I love coming here to get my manicure and pedicure. The owner Jessica is so kind and she always does the best work on my nails. Terry usually does my daughters nails. The staff here is always professional . I love this establishment because they are kind and do amazing work. I also let Jessica thread my eye brows. I always recommend my friends and family to this nail salon. I have been coming here for 10 years and I have never had a bad experience. I love how clean this salon is and they take your time with you to give you the best pamper experience. The ambiance is always nice, they have tvs and great music playing while you enjoy and relax .

Terry the owner is never on time. She smells like shes been drinking all day. She speaks very bad about their Customers. Im able to translate their conversations about Customers. Its so bad My Husband recorded them twice. Terry is loud. Does your Nails the way she prefers, unless you demand She gives you what you paid for. She loves to beg for a Tip.. The salon is always Dark and Drab Looking. Very Dusty especially in the front area and Terrys 2 Work Stations.Please go to one of the better Salons in that immediate areaTerry is the WORST & VERY BELIGERENT.LAVAE

Tirry is my preferred nail tech, she is so good & sweet! I can show her a picture of any design and she makes it come to life! Jessica threads my brows to perfection each time. I love this place.

LY did my nails and he was sweet and had great conversation!!!! BUT the place is not the cleanest at all and the gel color I picked was basically empty and old. I went yesterday afternoon and ALREADY have two chip nails and one cracked gel color. NOT even a WHOLE 24 hours later !!!!! I will be calling and requesting it to be fixed free of charge. LY listened to my likes and dislikes . His application wasn’t bad I think the polish is just old. Gel mani is 25$ NOT bad priced but this is unacceptable. It should last TWO WEEKS.

I called before I went in the gentleman who answered the phone was very polite. He gave me prices once I got there lady who was about to do my nails. Gave me another price I told her that’s not what I was told. She yell at the guy continue to argue with me. In front of customers. I told the lady who was doing my pedicure to please stop. I’ll just pay who for the removal of my polish. The rude lady who we’re doing my nails said you can just leave. Horrible experience very rude NOT PROFESSIONAL at all ! I would give Zero stars and I will report to the BBB...

They did a rushed job on my acrylic set.They are very messy, my fingers were clued to my nails and i still have nail polish on my fingertips. I went yesterday around 4 p.m. and they already look dirty and bubbling up.

My nail tech was booked so I tried this location. This was my first time and sadly my last. Staff was friendly and I did like the nail tech’s shape but i did a fill in on Friday and it’s only been THREE days and ALL my nails are cracked/chipped. I’m really disappointed since all my nails usually last 2+ weeks.

This was my first time coming there but i had a wonderful experience! The nail tech jessica was very helpful through the whole process. Even let me see some samples of what the shades would look like to help me get my best possible that would make me happy. She was friendly and made sure i was comfortable and relaxed as one should be when pampering herslf. I loved the fact that place was very clean and downright nviting. I went in the early morning before the girl in the first chair arrived. I was met by a man who asked did I have an appointment. I told him I did not, but I just needed a fill-in. The last time I was there service wasnt good but it was early and it would hurt. Eventually the girl on first chair arrives ask what I wanted and when I stated a fill-in she walked off as if I wasnt spending enough money. Sensational has better quality and is only 1 minute away from this salon. Why would I tolerate that 🤬 Please do not spend your money here!

Went here on Monday to get a gel mani and gel pedi. They looked horrible, bumpy, and messy when I left and Wednesday they are starting to peel. I paid $59. I had such a great experience the first time I came here, i was set to make this my new salon, the technician who did my sns nails the first time was very good, I was so disappointed with this experience.. guess Ill keep shopping around.

I went to go get a face wax before a trip and the woman who did my service burned my face. I have 3 patches where the skin was burned and has scabbed. Now I’m on vacation in a tropical country in the sun worried that I will further damage my skin. I’m very dissatisfied.

If you’re smart you’ll take your business ELSEWHERE. There are plenty nail salons in the area that are better. Don’t waste your time! They are rude and understaffed. They don’t greet you upon entrance and it smells horribly. They don’t sanitize the pedicure station or put plastic around it before having you put your feet in. And worst of all, they force a bunch of hidden fees onto your service and don’t tell you that they’re charging you for minor things. I was told to pay about $50 for a basic pedicure with French tips (a price I have NEVER paid anywhere close to at any nail salon I’ve been to). Without ever asking me anything or informing me (because they know they don’t advertise any of these prices), she began using gel polish that she’d charge an extra $15 for outside of the $20 you pay for the pedicure and $5 for taking off my original polish and extra $5-10 for God knows what because they could hardly even explain how the total came to what it was. After 20 minutes of trying to understand how a place that advertises $20 pedicures is charging me an extra $30 for nails that are decent at best, they just kept asking for the money and not taking responsibility for their role in purposely hiding prices and manipulating their customers.

This is my 2nd time at this salon and both times have been AMAZING! I got a gel manicure the first visit but this time I got the gel manicure and pedicure. Jessica was awesome and extremely friendly. Our appointment ran a little long and her next client came in. Jessica never rushed and she still took her time. Still making me feel like her main focus although her next client came in. I can totally tell why she has request clients. Amazing, amazing, AMAZING! I will definitely be back to see Jessica :)

I have been going here for the last year and have never had a bad experience. I went to Polished previously but was never satisfied with the aura of being just another customer. I came to Perfect Ten and its been a friendly and family like atmosphere. I know they deal with hundreds of regulars but I am always asked how Ive been, how my kid is, etc. I often see Jessica but have been attended to by several of the other techs and never been disappointed. I would recommend this comfortable, casual place to anyone.

