OVER PRICED WORK. After receiving horrible service a few weeks ago I decided to give them another try and this is a set I just walked out the salon with, I was charged $55 for a gel set because of length? Please tell me what about the set is anything length wise? I paid $48 the last time I visited this salon. Not to mention how chunky and misshaped my nails are. Also they aren’t even painted all around. Always in a rush to finish the work and rush to fit every client in instead of taking time on each person. DO NOT visit this money hungry salon because each time I was charged different prices. TINA DID DO A GREAT JOB ON EYEBROWS.

Really enjoyed my experience at this salon. I was a walk-in and got an acrylic set with gel polish & a gel pedicure. Loved the service and salon atmosphere! Everyone was very kind & professional. Very please with my nails & will be back!!

Always in such a rush to finish a pedicure/manicure even though I make my appointments. My nails are always either not fully painted on the sides or too much paint that when I step down to put my sandals on, the nail polish goes on my skin. Professional and accurate? Not it.

Newbies: DO NOT TRY FOR A NAIL ART DESIGN UNLESS ITS SUUUUPER SIMPLE. Or just go for a solid color.My issue now:So I went in with a design of my own creation and even modified it because it was apparently too complicated. Even so.My actual nails are not even, not the same length, rough around the edges, divets, and fisheyes all over. Didn’t see it until I got under better light outside. I would have gone back but they had a bridal party.The design is not even what I really wanted. Only 2 nails on each hand had simple geometric design ( What made it complicated…I guess…was each part of the design is a diff color). The lines are not even or straight. There are blank spots where my tech did not fill in the color correctly. I also wanted a star and teardrop. She has the design in front of her. She had a picture of what I wanted but she still had NO idea what to do. My star was upside down and the year drop was lopsided and not in center. Once I realized that the design was wrong she said it was to late and she can’t fix it. So in the end I said to paint it all black…But that isn’t is the reason for the 1 star. I got an over simplified version and I can live it until I go to a different salon. No the real reason was because my tech was basically gas lighting me and very clearly stated several time that she did NOT want to do my nails.“I didn’t really want to do this.” “This was to complicated, I didn’t want to do it, but as long as you are happy.” “I didn’t want to, but as long as I take my time and you get what you want!”

Had a great experience!! they were very cautious of covid ans had an easy check in system! was diaper quick and chi-chi did an amazing job on my nails! was super affordable, clean, and professional!!

Incredibly gentle which was appreciated. Just didnt paint the entire nail. Left a few sides and tips unpainted. 😕 Also, used the stone too hard on my feet and some toes raw and sore days later. Overall wasnt somewhere Id go back to.

Amy just did my nails and Rosie did my pedicure. Very pleasant experience. Both were very sweet. This isnt my regular nail salon but my shop wasnt open so I decided to give this place a try. Im glad I took a chance.

Not precessional at all, I was over charged for my nails and when I called I was told it was a mistake. I pay $38 for full set and gel polish anywhere else. I was charged $50 here and once I called I was told oh the price was $46 but went up to $48 today but she accidentally charged me $50. Doesn’t make sense at all.

Update: Not even a week after getting my nails done they are literally falling apart! Seriously read all the reviews before you go somewhere. I literally just walked out of this place. I have acrylic on my nails and nothing else . The prices they have on their site as opposed to the prices they give you when you come in there are not matching. They try to hard to push the SNS. That tech who is rude kept talking and said nothing is perfect. Yes when I pay for your services I expect you to do the job correctly. I’ve gone to this salon a lot for manicures and full sets and have never had an issue. The work and service has always been beautiful and over exceptional. I got a basic pedicure with white polish and I was not satisfied. The process started off very good but my nail tech seemed to rush my pedicure. I do not ask for a lot when I go to salons but I at least expect a thorough job. I spent $30 to walk out with dry feet, sub-par paint job with polish also on my skin, and with dead skin still on the bottom of my feet. My nail tech also messed up one of my nails putting my flip flop on and claimed that I did it. I would rather spend $45 for a near perfect job than $30 on something I couldve done myself. I will come back for manicures and full sets but not for pedicures. Period.

