The best place in town. Anna listened to my requests and did more than I ever expected. Great prices too. The shop was busy and I know why, cause theyre good!

I came in as a walk-in at 5:30 when they closed at 6. They very happily took me in and did a full pedicure and gel manicure. I finished about 6:30. They did not rush me which was super nice. And the nails came out amazing! Will definitely come back.

Tried this place because of the reviews. The tech ripped off about a good 4th of my nail off. She had to put super glue on part of the nail that because it was hanging and the other piece she had to rip off. Worse yet after seeing this she still tried the take them off the same way. I showed her what I wanted. She kept saying the shape was coffin but I tried to tell her its ballerina. She obviously was not familiar with different shapes. The color she suggested was didnt match or look good together. I waited almost a hour just for them to see me. The only reason I stayed initially was because they have pretty colors. However if you have a tech that cant match them pretty colors are worthless. I was charged $50 I really dont know why but I normally spend more at my normal nail place but they do much more detail. Wont go back to them.

I went in a Wednesday afternoon did my nails, was pretty good.One lady did my pedicure and the other one did my manicure.I mentioned to one of the ladies that I wanted an appointment on Friday she didnt speak English so she called on the other lady, I told her I wanted an appointment at 2pm she said that it was fine, that she was going to remember.I call on Friday to confirm and they said they dont know anything, that I need to make an appointment with a phone number.What a great service😐😐😐

Update: I gave them another chance because my first experience was not matching up with their reviews... My second experience was way better! I had my first set removed. The nail tech tried to pop off my nails at first by slipping a tip under it. I did not like that AT ALL because it was painful and was damaging my real nails, but she soaked them off for me instead when I asked her. I requested sharp square white glow-in-the-dark nails and that’s exactly what I got. The tech shaped my nails very well. No lint or flecks of other colors in the powder (huge pet peeve of mine) like the first set I got. They are flawless! This experience was night and day compared to my first time coming. 2ND VISIT 4/5 STARS, would have been 5/5 if she didn’t try to pop my nails off!—-1ST VISIT: 2/5 STARSSolid chop shop nails. I was a little turned off that they don’t have any swatches of their acrylic colors. I asked for sharp square nails, which the tech did perfectly at first, but then she started filing again and tapered them (which I did not want)... My nail tech was kinda rough on my nails and made one of my cuticles bleed from nicking me. She kept hitting my cuticles with the drill and also filing my SKIN with the hand file. May or may not come back. It’s okay for what it is.

Came in to get my nails done have had bf as expenses in the past. Came in to get a Swirl design on my my nails Toni did them I showed him the color scheme I liked and I guess they did not have the colors I felt rushed to pick the colors so I wasn’t able to pick the colors that were matching to the reference photo. My nails ended up coming out colors that weren’t even really close to matching the picture that I showed them. I called and told him I was not happy with my nails, and they told me that there was nothing that they could do after the fact. When I was getting my nails done the nail tech Tony Kept calling me picky because I couldn’t figure out what colors match the picture the best. He also handed me the no color picker well well my nail was still wet and the acrylic got messed up. And when I called they said that there was nothing that they could do to try to fix a nose and get them to what I wanted to when I had to pay a total of $100 to get my nails done. I felt like the whole time Tony and his coworker Henry were making jokes about me and laughing at me because I was picky because of past bad experiences with getting my nails done and my nails not coming out the way I wanted them to like mine appointment that I had today. When I asked if I could come in to get my nails fixed they said no. When I asked if there was any sort of discount they gave me because I really would like to try to come back because I’ve heard great things about the salon they acted like all I wanted was to try to get a discount for a set of nails. I just wanna remind else to be corrected when I had to spend $100 on them. Hopefully this company is good good enough and will reach out to me with a solution.

Ive been going here for over 2 years. Great experience every time. Theres nothing they cant do (which is hard to find in other nail salons). All the techs have decent or pretty good work so just go with whoever is available.

