Ive tried a few nail places in the Downtown Summerlin area and this is by far my favorite! Bella is the best - I request her in advance when I can plan ahead. I am usually skeptical of buying products at salons, but my feet were so cracked I was willing to try anything at that point. I bought the Epoch Sole Solution Foot Treatment and next visit bought another to keep in a second spot in my house! They have always been clean and sanitary - so not many changes were needed regarding covid. They added dividers in the pedicure chairs which is nice. Call ahead, because you may have to wait. And if you make a reservation, they will be ready and on time.

The lady, Julia, had a very odd attitude with me every time I inquired about the price for my nail extensions. The length and shape of my nails were not to my satisfaction and she did not care whether I was happy. The color I chose for my nails was incorrect twice! The color on the dummy nail was very different from what it looks like once you apply it. And she kept giving me an attitude for that too! If Im paying for a service, dont I deserve to walk away satisfied? Needless to say, I went in for nail extensions and came out with almost the same length I walked in with!!!

I have been to Charming Nails many times for pedicures. Sometimes its good, sometimes just ok, but last time I decided to never return. Although the salon itself is very nice, the owner is not good at customer service. I already had my feet in the water and asked the owner who was to do my pedicure if they had a particular color which I couldnt find, she said If you dont see it - we dont have it - all colors are on the wall. Was I suppose to take my feet out of the water and walk over there? Nope. Im done. Ill find myself another salon.

Had a great experience at this nail salon. My daughter came in with a specific design in mind and they executed it beautifully. The staff was friendly and thorough.

This is my favorite place! I have gone here for years and Julie is always so wonderful!! She takes care and consideration for your needs in the nail salon! I truly value their work and recommend everyone to give them a try!!

I came here to get my nails done for school and the owner(JULIE) did my nails. Her attitude SUCKED it was the worst attitude Ive ever received from a nail tech, she was constantly telling me to stop moving (not in a friendly way). My hands are not very strong so its hard for me to keep them from Moving or shaking. She hurt my fingernail several times with the drill( it burned) She projected her attitude clear as day during this session and not the mention the prices are outrageous for nails that arent even that good! I will never be coming here ever again.

So I did a full set with no gel and no polish and guess how much they charged me ?! 50$ !!!! And that same day one of my nail came out :( If you don’t wanna be disappointed please do not waist your money here please please as I’m writing this review I’m so angry 😡 I want my money back you scam!!!!!!! Scam!!!!! This is unacceptable! The same day this ppl did my nail and it’s that same night one of my nail came out ! Never ever again!!!

The ladies were pleasant and happy to take care of their clients. My manicure was very gentle and cleanly done with no pain or discomfort. Large selection of colors for gel and dipping powder. They are following hygiene guidelines well. We had to park in the mall parking lot and walk a couple minutes to get over.They were not too busy for Valentine’s Day on a Sunday that was nice.POKEMON GO users: this salon is within reach of two stops.

The manager was very friendly and fast getting my nails done and eyebrows. Great nail work and customer service. I will be back

I got my nails done here last week. I tried the new gel powder. I must say I love it. My nails still look great. I want to see how long these will last compared to the regular gel. Ill update next week again.

I was hoping to put a better review but after I left I could see the quality of the polish job and it’s not acceptable. The woman that greets you at the door is so cold and dry, The massage I got from my tech was wonderful and overall the pedi was average. I even tipped him 10 but after I got home and my family pointed out the polish wasn’t applied evenly I became really disappointed. And being in the beauty industry we Expect what we give. Sadly 5 star is not what I got.

Been to many places across the country. This place is a bit more expensive BUT so worth it! By far the best Ive been to. Very friendly, professional, awesome at their job, clean...all in all nothing but the pampered experience. It was my daughter and myself and they were patient and friendly with her. They talked to her independently which made me happy! I cant wait until my next appointment.

This was the second time I was there, the first time was fine. Its more expensive than places I am used to. The cheapest pedicure is 30. And guys is 35. I felt they didnt really care at all, put minimal effort in. Barely did my cuticles at all. The polish doesnt look great, some was on my toes after, which did clean up with a brush, so not sure why there was still some. The massage was not great. They offered 10% off for a review, and I paid for two people they made sure to only take 10% for one of us. Then it wasnt loading on her phone and she made me stand there awkwardly till it did repeating she didnt see it. Wont be returning.

Charming nails is my go to for nails. Julie is who I go to and she is very professional, works fast and is so sweet. I always get acrylics with gel and the price is very reasonable. Charming nails is also cleanly and organized!

I came in today for a pedicure and fill in and the ladies here did an amazing job. Jasmine was super sweet and gave me a great pedicure and Julie did a perfect fill in and nail design. Very happy I found this shop and will definitely be coming back.

Great service, they got me in last minute with no notice to get a pedicure for a wedding I was attending. The pedicure was awesome. Julie did a great job on my nails, but overcharged me. As I’ve been there before, I didn’t immediately question it. I later called but the person on the phone made various excuses & even said the extra $ was a tip (I tipped above that). It was dishonest, & for that reason I would not recommend their services.

The staff is always so cheerful and helpful. I try to visit every time Im in town. They do a fabulous job!

