WORST NAIL PLACE IN THE VALLEY!!!!! They put way too much acrylic in my nails, specially when I asked for a natural looking nails. A couple of weeks after I did my nails one of them broke half way, I went back to the shop to get the acrylic completely removed, but they refused to provide service to me and kicked me out, all because I was asking for help. They need to be more profesional and show more empathy for their clients. STAY AWAY AND BE SAFE!!!!!

I was hoping to get my nails done even though i didnt have appointment. I believe the door or window said walkins welcome. Hoping i would get a hard gel then manicure. The quote she gave me blew me away!! Let alone she didnt have any openings. Feeling frustrated, discouraged i left. I wanted my nails to be so pretty.

I have not been to pink nails in a long time and decided to go with my friends. Miranda worked on my mani and pedi and let me just say I will be back to see her and only her again! My nails look amazing and she took her time and was super friendly!

I will never return. It’s so close to my house but try one of the other 3 nail salons that are on The same street. When you spend $100 on a salon visit, you expect to feel welcome! ✌🏼Rosé across the street has deluxe pedis!

We’ve been a customer for almost 2 years and today I called and canceled our appointment because my daughter woke up sick and a few minutes later they called and said the man who usually does my daughter’s nails doesn’t want her has a client anymore because of the cancellations. Yes I’ve canceled before due to being sick but we were only thinking of the store and not getting people sick. The man didn’t even have the courage to talk to me himself!!!

I never make an appointment, always walk in and get helped within 15min. Overall positive experiences with the techs. That have helped me. Great variety of colors. I always get complements on my nails. Pedi with regular polish and manicure with gel $55.00 plus tip. Comfortable seating.

First time going here...might be the last time . I went over there for thanksgiving break and I did not get the nails I wanted. The person who was doing my nails could not do anything of the ideas I wanted, so I simply ask for a refill and change of color instead. At first the person said it was going to be $30 but then as I went up to go pay, the person said $40. Then the next day or two the nail polish started chipping off (which I got gel) and I saw the person did not filled in my nails all the way . Overall the people working there are happy and good positive energy.... just bad service for the first time visiting.

I called ahead for availability. They said to come in. When I arrived, they said it was 3-4 hours wait. Ridiculous!

My wife loves this place. It can get busy, so it really benefits you making an appointment in time so you can for sure get in or not have to wait forever. Her go to guy is Long, because he gets the nails done beautifully in short time without a lot of conversation. She really notices a difference, and not in a good way, when she goes elsewhere, usually because she forgot to make an appointment and couldnt get in. If you hate uncertainty with quality, or endless talking, or even when they take cigarette or bathroom breaks while getting your nails done, go here. Im just in town visiting family, this is my grandmas regular place... they were nice 👌 . I definitely liked how Jimmy the man who gave me my pedicure was honest and not pushy of more expensive products. I wanted the deluxe pedi because I thought i needed calus removal but he felt my feet ans said I really didnt need it and said I go go classic if I wanted but explained other benefits of the deluxe, it was just nice to not be pushed into a more expensive treatment.

Pink nails did an amazing job on my nails and pedicure. They are awesome my wait as a walk in was very fast i waited maybe 5 mins. The quality was great and staff is friendly. I will be back for my next service and I will refer everyone I know to come to Pink Nails on Farm Road.

Ive been getting my nails done here off and on for 10yrs now. Only twice have I been unhappy with their work. Ive tried other places and now dont even bother. I own a home cleaning business and my nails dont lift when I go to Pink Nails.

I’ve been patronizing this location for about three years now. Only recently have I had a terrible experience twice. I just visited for a fill on Friday March 1st. The young lady who completes my fill was great. However, there must have been a small slit in the side of my nail that neither she or I saw. That Saturday night I scratched my head and noticed my hair was stuck in my nail and subsequently the break. No big deal, these things happen and I know they claim to guarantee their work for 7 days, this being only day 2 there shouldn’t be a problem. WRONG. I went in on Sunday and they charged me to fix the nail and because you can’t select who you want for a fix, I was placed with anyone and the job was terrible. I let the manager know along with informing her that I did not appreciate paying for a fix after having paid $66 just 2 days prior on work they claim to guarantee for up to 7 days. The manager looked me dead in my eyes and arrogantly said, “we appreciate your feedback.” Clearly no empathy or explanation nor solution. Furthermore, here it is Tuesday and the same nail has broken in the same spot.... go figure, I’ll be spending my hard earned money elsewhere.

Teachers love Pink Nails! Its a summer kickoff tradition to go there after class room check out. They always do an excellent job, especially on my pedicures. The staff is super friendly and they treat each nail like a precious art peice. I always say my nails each look like beautiful, shiny, little Easter eggs when theyre done decorating them. Go glitter!