LOVE this place everyone is super friendly and nice. Their excellent at what they do. But the main lady I go to is Ann shes always making sure my nails are on point. And every time I show her what I want she gets it every time or does is better. I highly recommend this place and her.😊

I liked my nails until I got out in the sun. Then I noticed she missed a bunch of places underneath my nails. My middle finger looks pregnant. The clear gel is all streaked. Not good at all.

They never disappoint me when I come here. I always have a reference photo and they always end up making it my nails sooo much better than I could imagine. Always leave extremely happy and i always tell people to come here.

I read good reviews online so I went for the first time for a gel manicure. The staff really is very nice, the place is clean and you can tell that they stay very busy. The only reason why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because they do NOT put a white base coat before applying the polish you want. So if you like getting shimmery colors like me, the color comes out different than the real one (darker and more dull) and I wanted bright colors for spring. When the technician started and put 1 coat on the first nail, I saw that it didnt look the same so I told her that if it wasnt going to come out the same, that I could choose a different color but she told me that after 3 coats it would look the same. When she finished and saw that it wasnt the same she explained that it was because the nails they use are white and mine is pink. Which I understand but I wish that she would have told me that when I first asked her about it so that I could have switched to a solid color. I will be back because they did a good job with everything else and like I said they are very sweet and apologized but it would still have been nice to have gotten what I had asked for. Next time I will get a solid color for sure.

I love this place! They always leave my nails looking right. I can show them a picture of what I want and they make it happen. The nails last for a very long time, they do not chip or crack like other places I’ve been to. I don’t have a favorite person because they all do a great job. They might take a while on weekends because it’s so packed but the wait is worth it. Every time I get my nails done here, they always get complimented. I will continue to do my business here and recommend others.

So I’m always skeptical to try new places specially if I see a lot of bad reviews but I usually give places the benefit of the doubt. I’m glad I went here! my mother is diabetic, blind, picky and loves to get pedicures well this place she loved and so did I. The ladies working on us took there time, were polite, brought us something to drink (I got wine) 😍 I just can’t say enough good things about this place. I will be going back soon to get a full set. Definitely recommend this place!

Really wanted to like this place but save your money. They cannot even provide color samples besides a couple and they rush the service which explains why my nails look TERRIBLE.

I was looking for a place to get my nails done for my wedding and found this spot. As soon as I walked in they said Hi and set me on a table right away. As soon as I sat down 3 more ppl walked in then 2 more after that. It is a pretty busy place, I was lucky to be there at the right time and not have to wait, but now knowing how good of a job they do I dont mind waiting If I have to. I will definitely be coming back. I dont remember the name of the guy that did my nails buy he did an amazing job.

They are always on point...John and Anna are very sweet and make sure every area is will cleaned after each and every customer. They do whatever you want. No old timey nails here. They stay up to date with there colors and styles. There is no shortage on clients here. So make your appointments.

Make an appointment before you go. These guys are amazing and have a lot of clients. They do amazing work. I go nowhere else to get my nails done.

I was a little sad bc several of my nails had broken due to another salons carelessness. The tech cheered me up and gave a cute short gel mani. Also offered me a beverage.

The first picture is what I asked for and the second is what I got. The technician used the picture the entire time. Just some background Info.I asked for ombré short nails for my birthday. I was given pink tips that weren’t blended. I asked the technician to blend it and add more pink. She “shh”ed me. Came back the following day to get them fixed. Had to wait over an hour after spending two hours there the previous day. The manager yelled at me for thinking I could get them fixed sooner even though I called the previous day in an attempt to make an appt and explained the issue. He also refused to reimburse me even though I tipped the technician the original day and was not satisfied even though their motto is “we do what you want”. He even looked at the picture I supplied the technician with and was shocked how bad they looked as well. Sadly will not be returning. Shouldn’t be yelled at for simply “wanting my nails they way I want” if I already paid them almost 100 plus a tip.