I loved it and I had no complaints! My daughter got her gels done and so did I. The only complaint my daughter had was she didn’t file her nails ever... there are a couple points on her nails that were uneven but that was it! I would definitely recommend this place!!

I have been coming to Charming Nails for over 2.5 years and am always happy with my experience. I get their gel pedis and dip mani. Both always last for at least 2-3 weeks and I am not easy on my hands at all! Highly recommend.

My niece and I went in today for 2 fills. She got regular polish, and I got gel. My total for a fill and gel polish was 42. No biggie. But her total was 40!? When I tried asking why I was ignored. Im not the type to cause a big scene. So I dropped the cash and we left.Completely and totally rude and they do not follow the pricing on their chart. Hers should have been MAYBE 30 max! She did get 2 colors, but $18 is definitely not what it should have cost if they are trying to say it was a design. Um, no. No design.. straight color.I wont be going back.

First time here after walking by many a times. Definitely a charming place with friendly staff. Well be back again.

People were not very friendly. Walked in and noticed it was very dirty (I should have turned around and walked out). Bathrooms are dirty too. They use it as storage and where they wash their linens. They charged me $55 to remove gel and put on a hard clear coat. I didnt even get color. And my nails are already lifting and its been less than a week. I would highly suggest going to another nail salon.

Terrible people. Very judging. Lacking in customer service. I came in with my friend and we wanted a manicure and some scrub on our feet before we went out for the night because we didn’t have a time for a full pedicure and they shunned us all the while 5 employees sat with nothing to do. The receptionist took calls and had the same attitude with callers. Terrible do not recommend!

I came in here for a gel manicure and pedicure. It wasnt a busy day so I was attended to quickly. I believe the lady who did my nails was Kim. She was polite and friendly. Good service overall and convenient location for me as well.

Felt I got my moneys worth. I like the quality of the work. Im not into small talk so I actually liked the fact they didnt talk much. Very clean. Will be returning for my pedicures and fill ins.

Went in to ask for glue because my nail lifted and they responded with “we’re too busy.” Seriously would have taken you 2 seconds and I was going to give them a tip for it. Terrible service... I’ll tell everyone to go around the corner to Naturelle Salon instead. They did it in a heart beat and were super sweet about it.

It was a clean place but when it came to doing nails. I asked for short nails and she cuts my pinky nail short and then leaves the rest of them long. I then asked for her to shorten them and she never did. And then my friend was with me and the guy there never asked her anything besides the color. He made them super short. And all the nail techs where worried about the smell in the store than anything else.

I made an appointment for 3 o’clock according to my Apple phone I walked in at 3:05 only because it was holiday and Parking was terrible. When I walked in the person I had an appointment with was at least 10 minutes into a gel manicure. He said oh I wasWaiting for you… No you weren’t! It’s called greed… Her procedure was a lot more than the procedure I was having done!Do you know how many times I have waited for them?Now this is the place that I supported from the day they opened ! So they will not get my business again ever… What they fail to realize is they are not the only nail place in town…

Today was my first time visiting this place. My family and I get pedicure and manicures on a regular basis and thought I would try this place out since it is closer. They did not throughly clean under nails and appear to be in a rush. To top it of he cut my toe. No apology at all. I ended up paying and opted not to get my mani after all. I will not be back.

Very disappointed with the service and professionalism of the place. Rush job on pedicure, did not clean under my nails on manicure. I had to ask the guy to do it. Had my granddaughter and her little friend with her for a special treat. I had to ask them twice to start on the little girls toes and nails. Would have left, should have, but the guy was already in the middle of my pedi. Over priced, horrible service. Worst salon I have ever been to in 30 years!

The male who did my nails and pedicure was rude and would not wait a few minutes so my niece and I could start everything together. He was EXTREMELY unhelpful and someone else in the shop had to help me when my nails wouldnt dry. I would not recommend and will not be returning.

As soon as we sat down my friend and I were rushed to pick out a color, they started on my nails with acrylic and had me scoot to the next chair to so he could start on my friends nails. It was like musical chairs going back and forth . He applied way too much acrylic causing him to take more time to file which made him frustrated since I had to tell him to file this nail then another nail. When it came to color/painting the nails he could not do a design which I wanted a simple heart and also with my friend . He got frustrated easily. I left with a color I was rushed to pick no design and nails that are lifting after a week. Will not be returning.

I love this place. Its the only place Ill go for a pedicure in town. Everyone is friendly. They take time with the service. I dont live close by but will go out of the way.

Im just wondering why this place still open... its very pricey compare to other place. No sense of urgency, employee not friendly at all. All they want is your money for sure... I dont know know how they get their license.

My daughter got an infection after having a manicure at this salon- doctor said most likely MRSA. I called the salon, left message for manager...but was only met with rude and curt replies- and never heard back from any manager. This was our first (and LAST) visit to this salon. Amazing customer service and great job on my nails

My 14 year old daughter and I were at the mall and she decided for us to get a quick Mani as we had errands. The guy that took my daughter had no personality, was short with her, didnt let me sit next to her even though no one was at that station, and was plain rude. The young girl who did my pedi kept trying to convince me to get an upgrade that was more expensive even after the countless times i declined. I didnt have time and i didnt want too. My daughter had nail polish on her skin and some of the nail polish chipped after a few mins. Needless to say we wont be going back.
