car wash and my front bumper fell off. The guy changing the sign picked it up and took it to the Manager. Johnny Splash immediately told me to open the hood. He attached my bumper and another gentleman, Trey, rescued us. Try actually fastened my bumper on with zip ties and two blue bolts. Love these guys.

I appreciated the men at Gills doing a top notch job to clean what was my very dirty car. I brought my Nissan juke,which literally had the interior destroyed by my two dogs. The car was filled with dog hair and dried slobber. Tre Saddler made the car look brand new and was absolutely exceptional!!! I definitely will be returning and will only have my cars detailed in the future by Gills.

Typically I use AAA (used to be Rainbow on Madison Road), but with Covid, Im glad Gills is available. The vaccum has super strong suction- major for me since I always have the dog in the car. $1 for about 15 minutes to use a vaccum. They have everything you need to clean your interior. Reasonable pricing for the drive thru wash and the attendants are always very nice.

Pretty good car wash, but the more expensive packages aren’t worth it. The tire wax only waxes the tires on left side of your car. I’ve had this happen twice! And although it does a good basic clean, I’ll still have to do touch up cleaning because things like finger prints on the windows and dirty rims don’t get cleaned off even in the top packages. I’m from out of state, and I’m used to having much better washes at this price. But so far out of all the touch free washes I’ve tried in Cinci, Gill’a is the best.

A flock of birds decided to perform multiple bombing runs on my car one night. Took it to Gills and they were more than happy to run my car through until it was clean. Great service and solid prices.

I think for the price you really cant beat it because they do allow you to come back within 48 hours if the wash gets messed up because of bird waste or even inclement weather. The only complaints we do have is that the car doesnt dry and it was so cold that about 5 minutes after we left all the water froze so we werent exactly able to wipe it off either.

This place is great and local, Ill always try to support local places. they have great prices and great service. if you make it here on a Weds. they have discounted prices on all the standard car washes, normally about $3 off the posted price. Great deal if you ask me.

My husband absolutely loves this place, he washed his truck like every 2 to 3 days. The staff is really really friendly. The line usually is wrapped out of the parking lot but moves pretty steadily.

For $14 which included the rim treatment its typical of a place that just sprays stuff on. If you need them cleaned youll need to pull thru and finish it yourself. But thats $14. The staff was friendly and the place seemed to flow efficiently. I will be going back but its about your average car wash where you do the interior and finer points yourself.
