The people running this store consider it beneath their dignity to properly hand you the receipt for pre-paid UPS packages. They scornfully throw it down on the scale and you have to bend over to reach it. I understand that they dont want to handle these packages, because there is no money in it for them, so this review probably is what they want the public to know, but still I feel the need to warn people about them. Real UPS stores are much better for your Amazon returns, drive a little longer for a piece of mind.

We have used Mailboxes of Kent to receive and send all our mail for years. The staff is always professional, helpful and friendly. It has been wonderful having peace of mind that our mail and packages are always secure. After having our mail stolen at our home, and horrible experiences using the USPS mailboxes, Mailboxes of Kent has been a wonderful resource for us and our community.

Rude customer service, as soon as she picks up the phone she told me to hold on. I was waiting for 10 minutes she never got back to me.

I came here to pick up a UPS access point delivered package. They were unable to locate the package. I have had to file a claim with UPS as they lost my package.

The positive attitude of the staff is the best. I always have so many questions about mailing my many packages... they always take time to help. The supplies to send my packages are available, as is a table to wrap them.They keep a written record of all my mailings... and the date they should arrive. So helpful to just give them my recipients name, and they keep track if I have ever sent a package to that address.

I came here to pick up a package, and was treated with complete utter disrespect. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. I was following all social distancing requirements, and was still being harassed by employees. At the same time people of a different ethnicity than my self were not following those requirements and were not being yelled at. I feel like I have been discriminated against based on my race and ethnicity.

I was worried to go since its not a direct office such as fedex or dhl. However, the ladies working there were very professional and reassuring. I had to send a cell phone abroad, which is expensive and dangerous. They gave me options with price and I chose DHL. It was delivered as planned without problems. Nice packing and great price too. I will absolutely visit again when I need to send something overseas. Thanks!!!!

Very helpful Staff, they have everything you need to pack and ship your packages. Their mail boxes are very reasonably priced.I dont have to look for an open notary public on weekends, they have this service too. I wish I knew this place 3 years ago, and had not annoyed my self dealing with US post office across the street. Thumbs up guys 👍 .

2nd to worst place to drop off packages to. 1st is obviously the post office. No one acknowledges you when you walk in. There is also no structure for customer management -- other people will get helped even though you were there first. Tried to give them a second chance and same thing no acknowledgement and I had to ask for help. I was then told to leave my package on the counter with no supervision. No thanks, I dont want my package to be picked off by some stranger wandering in.

The staff at Mailboxes of Kent are by far some of the most caring exceptional people I have ever encountered in the state of Washington. They provided me something that met my needs when I needed it the most, they explained how things work and they were very understanding about my situation.

I have been to Mail Boxes of Kent a few times. The previous times have been awesome. The staff was friendly and my stuff was printed and it was at a reasonable price. However, the last time that I went there I was shocked to find out that the prices had changed for a black and white print. I printed 3 pages and it cost me 3 dollars. Yes, 3 dollars. I am the type of person that always tries to help out locally owned businesses but I am afraid that I am going to have to take my business somewhere else. If you want to get something printed at a reasonable price I suggest you go to the FedEx at the Kent Station. Its 13 cents for a black and white page. 69 cents for a color page.

This place is awesome! I send mail out quite a bit through out the year. Nicest folks ever. Then go next door and get pizza. Lol

I went in and got some notary stuff and mentioned I would be taking my kiddo to mcdonalds next door, I ended up leaving my ID there and they ran over to mcdonalds to catch me! Way to go above and beyond the customer service! Forever customer.

Great family owned and operated the folks there are always ready to go an extra mile for the customers conveniences great prices of the services they provide makes life so easy than spending so much time at the post office and standing in line last not the least they even pack your parcels for you and very convenient to drop pre paid returns like fed ex,ups and all other carriers got a notary done the other day quick and easy really they are an asset and blessings to the local kent community hope we had more business with the same standards and integrity highly recommend them 👍🏻👍🏻😊😊😊😊

This place has to be the worse place to mail / package your things. How do they not have a box that will fit a desktop computer... basically they used an unnecessary over sized box which ends up making you pay 30-40% more just to send it. Also, when i was watching them pack my desktop, they laid it side ways which can cause so many problems like computer parts potentially breaking or falling apart as it is being shipped. I would never recommend going here to ship your stuff when there is a USPS or FEDEX just right near by, you will end up paying them 10-20% profit to send it while you could just stop by a legit post office. One last thing... they do not know how to pack things at all, Im scared for my life that my things will arrived broken into pieces.
