The atmosphere was great, I was able to be seen right away without an appointment. My nails looked beautiful. A little more expensive then other places. Less than a week after having gel polish on my fingers the polish started to peel off. The tech told me the gel polish would last closer to 3 weeks.

I made an appointment the day before and they were able to squeeze me which I was very grateful for. They even called me 10 minutes before my appointment and I thought that was very courteous. I was greeted and seated rohjt away.Brittney helped me and she was amazing. She gave me excellent advice on how to take better care of nails. I was very hesitant to show her what I wanted from a picture because you never know if it is possible. Brittany exceeded my expectations and more. I definitely will be coming back

I love this nail salon, everyone performs very good work when I go in for my walk-in gel pedicures. I love the quality of work and the conversations. It’s always a fun environment and filled with laughter. I will always be a customer! They also have very good prices for children when I take my daughter to get her nails painted or toes done.

I saw Sonny for a fill and I’m from CA. I called this morning and got an afternoon appointment. The woman who answered the phone was very professional and accommodating. I got there and signed in and was immediately invited to Sonny’s station! He was great!!! Very friendly and very good at his job. I will be coming to see him whenever I am in town and my mom wants to go see him! So I’m sending her to Sonny!

I was referred here by my sister that has very delicate feet. Any other place usually cuts her and she ends up bleeding. This place hasnt done that and its our new favorite spot! Call ahead and you can get an appointment the same day usually. They have walk in appointments, but they are usually pretty full.

Nice salon. They had good measures in place for keeping the shop sanitized and confined for the customer. My nails came out nicely and the technician was thorough about making them that way.

All I can say is that I had ingrown toenails in my big toes for about three months after I went there. Yes they were busy but I had called and made an appointment. So you would think that by my appointment I would be priority over a walk in. But nope, I was getting my nails and toes done (the whole enchilada). I got put at one of the nail station and felt there for about 10 minutes. Finally a guy came over started me with the soak and went back to another customer. Make a long story short I felt like I was just a number with money to give. They rushed through my nails and the guy who did my nails not once gave me the time of day. My nails and toes looked okay. But when you pay for a service, and a service they give should be relaxing and enjoyable. Didnt get any of that. And I still gave them both a tip. Shouldve got that back and the cost of everything I got done. And without ingrown toenails.

Ive been coming here for years and I love it. Their staff are awesome, friendly, and talented at what they do. It might be pricier than other shops, but its worth it for having the job done right. They also have a one week policy stating you can go back within a week if your paint chips and theyll fix it for free. Forever a Pink Nails customer!

My Mother and I have been going to Pink Nails in Providence for over a year and have enjoyed going to Jenny. We both have never had one issue with her work and she is absolutely talented. About a month ago I went in to get my nails done by Jenny and learned upon arriving that she had called in sick. I was hesitant to let another technician do my nails but had to get a gel fill that day as I was pretty busy the next few following days and ultimately needed them done before I flew to Denver for Thanksgiving. I had a great experience with a new tech doing my nails. Not sure her name but she is young, dirty blonde hair, and always has her hair up.... Unfortunately after 4-6 days I had 4 chipped nails. As friendly as the tech was she obviously didnt give me a good fill.... It seemed like each time I looked down at my nails another nail was chipped. I decided to call and see if I could come in for a fix and was told I could come in at 4:30 that evening to get my fix (I was flying out late that evening for thanksgiving). I showed up at 4:30 right on time for my appointment for my 4 nails to be fixed. They sat me down and after 25 minutes passed of me literally just sitting there being ignored I asked what was going on. They stated they would be right with me and after another 10 minutes of being completely ignored I ended up literally walking out. I made an appointment to get my nails fixed so for the inconvenience of having to go back and get my nails fixed in the first place they should have had a tech ready waiting for me right at my scheduled app. time. Once I got home I took off all my acrylics and went to Denver for thanksgiving with no nails. I decided when I got back into town to call and ask to speak to the manager...I explained the entire situation that had happened and was told that I was a liar and was making the story up. I literally couldnt believe the way I was treated and that a manager was calling me a liar. She stated that I had come in TWO WEEKS after initially getting my nails done and that it was all documented. I would never go in with two week grown out nails claiming that I needed a fix..... just absolutely absurd. After going back and forth with the manager on the phone it became clear to me that it was actually the nail tech. that had done a horrible job on my nails! After realizing that I ended the conversation. As a manager in hospitality it is extremely clear that Pink Nails needs to completely revamp their management system. No manager should ever be treating a customer the way that I was treated. Unfortunately Pink Nails you have lost four customers - my mother, myself, and my 2 best friends that go to your other location.