The person that was doing my pedicure didn’t do much but cut my dead skin from the outside and wash my feet.. normally when I get a pedicure they clean around my nails taking the dirt under my nails out etc.

I lived in the Lawrenceville area for about a year and recently moved back home to Louisiana. While there, Professional Nails became my regular nail salon. I was always very satisfied with the services. I am already missing them! Thanks for being awesome!

Lee is amazing! There may be a wait, but it is worth it. They really take their time and do a great job. I had my acrylics done elsewhere, and Lee made them look better, last longer, and feel more comfortable. The pedicures are great too!

My daughter 2 years ago told me I needed to get my nails done. I went thinking it would be a one time thing but still going. I love my nails. I do SNS they stay beautiful for 3 weeks. Tina and Amy are amazing! Love my nails🙂❤️

Was the worst experience I have ever had. I went 3 times to give them there fair chance. One they don’t do acrylic very well only last about a week then they start to pop off and I’m not hard with my hands. Today I tried the s&s cause I heard so many good things about it and they want to charge me 50 dollars. I did pay it because I’m not that person but never again will I step foot back in this salon. I have been getting my nails done for a long time and never have I paid 50 dollars for just nails. I do feel like they give there regulars a better price and the prices aren’t consistent.

Ive come to this salon for several years and now Im back after moving back to the area. The staff is friendly and provide quality work. I usually get sns and deluxe pedi as well as eyebrow wax. I have never been disappointed and I make sure to make an appointment for the technician I want for my nails. Ive read the reviews with 1 or 2 star reviews and I cant help but think these are picky or never happy customers. Anyway, give this salon a try!

So I usually go somewhere else but I was strapped for time. They were the only one I could find that opened at 11AM on A Sunday vs 12pm. I had a pedicure with Mango and French tip. My feet felt super soft and looked clean. The lady who did my eye brows did a fantastic job. Usually hate dping cause they take too much off leaving them thin which doesnt look good on me. But this lady knew what she was doing. Arch and squared off which looked really good on me. Very impressed and I will definitely be back again.

I went last week and paid $89 for my hands and feet . Two of my nails popped off. So I called to see how much it would be to replace them, they on the phone clearly stated “in the first week, it’s free.” So I went only to get there and my nails are fixed and the guy tells me $10 when he stated on the phone they were free. My first time there I was disgusted, they guy kept yelling at me, he yelled at my son. Kept pulling on my hands and he cut every finger . This place will not have to worry about me anymore, customer is TRASH .

I used to go to this salon for years and I was very happy when the young guy managed the salon. He left and thats when the service went down from a 5 to a 2 very disappointed. Will never go back . I found a salon where they appreciate my business and does an excellent job. Not just another SNS customer. The new maager is literally running the shop like a sweat shop. She has no customer service skills and it trickles down to her staff.

Way over priced. They charged me $5 extra to shape my nails which Ive never had happen. Then didnt let me know until AFTER my nails were gone that the polish I chose was $12 extra. I wont be back.

Aweful. My wife’s nails looked horrendous. Not neat at all. It’s like they used lumpy nail polish and they got it all over the place. They even pained over her cuticles. Would not recommend.

This was my first time here. The lady that did mine tried THE ENTIRE time to talk me into doing something that I didn’t want and then was rude to me for not agreeing. She even went as far as to tell me I shouldn’t get my nails long! It’s been 7 days and they are already popping off. I paid $60 for a fill-in (nails only, no pedicure) and a week later I already need to have my nails done again.

They did not put the nail enamel on the whole nail and use the UV light way too much when applying the gel enamel, my hand skin started to hurt...

My nail technician, Susan, was very nice and patient as I looked through the dozens of options for SNS color. I ended up with a shimmery pink (reminds me of Sailor Moon kind of) that I adore!

Never been here before its close to home so I figured Id try it. I called ahead of time asked if I could come in they said yes. When I got there they basically said sorry our mail techs our busy. I even offered to wait. Definitely not going to be giving them another chance.

I have 2 friends that have been going here for approximately 9-10 years, after wearing store bought nails, which totally ruined my original nails, I went to see what they could do. Well, the wonderful person, who did mine ..... somehow cleared up my nail problem!!!!I’ve been having my nails done since and they last and always look perfect.....