My friend and I were looking for a new nail place since we moved into the area. We just went for pedicures. They were fairly busy but sat us right away. Staff was polite and professional. The salon was clean, used good product and offered average services for average prices. Both of our staff members have good experiences, they provide free beverages. Would come back.

They did not fill the full nail and cut them different ... I don’t know how to feel about it ....This was supposed to be gel for $35 and I even tipped $5 more but I was kind of disappointed..

WORST NAIL SALON EVER!!!! I called on Thursday to make my daughter and I an appointment for Saturday at 2:30. We were late 5 mins if that and we live all the way out in Sachse. But we get there we walk in and right away there were a lot of people. I told the guy that we were there for our 2:30 appointment and he had me sign in and said have a seat. We wait till 3:20and he comes and gets the girl next to my daughter (that girl just got there). And the girl told him oh they were here before me. He said “oh its ok they were late” I told him so you had us wait and not say anything that we had to wait longer? They take on to many people at once and you are overcrowded. You would think with Covid they would take extra precautions. So save your money and TIME very unprofessional people!!!

I love coming here, first nail salon that Ive come to multiple times, the customer service is awesome, they remember what wine i like, and make sure Im comfortable. The main guy that works there is hilarious, be prepared to talk and have fun while you are there. The wine and other refreshments are free. They can do Judy about anything you want and have a lot of colors to choose from. Gel, powder color, solar, mood change, etc. Oh! Also they do eyelash extensions, the lady that does them is bomb af! Lol if you want a natural looking lash, she got you, full look, she got you, $25.

Ive been going to this nail salon ever since I first discovered it. My best friend travels an hour and a half to come here. This was the set that I most recently got and I LOVE IT. They went above and beyond to make sure it came out perfectly. I have never stayed loyal to a nail salon but I have and will continue to stay loyal here. Such wonderful, sweet people! I love them :)

I write reviews often for business I visit. I’ve never done one in this place. The place is decent for the location I will say that. But their communication and customer service is NOT THE BEST. Not sure if they charge more on the holidays but their prices are NEVER consistent. This last time just put the icing on the cake. I will say just get you ONE person and stick to them cause people will Do ANYTHING for a dollar

Im very happy with my nails. They really take their time to make you look good. We called yesterday to make an appointment and Im glad we did. They were -packed- the whole time and people kept coming in. Make sure you call ahead and expect to wait a little, but it will be worth it!

Just left there and it was my first time visiting. I am so glad I went. The wait was not long almost everyone who walked in was greeted and quickly seated. Everyone was so nice. My experience was amazing! Their customer care and courtesy got me. I love both John and Anna. The best way I can describe them is they are happy if you are happy, and you feel like a person and not a piece of money👍I dont want to forget to mention Ive had my nails, eyelashes, eyebrows and feet done there and was happy with all of them.

If I could do negative stars I would! HORRIBLE customer Service. Charges for you to breathe their air and to sit in their chairs. Told me if you dont like the charges you can go somewhere else that was completely uncalled for especially that I was just asking a question. -5/10 would not recommend. I have also been doing my nails hEre for a while and they aalways have the same issue they leave bumps on the acrylic and doesnt shape well Ive told them multiple times about it and its always the same issue.

Excellent customer service. Went in visiting from Miami, Fl and I would visit again!!! They treat you like a Queen. I would totally recommend it. They take walk-ins. I got a pedicure and waxed my eyebrows. Do you know how difficult it is to get your eyebrows shaped exactly how you want them to be? They did it here!!! I love them.

Absolutely love this place! Made a same day appointment for today for them to fix the horrible nails I got done about 5 days ago at a different salon. When I walked in they were quick to greet me and talk with me until we found the best solution for a fix to my problem set. The gentleman who did my nails was so sweet, and very careful to get each nail even and painted perfectly. They turned out to be the best set of nails Ive EVER had!!! Judging by how busy they were on a Wednesday afternoon, everyone who works there is probably phenomenal as well. If your looking for a new nail salon you should definitely check this place out. Oh, and btw they also offer their customers a free glass of wine or soda!