I have been going to pink nail since it opened, loved the convenient location being close to my house. How ever the last time I was there the man that did my eyebrow did not wash his hand and his hands smelled like cigarettes, I ended up with an eye infection .. I will not return convenient or not !!!😡😷🤮

First visit was GREAT. Kept coming back and each experience became less and less impressive. Last visit, I had the man and he scraped my feet with the cheese grater so much that I bled. He had to put a Band-Aid on my toe. My heels are still healing 3 weeks later. Good management would have comped that visit. I gave two stars only because everyone there was always very friendly but its just too expensive to continue this way, wont be back.

I was disappointed. All these awards and some employees lacked professionalism. I called ahead of time to ask if it was to late to get in and they advised it was fine. The technician was so nice and working to get the look I wanted. One of the employees kept rushing her and was completely dismissive on me finding what I wanted. Its very expensive in Nevada to get your nails done might as well get what you want. The technician did great despite being rushed and I could clearly tell she was. Couple flaws in the nails due to the rush but they look good overall. I tipped her since she tried to get what I wanted. Very cramped and the smell is overwhelming when you go in but its clean and most of the staff was kind and curteous. If Im going to pay $60 Id probably do it somewhere else.

I love this place! I could never cheat on them with another salon! I come here with my sister and my mother and we love it! My sister travels all the way from California to get her nails done!

When I moved up here I went and here to get a French Manicure. That afternoon my nails just feel apart. I went back in and they did it again and they plastered them. I went down to the other one on Durango and they said they had never seen such a bad nail job. That is their own company saying that. Just awful experience here!

Their way is not proper. It dont last. They need more training and better products.

The girl that greeted us seemed to just bark orders but the actual nail artists were nice, took good care of all of us, esp for being 4 ladies as walk-ins. Id go back again and again. Next time Im in Vegas is like to go

First of all, this review is way over due, I should have written in weeks ago. 2nd, let me start by saying EVERYONE here has always been wonderful and kind to me. Ive sat with Louann, Tina and Lam and they each have different style, but I always leave with an amazing gel mani. Tina is the only one who has done my pedis, and I am so tickleish that Ive never let anyone touch my feet in my life. But Tina puts up with my wiggling, and is so kind about it that shell probably be the only one to ever touch my feet, haha! Louann is always so kind and welcoming and Lam is an absolute riot. Even when Im not sitting with him, he makes me laugh. And my last time I was there he really went over and beyond with my mani and he did not have to do that. I want you all to know I appreciate you all so much and I always look forward to visiting with you!

Called to see if I could make an appointment to take my gel polish off and the receptionist did not sound friendly at all when telling me that they do not do appointments for that-try to make it in before they close. Ive never been told that before. Normally I go to the Pink Nails on Farm and Durango and am given the best service. Very disappointing.

My experience at this nail salon was horrible!!!! The nail technician put the wrong size nails on and when I was displeased, and wanted her to fix them, she said she didnt want to take them all off, then said she didnt want to do my nails, and for someone else to do me, so I left. The person in charge didnt even say anything to this particular tech, and I felt she should have.

Over priced, service and quality have gone down hill since the first time I went. Im not happy with them at all.

Me and my daughter were coming here for a year now and I’m telling you there are only a few good techs .god help you if you put in a new set and one breaks then it’s the luck of the draw when does your nails .i got a new set last week from one every other day I had to go in for a repair that’s was okay because lee did them but today I was not so lucky.some guy I never saw before sat down and goes to much time to take broken nail off lol so he start to rebuild my tip lol now keep in mind I just got a pretty new set and this guy wants to not put a tip on like all my other nails I ask him three times I don’t want that please can you repair it with a tip..lol ugly nail fat heavyBut funny thing is I was told I can’t come back to there shop because I got mad at him I’m sorry I guess I was supposed to sit there let him do what ever he wants to do .lol that’s okay at 160$ every two weeks with my daughter I’ll tske my money elsewhere then maybe I won’t hsve to go in for a repair every other day and have some teck make my nails look crappy again ..Not good Mangment at all they saw what he was doing they heard me ask him not to do it that way but know one said nothing. Very disappointed, not with their quality or the nail technicians, but that I was offered no help when I came in BEFORE opening and was told they “couldn’t help me because I didn’t have an appointment”! I don’t have a regular schedule so I can’t plan for an appointment. They didn’t even offer to call the other location. I’ve been going to this location since they’ve opened and the other even longer. They should have techs on hand for walk ins, especially on weekends! Very upset and they will never get my business again because of how I was treated!