I called ahead and made an appointment. I explained on the phone that I would be on my lunch break and wouldn’t have extra time. I came 10 minutes early for my appointment and wasn’t called or updated when it was 5 minutes past my appointment time. I was unable to stay and person at the desk was unapologetic.

I absolutely love this places, and will continue going. I went in with a totally jacked up set, from somewhere else, and she was able to get the set off without damaging my nails and put a perfect sns set on! I brought my daughter with me and she brought a chair over with her so she could stay right next to me, and did her nails while waiting on my nails. Everyone is so friendly, they pay attention to YOU!

I want to give a better rating but I cant.The ladies worked so hard to make the experience pleasant.They were very courteous.I asked for chrome polish which ends up just being silver polish with a red coating on top. This is not right.The nail tech had to redo several nails twice and still after getting home they are smeared and have bumps. I dont know if she didnt know how are was rushing. I go to salon for relaxation and pampering but this one is a miss.Again I went back asked for a particular nail tech who did pretty decent before.She had appointments so could not do my nails.Ok I get a nail tech who is chopping at my cuticles after I asked her to push them back.Bad mistake.The gel polish was turning into a nightmare bubbling.When I show her she says nothing wrong.Im looking right at it.Then continues to dig into my cuticles with a heavy duty playtex glove which pulls the polish off the sides she doesnt see this either.This should be Unprofessional Nail Salon.

I just left the salon after getting my acrilic nails re done.. the colors from my previous set that got messed up showed through. After talking to another person I feel terrified to let another person fix them. They are still not even all the way across after getting them fixed I really hope I can get my money back.Uptdate. I called after leaving to see if I could get my money back. The same women answered the phone who looked at my nails and offered to re do themShe said Id have to come in and get them fixed.I told her about the two times Ive been and gotten my nails messed up and how nervous I would be to let another person touch them but Id come back and let her look.I sat down in her chair and she immediately started with a file to get the polish of the nail... I told her I came back to let her look at them again and to get my money back like she had asked.I AM SO DISAPPOINTED in the way I was treated.

Half of the staff is nice but there is some ladies who are rude and get mad if you don’t get what they tell you to get the location looks clean but the first time I went to get a full set and my mom went to get a manicure they did not treat her right manicure was not what we expected in my acrylic full set was completely not what i showed then in the first place ... their materials are not clean and they do not use sanitize utensils with every cliente, my mom has to ask the lady toGet a new clean cuticle cutter, because the one the lady was going to use, it still had cuticle from old clients .... disgusting. NOT ONLY THAT THE LADY GOT MAD AT MY MOM BECAUSE OF THAT, SHE GOT MAD BECAUSE MY MOM WANT IT LOTIONS ON HER HANDS AFTER THE LADY WAS FINISH ....not my best experienceEver and i paid better at others places with better service and better results ...

Will not be returning to get my nails done from here again. Went to get SNS nails applied with my sister, she and I got the same thing done and I was charged 20 dollars more. When I asked why, they ignored me and still made me pay. They rushed us both out the door and neither of our nails were dry yet, and they still had bumps and uneven parts on them. Find somewhere else, not this place.