I am very satisfied with the service I received here. I was attended promptly with no wait time at all and everyone was nice. The water for pedicures could have been a little warmer but it was ok. Although I didn’t get her name, I am especially pleased with the girl who did my nails. She worked quickly yet was careful to get every detail done nicely. I would recommend this place to a friend.

For the past four months I’ve been looking for a good nail salon and I finally found it! I could never find a place to do what I wanted. I went in for a fill, yes I did have to wait but at any good nail shop you’ll have to wait. He took 30 mins to do a fill and nail polish. I will definitely be going back!

First time going was two weeks ago I showed John a picture of how I wanted my nails and he did the exact same as the picture but better!!! Loved the prices, everyone there (from the nail techs to the customers) were nice and friendly. GREAT VIBES I’m happy to say I’ve found my new nail shop!

Great friendly service. Clean place. They offer you wine, or bottled water. Chairs are very comfortable. My nails were broken and chipped from work. They cleaned them right up to start regrowing healthy nails.

Ashley the receptionist is so rude and ugly. One day my services were started and then stopped for someone who apparently had an appointment but I was not told this until after a hour wait!! i was sat in front of a TV for TWO episodes of a sitcom and when I complained at the register AFTER patiently waiting without a word I was disregarded AND overcharged fast forward to MORE than a YEAR later...today she refused to redeem my rewards because of our “issue in the past” I literally spend hundreds of dollars here and today will be my last time. BEWARE, this place does NOT treat paying customers with respect.

I use to come here all the time until the staff started being rude, lazy, and started rushing through my nails and pedicure. One nail tech tried to remove my nails by sliding a card between the acrylic and my nail bed, instead of soaking them off, which damaged my nails. John had an issue with me changing my nails days later even though I paid to have my nails redone. He had an attitude with me after that and tried to embarrass me the next time I came to have my nails done, which was a month later. It seems like he had an issue since then. I will not return here and will gladly spend my money elsewhere.As you can see his response was inappropriate and he failed to address the reason on using inappropriate techniques to remove nails. I called the same day and informed you that I was not satisfied with my nails and due to my work schedule I would not be able to come in until Tuesday to have them fixed. At the time of our phone conversation you said it was fine. However, when I came in it was a different story and you assumed that I lied to you. Instead of calling your customers liers and jumping on the defense you should try to treat your customers with respect and solve the issue at hand.After going through the reviews I see other people also agree that you and your workers are rude. John you should try treating your customers better if you want to stay in business!

I been waiting and waiting to get my nails done been here way before alot of customers thats so happen to be before me now. Ive given them chance after chance to earn my business Ive even recommended them to others but this is the last straw I think its because Im black they treat me like I was nothing if this is last nail shop on earth Ill never go here again.

Ive been here a few times and theyve been able to give me what i wanted every single time but this time is different. Different because my design request was more intricate than Ive asked for, to date. Henry took charge once he saw the picture I brought in and went above and beyond to deliver exactly What I was hoping for. These stilletos are the sharpest Ive ever had and he asked to change one design to match the spooky level of the others. Better than I c ould have dreamed, so glad he was there and I gave him the freedom for the extra design.

This is my 3rd time coming to this salon. My nails are awesome, just the way I wanted them. However, I decided to get my lashes done.(Friday morning) And they came off the very same day, I worked all weekend and couldnt go back until today. I explained my issue and that I wasnt up for the lady doing them again I wanted a refund or even a credit for another service. I would have so waited until my next nail service to apply the credit. I was told that this isnt the way the nail business works and there is nothing they can do. The manager went on to tell me that since I didnt come back on Friday he didnt believe that they just came off. I explained to him I worked all weekend and was only able to come this morning. He said well its nothing he can do. They have lost a customer for life! Customer service is everything!!
