I had a really good first time experience. My nails were done by Mimi.

I’m not from this side of town but I was in the area. I walked in and the place does look a little run down but I gave them a chance. I asked for gel mani & pedi. I assumed I would be put in the massage chairs and get feet soaked & scrubbed like every other place but I was wrong. I got my toes done while sitting on the regular chair, very awkward way to do my nails. No scrub and no soak only painted my nails and shaped them. The lady used a filing sponge for both my feet and hands. Everything was just off but in conclusion my nails did come out really cute. Lady was nice. Would I come here again? Probably not but my experience wasn’t as bad as others that I read.

Kelly got me in and out when I accidentally went to the wrong location. Her nails were smooth and haven’t given me an issue except for my regular clumsy self. I appreciate her accommodating me and given me such a good set. I’ll be back!

They just simply cant do nails. i asked for tapered squared nails. my nails are fat & round. i asked for a freestyle design. they just simply trash. don’t recommend. also my nails arent all the same length

Yes I’ve been going to Kelly’s nails for like 15 years, been going there ever since middle school until now, and after last week’s visit it might be last..the manager Mimi very, very, very rude, and extremely aggressive with your hands, To the point where she did mess up my polish when I was trying to dry them in the UV gel light and then, she decides to tell me to be careful with my other hand like that was my fault..this is why I NEVER ask Mimi to do my nails unless I have no other choice, but the rest of the staff to my opinion super nice, super sweet…Mimi on the other hand No! No! No!👎

The owner is rude and unprofessional. Black people please stop spending your money where we are not respected and appreciated!!

I DO NOT recommend this place. I had a terrible experience!!.. this place is really dirty and the people are rude. They rush you to get you out of the door. I went there with my mother to get pedi and SNS. The lady doing my pedi got up in the middle of the session to clean up the place. She grabbed the cup of water that some client left on the counter and dumped the water into my pedi bowl. The manager did my SNS nails and she made a mess (I tried to upload pictures, but It would not let me). The powder were stuck all over my nails and to clean up the mess she did, she started to file the border of my nails and cut me several times. The lady doing my mothers nails cut her multiple times as well. At the end of the services, I paid over $100, but did not leave any tip. The lady had the nerve to say No tip? This place is a rathole. Never coming back here.

The manager was rude and demeaning as soon as I walked in the door. She rudely told me to go wash hands as if I was dirty and rudely stopped my LITTLE boy for accompanying me to the sink. I left and will not recommend.

Tina is the best!! I sooo recommend her whenever it comes to full sets/ fill up. Meme is also very good!! I’m from Minnesota and I am a big fan every time I come to Georgia!! keep up the good work ladies

I have been going here for 15 years now. I have tried other places closer to my home but it’s never as good as they do it here. I recently ran into my old nail tech that I used before I started coming to kelly nails and went to his shop and my nails didn’t last week. My nails always last at least 3 weeks when I get them done. I just got sns with a purple ombré and it’s beautiful. I wish I knew how to add a picture.

I never Write reviews but this is how bad the experience was. The front lady was rude and unprofessional. She had cut my finger and did not apologize and was very demanding.

The best nail shop in town! They remember your name, they make you comfortable, and always treat you like they enjoy doing your nails. I wont go any place else!UPDATE: Ive been a customer for many years. Im getting ready to move out of state. So I made my final appointment by phone and they said be there in 30 minutes. I arrived and sat for 15 minutes and they told me I have to come later. If this is how they treat loyal customers beware. I always tipped well and extra at Christmas. They let me down. They knew it was my last day. They only care about the money, they dont care about their customers. You need to have priorities over your regular customers or at least dont waste customers time that have appointments!

I LOVE this nail salon ! All of the workers are such angels (especially Tina) and they all do such an excellent job on my nails ! I have been coming to this nail salon for about 2 years and not once have I gotten a manicure that I dislike ! I love these ladies so much ! So nice .Good customer service and even MORE good manicures and pedicures . KEEP IT UP LADIES !

DON’T WAIST YOUR TIME!! Shop is outdated and the staff are all exhausted which takes away from the pleasure of the experience. I mean seriously the lady who owns the shop work was so sloppy. In addition, the other girls are highly unqualified. As a licensed nail tech I do not recommend this shop to any one but unfortunately it’s one of the only shops within a couple miles of the block.. lucky them!!

Today I experienced RUDE and the WORST customer service from Meme one of the nail techs and I believe part owner in business. I’ve been coming to this place for years but have been visiting other shops in between because the service and quality is not consistent. Very friendly when they choose to be. Meme definitely gave me confirmation this afternoon that I will no longer be back!!!

I love it. Great experience from the door. I just moved here from NY and was not sure which nail salon to choose from. Meme did my nails and Bebe did my toes. Excellent work. I will be there every two weeks. What ever style you are looking for I am sure they can do. Any one who gets discourage or not sure where to go. Kelly nails is the place... And meme did the damn thing on my eyebrows..

The prices are very reasonable. After your third visit they will know you by face and the services you want. I love them!!!!

I use to go here all the time but not after today. I received a pedicure and a polish change and it came to $40. Ive been getting my nails done for 10+ years and Ive never been charged $20 for a polish change. They also charged me $3 extra for getting polish on my toes. Now that is something that has always been included unless you get French tip and a design. If you like to be ripped off go here but I suggest you go to some place that doesnt try to get over on you.

Got my toes done, french pedicure, they were cute but got them done by an older woman and she left cuts all over my toes

Got my eyebrows done here since I was in the area and it was awful. One of my brows looks like nothing was even done to it. It was crowded and I felt like they were trying to rush. Never coming here again.

HORRIBLE! They charged me for a gel overlay (which I asked for) but gave me an acrylic overlay! I dont get my nails professionally done often but I knew something wasnt right when I saw her pull out the gel to put on my nails but it looked exactly like acrylic. i didnt get the difference in refund given back to me. The mngr is horrible as well. Theyll play noce to get your money but if you have a problem then they change on you. Never will I go to this place again!

Very poor service i did a under arm wax and let’s just say i was sore for about two weeks.The owner who sits in the first manicure chair is always chatting loudly when i am in the pedicure chair i can’t even relax because all the workers are chatting away. The owner rushes and do a horrible job and the workers are worst. Please save the frustration and go somewhere else.
