Nice customer service but the lady ripped my real nail off when taking my acrylics off.

This was my first time here. I was treated so well, Mrs. Terry was so nice! I definitely would recommend this shop if you want a shop that treats the clientele well.They had a very rude, difficult customer with a ton of unrealistic demands “trying to get her services for free” they were so accommodating. Even though the lady was being horrible toward them, they still tried everything they could to make her happy.Some people need to get some home training before going out in public!

My sister & I went to get our nails done for my sons 1st bday party the next day. Very next day, both mine and my sisters nails chipped. The lady was nice though that’s the only reason for the 2 stars.

I have been twice and I think its great I like hully she is very sweet so far so good with service plus I go by luv and will be back I like it

You see I maybe thought oh maybe it was me I paid $90 for Acrylic TOE NAILS I got to not even the light and one of the acrylics came off, superAnnoyed but I had things to do so I decided to call them the next day, so I went in and they redid my feet for free, cool right? Wrong. I went back to get a Fill A WEEK LATER and they charged me 80$? FOR A FILL ?????? Their services are not worth it at all. Not to mention sanitary issues they use the same metal feet scrubber on every customer for callus removal. Will not be returning FRAUDS. Their toenail acrylic prices need to be lowered if they can’t even stay on for the 2 full weeks that they stated they stay, poor service. I used to love them but they are now sloppy and overpriced I don’t mind paying the price but not for something that looks like a 10 year old did. Would’ve took pictures but I was embarrassed walking around with 6 toenails on so I took them off my self. Will definitely be reporting to the bbb I have pictures of the metal callus remover they used on me then proceeded to only Rinse with water before using on another lady. You charge that my much I expect your work to last and look as good as I expected. Even left tíos even tho I was disappointed

The worse nail salon I’ve been too,I’m new to Vegas. they want your money but do poor service, I can do my nails better never again back to Henderson. they reuse everything and that’s a BAD sign. Reusing nail files nail buffers over and over again make them useless and nasty. they have an attitude about correcting their work, if it’s done right the first time you wouldn’t have to correct.when it’s done right I pay and tip.

Holly is the best, they be busy but its worth the wait

NOTICE HOW THEIR ONLY COME BACK IS WE LIE... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACEId give zero stars if I could! Today I went for my medi/pedi and the girl (TERRY-which was great) mentioned eyelashes so I got them done. It was around d 12 pm -ish and for 4 hrs my left eye was red and tearing. When ANGEL was gluing them on my eye was glued shut, I let her know and she acted like nothing and said she was going to open it then the other glued up too so she separated both my eyes. Since she was so calm I thought it was fine, then thought I might be used to them but for 4 hrs straight one of my eyes was tearing w/ pain and the right just pain.It was so bad she argued saying I did it to myself, then she wouldnt give me my refund after she had already said she would....then finally after getting screamed at she gave me my refund and even tho she put drops my eyes still hurt. Now I have to pay more to get them removed.

First time here today, got a full acrylic set and a gel pedi for $95 very thorough and gentle service. Best shaping I’ve had on my nails ever!! Most places make the acrylic to thick or give me longer nails than I ask for. Tiffany was great and listened to all my requests. I’ll definitely be coming back

I been going there over a year they have disappointed me more every time I go. I use to love this place I brought in 5 people at a time kids and all but I get my nails done 2 days late my nail break no I didnt call them to fix it cause it shouldnt of never happened

I had one set removed and another put on by Kevin. When I started complaining about how thin they were he got very upset snatching my hand pushing my fingers and did not want to finish. He stopped in the middle of doing my nails and asked me for my payment as if I was going to run out of the shop and not pay him he was very unprofessional I would never refer anybody to him maybe the other people are better but he has a terrible attitude.

Got my nails done here and they were breaking off within days because the nail tech lady didnt put the tips on good enough. They were breaking like crazy. Never coming here again!! They are also rude here. My mom and friends have stopped coming here too. I literally picked up a towel and my nail snapped off. Horrible.

Ladies were unprofessional and rude. Racially profiled by the workers and then they began talking in their language. It ridiculous that we still dealing with this. Then the lady stop mid of doing my friends toes. They asked her I pay because that was the rule but here I am getting my polish and just now paid. I would no recommend. On top of that everything was extra. For my pedicure. Everything was a add on

I came here 2 weeks ago. The nails come out better than I expected. Joe does an amazing job. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and with my permission added a little extra to them. Not only are my nails still on but NONE of the diamond studs I got on them have fallen off. This may have just become my usual place.

Shop was very clean and the staff was polite. Good value on their services with upgraded products available at additional cost.