My daughter called pink nails asked them, how much for the full set, they told her $25 for acrylic, so she went and thought it was a good deal. As she was getting her nails done, she wanted them shaped, they told her its a extra $5 she agreed to the extra. After they where done they rang her up and it turned out to be $60, she asked why and they told her they accidentally gave her gel, she said she didnt ask for gel, they told her she still had to pay, my daughter being a nice person, didnt want to argue with them so she paid . I think its a scam, and if you go to this place, people be careful cause if they make the mistake they still charge you for there mistakes. Not a place I recommend for first timers, they will take advantage of you in a heart beat. I wouldnt give them a star only cause I had too.

I have never had a bad experience at Pink Nail. My most recent trip this past weekend was the best experience Ive had however. Everyone was happy and chatty, and I hardly had to wait for a chair. Definitely recommend.

When your salon only has 3.5 stars you know it’s a bad salon. I could have had my dog do my nails better than the girl who did my nails and half the price! My moms nails came off the next day. I wish I could rate you ZERO stars but sadly it’s not an option. Worst experience ever going here.

Showed them a picture of a gel nail with 3 jewels on the middle finger on each hand and asked how much for it all. They said $65. We got to the end and they didn’t finish out the shaping or jewels, I asked them to finish my nails and they said it would be an extra $20 to finish. SCAM

I have to say I should have listened to these reviews. I had a full gel set by Diamond Nail but I live over here now so I tried out Pink Nails for the first time to get my first fill on my brand new gel set I had for 4 weeks. I paid $35 for a gel fill, $15 for gel color, and $5 for a coffin shape, plus an undeserved $10 tip. She was abrupt and VERY RUDE. I thought, its pricey but if they last maybe its worth it cause they are in my neighborhood. WRONG. 3 breaks in 7 days. Went back to them and they tried to charge me $10 for them even after I was told by two different receptionists I would not be charged for any breaks or chips. Got home that very same day, another break. I left a message for the owner/manager to call me back. When she did I asked for my $65 gel fill to be redone right, and they told me those 4 breaks since my $65 gel fill from Pink Nails in 7 days, were Diamond Nails fault because they did my full set 4 weeks prior. Ill keep looking for a nail shop around here. Disgusted with this shops prices, quality, and most of all customer service. HORRIBLE SHOP. Diamond Nail is great but just too far.

I have gone to pink nails for a couple years. Usually I have had an ok experience This last time I went for a pedicure I believe the girl was very new. I told her I was diabetic. long story short she scraped the heel of my foot raw. I was leaving for vacation a few days later. I was not able to walk on my foot for the entire week and it even hurts worse now . I called and sent pictures to the manager who said keep it clean and we will give you a gift card for the amount of the pedicure. I think this is unacceptable Ive been limping for over a week and I think I need to go to urgent care when I return from my trip

Meh, Ive had better for cheaper. The person attending was not very friendly, left polish all over my skin, and maybe this is news to me, but gently passing a pumice rock over my foot does not constitute a callus removal. At least the reception girl was nice.

Super disappointed. Asked for an ombre and got paintbrushy strokes. Might redo it myself. The rest is technically done really well, everyone was extremely nice, everything is clean. I just cant justify more than 2 stars if I hate the finished product.EDIT: Finally got the acrylics removed to find out that the nail tech dremeled my nails way too thin. I now get to live with paper-thin nails for weeks or months until they grow back.

I am very disappointed about the quality of the service that I received. I went in to get a full set and a pedicure on 12/31/16. My pedicure was fine. However, by 1/7 I already had two nails pop off and 4 more are lifting. I paid almost $50 for my nails and they barely lasted week. I will definitely not be a return customer.

My lady did not shape my nails. She cut them fingers nails sideways and did not file them at all. The paint job was also very poorly done.All of the other works were very nice though. She should work on he people skills and actually care about her customers.

Its like a cattle call in there...I felt it was a rushed job...hurry get em in and out. My nails literally last 24 hours. I had to go back because they did a poor job. Second visit still couldnt correct the problem. Go to this place if you absolutely can not get in anywhere else. They have about 25 or more operators in there and you will be in and out quickly.

Only specific techs are great in this location and worth the money you pay for services. I have had 4 sets that either lifted, not fill correctly, or the gel paint was applied bad.