I read other reviews so I thought hey this is where I should go! Well... I was wrong.... If I could give 0 stars I would.....I explained that I wanted Acrylic over my real nails and the lady agreed. Throughout the process I kept asking and she seemed to understand. They told me that acrylic was $23 plus the $5 to soak off my sns I had previously which was fine... However, I felt that she had ran a scheme on me. The price some how jumped to $40 and I asked her why exactly was it $40 and she began to act like she didnt understand. When the other lady asked her what service I had gotten done so I could pay she replied a full set, now in my experience at other nail salons, a full set requires false nails being applied as well but after she applies the acrylic I asked again why it was $40 and she never gave me a definite respose so now Im looking like the angry black girl so I give her the $40 which was a huge mistake. They were closing so she sits me under the nail dryer.. She then proceeded to grab her purse and jets out of the salon. At that point I felt I was cheated not once did she give me a break down of all the costs and then as soon as Im under the dryer she goes to count her money and dips out!!! So when I asked another worker she explained that the coffin shape was $5 the nail soak was $5 and the pink powder was $30. Thats where I lost it a little... NOT ONCE did I ask her for PINK POWDER!!!! Nor have I ever heard of someone charging $5 for a shape!! Ive never even used PINK POWDER. The lady then says well its healthier for the nails... and Im like I didnt ask if it was healthier I asked for ACRYLIC so the lady calls the one who did my nails and I hear her yelling through the phone so Im guessing she says that I knew about everything but I honestly didnt and then to top it all of the lady catches attitude and says that my nails are dry because its closing time and I was only under the nail dryer for 3 minutes not even joking... 3!!! So I get up touch my nail and it smudges instantly I ask her to fix it she catches an attitude again paints it and then less than 2 minutes of drying by their mini fans Im told again that my nails are dry and they werent so I ended up going home and painting over them myself... needless to say I will NEVER EVER come back to this place again!! I always feel that I dont get top of the line service because I look like Im only 15 years old but regardless of how old or what age I am, if Im paying with my hard earned money then I want my nails to look like Jesus came down and blessed them. WONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE I KNOW!!!!

Customer service is AWFUL. Had an appointment and the owners wife took ten minutes to acknowledge our arrival. She then stated our tech was not there. She tried numerous times to call her After about ten minutes she said OH SHE IS HERE NOW. Great -- we thought. We were told to have a seat and soak our feet. The tech that was to do my mani pedi got a phone call from the person supposedly in the parking lot that was to do my husbands nails--She was NOT in the parking lot. She was still at her home and had not planned on coming in that day. This is after we had called the day before to confirm our appointment. This was not the first time we were ignored with prior appointments. However we were just lied to!!!! Will not go back. We hope others think twice before paying someone to do a service for you that lies to your face. We have been customers for several years. Tina and Quin have been very good to us. The owner really needs to handle the lies and very poor customer service

My sister and I went in to get our nails. They kept hurrying us to pick a color every minute they would come ask if we were done and gave an attitude when we weren’t ready. There was a wait whatever. Then halfway through getting my nails done they made me get up and pay??? They literally put the nail on and made me pay with no color. Then the lady asked for a tip and got mad when my sister didn’t have money? If she didn’t give my sister such nastiness, I would’ve tipped her. They do a good job, they’re clean, but customer service is awful. Not recommended

Coming from out of town for an event, i decided to get a last minute pedicure here and left unhappy. I was sat in a chair almost immediately after i chose a color, the tech decided i needed to go with white tip again (because that is what i already had on my toes) The pedicure was short and my feet were still a little rough... which is how I went in. She spent over 10 min trying to remove an invisible ingrown nail that wasnt there and i started bleeding. This prompted her to start polishing. She did the white tip, but the line she made was very thin and uneven. I could have complained and made her redo my feet, but i didnt have time, and that is not something i should have to do.

Caring staff. I had special needs and they tended to them with love.

Worst pedicure EVER. In a time crunch, I stopped here. This salon charges an extra $5 to buff the bottom of your feet, which is always standard with any pedicure. My feet look and feel like they did when I came in. Dont go here.

I went to this salon only because I didnt have enough time to go to Luxury nail and spa in snellville on highway 124. I came her with my mother for two pedis and one SNS full set mani. My mom was already seated to let her feet soak and the lady that did my nails looked like she might have been the managers wife. Who knows but she was soooo touch with my nails she filed them down so much and I had a nail that I hurt about a month ago so it was very sensitive because it was almost going to come off and I told her that and she kept trying to dig her nail under my old acrylic set. She just made my expirience very painful. She tried to trick me by saying their gel manicure price was 45 while an SNS was 40 so it would be cheaper for me. I told her that it was odd that a gel mani would cost much more than SNS, but I wanted SNS originally in the first place. Long story short she was very rude to me and very very harsh on my nails. WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. If you need a good nail person go to luxury nail and spa on scenic hwy And ask for Amy! Shes so good and her prices are cheaper than most girls if you want a good mani.

Service was not bad but nail was shaped bad and broke within a few hours, not coming back.

They did a great fill in after my original set was a bit messy. Nice and cooperative employees and very nice and neat salon as a whole.