First time here & I got seated @ Booth #7 . The Vietnamese Lady said her name is Kimchi . Let me Just Say The lady working on my nails Was Clearly Rushing the Whole Process. She hurt me Multiple times & finally Actually cut me @ some point & made my thumb bleed @ the cuticle. She then proceeded to blame me for the incident when she was the one rushing & doing the job very messy. My nails did not come out as I wanted nor did she clean the nail itself or clear under the nail for residue . Very disappointed & will definitely not be coming back or recommend anyone! 😡😤

Mine are on the left and I honestly love the shape of mine WAY more than the google photo! Every one of my nails are the same shape to the point it doesnt even seem possible it was done by hand! Paid $45 for a gel pedicure; that I had to clean off the excess paint from around my toenails when I got home, I was in the process of getting a full set, before I was told that my total would be $115. I do not mine paying full price for services rendered, but the work perform better be worth $115. Fully aware that because these individuals are licensed they may charge more..... doesn’t matter never going again.

Really really nice people but Prices are too high for the quality of work. I paid for a $40 scrub package and my nail tech barely rubbed my legs enough to spread it around and for the polish, I can do a better job at home. Sorry.

I just went in there today for a full set, and the lady made them way too short, there’s no shape to them at all, there is acrylic in my cuticles, they’re not sharp at all like I asked, and they just look bad. I’m not happy at all and now I have to go get them done again somewhere else... NOT HAPPY!!

After 4 days... gel manicure. I had to file down nails that were chipping prior and it eventually ended up being chunks falling off. Never again.

This is the third spot in Vegas Ive tried and Ill keep coming back!! Tim did a great job on my puedo pedi and Joe is the best for acrylics!!! They look pretty natural and are very thin!!

I truly do love this salon nice people n great work, its sad im writing this review. I have a receipt charge $60.50 n tip was cash. My card got charged 72.50, called my bank right away !! Now im worried if they been doing this last pass times I been going, thank God I checked my bank account this morning n this time I asked for receipt. They normally always throw my copy away without asking if I want it. Now off to look for a new salon agaain !

Came in with my 4 year old for pedicures and left unsatisfied. This was her first pedi guy offered 15$ gel pedicure and for me $55 gel pedicure no problem only for her not to get gel cause they wanted me to pay $25 instead . And of course her polish was ruined before we could get out the door after I asked for them to be dried under dryer and guy refused . $70 I could of took to Daisy Nails and left satisfied NEVER AGAIN. Also shouldn’t rush your customers out the door cause you see new customers coming in make each customer feel appreciated and if your going to talk about your customers talk about them in English so they can understand your frustration or complaint ❗️

Very rude. I paid for a paragon wax and they gave me a mask. After I asked them to give me what I paid for, everyone continued to ignore me until I got the hint and left. I have never been treated like this from such a place before and I normally don’t leave reviews. It’s ridiculous when you spend over 100 and your still not respected. Not only that, I tipped the lady and she left before I was even done. Horrible service. I wouldn’t never recommend to anyone. Stay away.

Called before going in and asked if they had a opening so I can head over the lady said yes got there in 15 minutes salon was packed and advised me to come back 3 hours later like y’all I drove far away . Very unprofessional should’ve just told me on the phone instead of lying .

I pit stopped to go get my nails done. It was the worst service I have ever experienced getting my nails done. My nail tech kept trying to up-charge everything. I asked for clear no nail polish just clear he said that’s 50 dollars which made no sense. I asked for pink acrylic powder that was 50 bucks too it was all just so horrible. The after results are mortifying my nails you can see where they added the tip and the acrylic is just uneven and ugly. I would never recommend!