I have been here at least 6 times, and the last two times have been terrible. The last time I went in the girl complained the entire time she did my nails and rushed through it. My gel manicure (which usually lasts weeks) was chipping in days. I chalked it up to a bad day.This last time I called for an appointment, when I was asked what time I wanted I said I have the whole afternoon, but first available would be great. Jimmy told me that if I could be there in 10-15 minutes to just come in.I walked in exactly 20 minutes from the time I placed the phone call and was told 45-1hour. I said I had called ahead and Jimmy told me that I said I could be there in 10 minutes, and since I wasnt I would have to wait.I left and called back so as not to be rude to the other customers and told him that I walked in exactly 20 minutes from the time I called him. He told me that walk-ins have to wait. I said I called asking for an appointment and instead of giving me one (as I had the rest of the afternoon available), he told me to come in.Instead of apologizing he was confrontational and asked me what I expected him to do. I told him I expected customer service. He told me I couldnt expect good customer service if I wanted a last minute appointment. When I tried once again to explain I had asked for any appointment that day he cut me off, and hung up on me.I have recommended this salon to friends in the past. I will not longer be giving them my service or my recommendation. In fact - I say STAY FAR AWAY!!Just an FYI - if you have higher prices you have to have good customer service.

This is the worst nail experience I have ever had. They ruined my nails. I got a full set and one broke off literally as I was opening my car door. They looked terrible too. Wouldnt give me a refund only would redo them. The redo was thick and took forever. I spent hours in there and my fingers were so sore. It was horrible. Do not go there.

I have been coming to this nail salon for over 2 years now. Over the last 3 months Ive watched it slowly deteriorate. I watched 2 of the new technicians almost get in a fight in the middle of the salon 2 weeks ago. When I came back for my fill on Sunday the girl who was working reception sat me down and told me it was a 10 minute wait. Which was no problem, 40 minutes go by and I watched her seat several other people without acknowledging my existence. I then went up to the desk and asked how much longer I would be looking at and she couldnt give me a time frame. Being a little frustrated at this point i said had she of just told me it would have been that long i would have either come back another time or gone to the salon across the street to hold me over. She had the audacity to say well I can call them and see if they have time for you in a condescending tone. This salon already charges on average 10-15 more than normal nail salons which I never minded paying because it was a nice salon and my girl vicki is amazing. But after the past few months of the customer service slowly draining away and watching the salon become classless I will no longer be coming back. Seems like since the owners wife isnt in there anymore that the salon has just gone down the drain.

I got a gel mani and pedi. They were AMAZING. The gel application was TERRIBLE. The top coat was missing in several places on my toes, and the gal had to buff off the top coat TWICE on my hands, which left ripples and dimples and in the end I still had brush streaks on the manicure. I didn’t realize these issues until I left and when I went back and explained the service was excellent but the polish was awful, they were quick to schedule me an appointment to fix the issues. I’d recommend this place if you skip the polish, because that pedicure and manicure were legit awesome.

My daughter and I dropped in two weeks ago and both received wonderful pedis! Everyone was warm and welcoming - and professional at the same time. We will be back!

Very clean and professional but extremely under par manicure... I was here 7 days ago and had a rockstar gel manicure and a regular pedicure. My pedicure is holding up amazingly, as usual, but my manicure starting lifting on the edges just 3 days after my appointment. Day 5, 2 nails were chipped which is uncommon with any gel manicure Ive ever had. Day 7 i have extreme lifting on the edges and peeling.Needless to say for the money, my 50 dollar manicure is less than worth it so I wont be returning. Would have given 2.5 star rating but not an option

They do great nails. But dont get waxed here! The lady messed up my browser then told me one brow was thinner than the other and she didnt want to take out the other hair. The hair that should have been removed. I had to go home and fix it myself. Such a waist of time and pain. She waxed my eyelid?????

I Was a loyal customer. But I literally had 5 nails pop of in one week!!! Went in twice to have them fixed. I had a 6th nail I knew was lose but he refused to put a new one on needless to say I got fungus!! When I told the manager/owner my nails were popping off he said you are banging them too much, Mind you I have had my nails for a VERY long time and never had this happen. So I decided this would be my LAST visit and when you pay cash you get a little pink chip worth $1 well I had 7 and was going to use them up as they have no customer compensation for the poor service to add insult to misery you cannot use them UNLESS you pay CASH!!! At the very least they should have let me use the BUT I should have been given half off the service for the issues I had!!!

Came in with my mom and two sisters, on a scheduled appointment.My mom & sisters got gel pedis I had a regular pedicure scheduled. The lady working on me was EXTREMELY horrible. All was ok till the end when the lady began to force my sandles on while slapping my legs really hard, my polish smearing off all over my sandles and the lady being upset. 😬😡😵Ive NEVER experienced such unprofessional service

My mom goes here every 2 weeks. Shes a very picky woman when it comes to her personal maintenance services and she loves the place. They are always busy so call ahead.

This was my go to place up in till I got fungus in my pinky nail, head to the salon for them to tell me water got in between the my nail and the acrylic and thats why it looked green the Manager didnt even bother to look at my nail. Its obvious that my nail and nail bed arent connected like all my other finger nails. I have never gone thru this in the 5+ years Ive been getting acrylic nails. I will gladly take my money else where as I did after I left pink nails .