I got a gel manicure that only looked good for 2 days. After 2 days 4 of my nails began to peel on the side. I did not do anything to cause them to start lifting. The nail tech did not put the gel coat all over my nail. She literally just did 2 swipes in the same place down the center which caused the sides of my nails to lift (since its just polish and no gel). I will no longer come here for a gel nail manicure.

Today was my first time coming and Lynn did my nails and feet!. She was so sweet, everyone there at the time was sweet as well. The atmosphere was great and I felt very comfortable!. I wish I lived here, as this would definitely be my go to Nail Salon!!!.

I’ve been coming to Sopheap(Jessica) since I moved to Atlanta in 2014. I found them online and their reviews were really good, which is why I chose their salon. I’ve brought my bff to her salon and she loves her as well (so much that she drives from Conyers to get her nails done) also, my sister comes to Sopheap when she comes to visit Atlanta. The shop is very clean and everyone is extremely professional! Lynn is excellent and so is Terry!! You will not be disappointed!! I wish I could give them 10⭐️‘s!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Went to get my a pedicure on a Friday night at 6:30, it was busy, but I was seated within 10 minutes with Peia. Polished nail salon, two minutes away had hour, 45 minute wait. Honestly one of the greatest nail techs Ive ever been to. We had a genuine conversation and she had be laughing. It was $18 which is a little less than average, so I didnt mind giving her a good tip which she deserved. Will definitely be back.

Probably the best nail salon I have ever been too....and Ive been to quite a few traveling. They were very personable and treated me like a queen. Prices are very good for the service I received. Very satisfied and will come back!

I have been looking for a nail salon that satisfies my likes. I came in a hour before they closed for a full set. Usually I am rushed but not here. They take their time and I really appreciated that. (Even though I got a simple polish change on my toes I was still greeted nicely and treated veryy well, for that reason I will return ! ) One more thing, no matter how many times I said can you cut shorter please, she did as was told in a nice and sweet manner and for that I cannot thank you enough !

I have been going here for about 2 years. My last 2 visits have been horrible. The tech seemed rushed and very inattentive. Each time after I left I was never happy nails started lifting, gel polish was bumpy, hands would be sore for about 2 days afterward. I return today because I was over charged the last time I was there and the manger tried to have the same tech service me again! That was the last straw Im taking my business to Polished! More inviting environment, professional, and courteous! Perfect 10 just lost a customer.

Posting from my friends acct as I don’t have one-Recently came (on a Tuesday @ 5:30pm) to get a pedi and full set. Once arriving I was told no wait for me but the lady behind me was quoted a 2 hour wait time. I confirmed with them before proceeding I wouldn’t have to wait as I paid for a babysitter to even have this time to enjoy for me. I picked a color and waited for about 20 min anyways to be sat in a pedi chair because they were doing the nails of other employees it seemed. After being sat the lady started my pedicure but no one ever started my manicure. Once she finished my pedi she told me the lady would be doing my hands after her current customer. An hour goes by and I ask how much longer because the employee who should have done mine went to do an employees nails. They tell me once she finishes her nails she’ll start on me. I explained I couldn’t wait and I did have the babysitter and decided it was best I go. Charged me full price on the pedicure (which cool, but at least try to make the situation better somehow) and I took my business to Nails and More on sugarloaf parkway. Which I recommend to any ladies. (They also offer complimentary wine there).

Bad experience..could just be that nail tech.First time at this location, the tech was very polite, a little too chatty about her pesonal life about how she no longer gets food stamps and complained about her baby boy and shortage of Christmas gifts for him. She took over 2 hours for a simple removal of gel and to do another manicure and gel polish. She admitted to being new and untrained! thats when I should have spoken up...but assumed gel wouldnt be so difficult. In the end, horrible first visit and doubt Ill ever go back!

Color was nice but the job was messy, gel polish was bumpy and uneven and the gel color peeled right off after 4 days. The lady who did them rushed through it and it showed. Went to a different nail salon and the difference is huge. I recommend going to Venice nails if you want quality.

My first time visiting this place was Saturday morning 5/26/18. Maly gave me a $27 pedi. When she was scrubbing my feet she burnt my left toe. Yes she apologized numberous of times. The fact of the matter is... Maly caused a sore to my right toe and the leftover dead skin now looks like and feels like sandpaper. Mural of the story, please be careful of who does your feet. I will not be going to this place again!!!

This is my go to place for mani, pedi and brow threading. Ive always had trouble finding someone who consistently did a great job on my eyebrows until I met Jessica. I will drive miles to her before I let anyone touch my eyebrows. She also does and AMAZING job with SNS. I will never go to another nail salon.

WORSE PLACE EVER i just moved to georgia about a month ago and i was looking for a nail salon i can go to regularly. It was a Sunday they were suppose to open at 12 they opened at 12:30....when they pulled they blamed someone else for not opening on time...jessica did my nails gel manicure and that night they began to peel...i went there the next day to show her and she had the nerve to ask me if i peeled it off...after i paid 28 dollars for a manicure which polish was 8 dollars cheaper and more professional..i told her to take it off and they dont ever have to worry about me again...polish here i come jessica need a new job or better gel products...she lucky i kept it classy