If you are looking for a mediocre, 25 min, $45 pedicure, Pink Nails is the place for you! You will spend a whole 18 mins in the chair! No scrub, no attention to detail or even thoroughness. You will need to point out and ask for the things that are expected with a regular pedicure, like removing dead skin from cuticles. Additionally, you will need to pay an additional $12 and opt for the deluxe to receive the standard services included in with pedicures accross the city. What do I mean, you may ask!?! Things like having your feet scrubbed with anything other than an old, dull pumice, having anything rubbed on your feet or legs, any sort of dead skin removal, soaking youre feet (really?!! Wow!) essentially anything other than filing, painting and adding lotion will cost you extra. Unfortunately, If you are a newbie to Pink Nails, no one will tell you this and you will leave extremely disappointed, wishing you had gone to youre regular place and feeling gyped. Avoid the disappointment and avoid Pink Nails.

They have an amazing staff here and I enjoyed my experience! I will recommend them to my family and friends and keep coming back to get my gel pedis done!

This place almost ruined my daughters senior prom! Nail tech Maggie is horrible! She left my daughter in tears after she refused to reshape her nails to her satisfaction. The manager is totally in support of his staff, which is great for them, totally bad for a potential new customer. Fortunately for my daughter, nail tech Helen saw how upset she was and was able to somewhat clean up the mess Maggie created. Thank you Helen with a heart! As for so called manager Jimmy and nail tech Maggie, YOU BOTH SUCK!!!!

I went in for a manipedi. I was rushed to a chair without being allowed to pick a color and then was forced to have gel because my feet were wet so I could pick a color from my chair. The water was cold and when asked if it was too hot I said no its actually uncomfortably cold and they didnt change the temperature. On top of this, what basic pedicure doesnt include the use of a pumice stone for the bottom of your feet? I accidentally knicked a fingernail and apologized profusely but was scolded as if I were a child. I was scolded over and over again even after the nail had been fixed. I shouldnt have tipped. The service was awful the manipedi rushed and for the priceit was the worst experience Ive EVER had in a nail salon.

If I could rate a zero I would. I got a fill here last Saturday. Nail broke yesterday so I went in to have it fixed and was told I would need to change my polish for $11. I decided to get a pedi too because the one I had last week was awesome. While I was getting pedi that was no where near as good as my first (no scrub, cold water, dug into my toe that is very red and swollen today, used cuticle oil instead of lotion at the very end, no massage) I admired the color the lady next to me chose and opted for a gel coat over my acrylics. I DID NOT NEED A FILL. Even the blond girl in the front who seems to run things told me this before starting. Right away, nail tech starts using the tool to start a fill. I told her NO. She says shes not allowed to put gel over unless she did a fill. Smh. I should have left right then. But, I needed my nails done before I went to work so I stayed and explained exactly what I wanted. Red nail. Accent nail with a little bit of glitter. She dumped ugly green glitter all over my nail, and when I explained thats not what I wanted, she took it off, switched glitter and ruined a full set of nails by continuing to put this ugly ass glitter I did not want or ask for on my hands. At this time, I knew I was going to be late for work if I stayed and asked anyone else to fix it.Go to check out, get charged $96 dollars FOR THIS!!!! I told blond girl I was VERY UNHAPPY and she scheduled me for a 4pm appt to have them fixed today. I just tried calling back and whoever answered REFUSED to let me speak with her about rescheduling and just told me to come in tomorrows at 4.You couldnt pay me to return here. Hands down WORST experience EVER. And today I notice I have tiny cuts on my cuticles from how hard the technician was filing trying to shape the mess she made of my nails. Im pissed. If you have the audacity to charge someone almost $100 for nails, they better be amazing. The EXPERIENCE should be amazing. I started coming to this shop despite the sub par service and high price because my time is limited and it was close. I will drive further and spend whatever I have to just to make sure they never see another dime from me, and being a Vegas native, born & raised, I will make sure my network of friends and family stays far away too.

I received poor quality service(Pedi-Mani) from the black technician. She fail to trim down nails as requested and lack the skillsets to be a Nail grooming technician.

Loved the Icecream pedi! Going back for fill real soon, Lilly was my tech and show my nails love+ I like the chips they give out too

This place suks - Rude ignorant people work there - They laugh at their customers - They rush you thru your appointment - I had to scream at the tech to stop cutting my fingers with the files. Never again! If I could rate with a zero stars that is what I think they are worth.

Terrible!😡 The worst nail experience and custumer service ever!

1☆ is generous, very bad nail work, rude staff and to think I had the nerve to tip $20 for my wifes nails to be done properly, which they were not. Honestly she lightly uses her hands(no heavy anything for my Queen), and just from normal activity she had break after break. She was so disappointed with the quality and service that she didnt even want to return to this place to get them fixed. She now goes back to her normal nail shop, its alot further but atleast we get quality for our $50+ and my $20 gratuity per set.