BEWARE WHEN USING A DEBIT/CREDIT CARD THEY COMMIT FRAUD IF U LEAVE THE TIP LINE BLANK !! I had been coming here since June 2017 & I loved the way they did my nails every single time so Its even more disappointing that I will NEVER be coming back again! I thought I finally found a place that I loved since I moved to this side of town, but last Friday, 3/16/18, I went in to get a fill & cut down & French. The total came to 25.00 + (.50 charge they charge to use a card) = 25.50. The elderly Asian woman that sits all the way in the back was the one who did my nails that day. She was in a bad mood because the salon was getting busy and her son ( tall guy that does pedicures all day) was nowhere to be found. She was calling him and leaving him voicemails and yelling across the salon to the other employees in their language. I asked her if everything was ok & she said my son doesnt answer and look at the salon were busy! I told her she needed to calm down because she still had clients she needed to take care of and shouldnt be yelling that way. When he finally appeared, she yelled at him like a mother yelling at a 5 year old boy. You could tell he got upset/embarrased at the way this woman was yelling at him. Because of her unprofessionalism, I decided NOT to leave her a tip. So I didnt write anything on the tip line, but on the TOTAL LINE, I wrote 25.50 and signed. Well, come to find out when checking my bank statement today, I had a 30.50 charge from this place. I knew for a fact I purposely did not leave this woman a tip due to her unprofessionalism!! So I went to the salon today to ask about this. I spoke to the guy that sits in the first seat ( not sure if this is that womans son also). He said he would go get the receipt and I said, perfect, I would like to see it also! When he showed it to me I was in complete shock!!! Someone had wrote a number 5 ON THE TIP LINE! MY 25.50 WAS STILL THERE ON THE TOTAL LINE WHICH MAKES EVEN LESS SENSE ON HOW THEY FELT IT WAS OK TO CHARGE MY CARD 30.50! I got no apology from this guy at all!! He gave me 5.00 cash and said no one there would ever do something like that because they have been in business for so long and he doesnt understand why I am so bitter about it! He blamed me for not specifying the 0 on the tip line!!! EXCUSE ME!! YOUR BUSINESS or THAT GROUCHY OLD WOMAN STOLE FROM ME!! THIS IS CALLED FRAUD & I WILL BE GETTING A HOLD OF THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! I should notttt have to put a 0 on the tip line if I specifically put down a TOTAL! No one should WRITE IN THEIR OWN TIP!! SHE IS OBVIOUSLY MONEY HUNGRY AND THATS WHY SHE WAS UPSET HER SON WASNT THERE TO SCAM MORE CUSTOMERS!! CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENTS AND MAKE SURE THIS BUSINESS DIDNT STEAL FROM YOU TOO! The receipt was signed on 3/16 and processed on my bank on 3/19! THIEVES!!!

The staff is nice but I was rushed I understand they want to do as many peoples nails as possible to make their money but you shouldn’t do a sloppy job to get me out of my seat. The acrylic and the shape are good but when it came time to the polish he missed a couple spots and I watched him see the spots and look at them more than once but if I hadn’t said something he was going to leave it and it’s uneven and all over my cuticles. I didn’t have time to have him sit there and keep lazily fixing them so I just left won’t be wasting my time or money here again.

I was looking for a nail salon near my house that had an extended schedule since I do not have much free time and I started to google and I saw this place I read you review some negative others positive and I said I will go to see how about all Ways I was close to home and it was just what I am looking for! between and really the girl at table # 1 has very good customer service her name is Angel ... she made my nails just as I asked and how I like it! I had an appointment and STILL had to wait thirty minutes. I told the guy doing my nails what I wanted, and had a picture READY TO SHOW him and he said “no, just tell me.” So I did and it wasn’t what I wanted. I then had to show him a picture and it STILL WASNT right! FIRST AND LAST time going! I hope you guys get shut down

I got a foot infection from a pedicure and had to go to the er! My nails have now fallen off! I had to go on an antibiotic, I asked for my money back and they said no! Bad and dirty business!

I love this nails salon. I keep coming here every other weekend for my pedicure and full set gel nails done. I love the service and the way they take care of the customer, for pedicures I request Tiffany and full set for Angel or Joe, happy guaranteed as always... 😍

I wanted to write this because I was SO impressed with Bee Nails and with Joe who did my nails. This place is clean. His customer service, friendliness, and TALENT was impeccable. He did all of my nails free hand. I was COMPLETELY amazed at Joes ability. I have found my guy and needless to say I will continue to go back.

Been coming to see Tiffany for about 2 months now and Ive been very happy with my nails everytime! Just like your hair, you cant trust just anyone with your nails lol I highly recommend her!

I really enjoyed getting pedicures from this nail salon, but I will never come back after today.I just paid for a pedicure two days ago and used the salons provided nail polish. I usually bring my own nail polish and top coat which rarely chips. The O•P•I polish (which is supposed to be one of the best nail polish brands) chipped on 3 different separate toes nails the next day. I come back in for a complimentary repair. I bring my own polish and the salon charges me for a polish change! Why would I want to get the same polish which would just chip again?The only employee worth getting services from is the owner. Everyone else has no personality and are extremely uncompassionate yet expect a cash tip for mediocre work.

I am handicapped and Tim takes care of me on a regular basis. He takes his time with me and is very gentle. He always makes sure I am satisfied before I leave. I wont go anywhere else.

This place sucks! Never returning again. I asked went in at about 12:30 they said 30 min wait I signed in and went to dds for 10 mins I returned and I still had to wait another hr. I told them I had to be gone by 3 to pick up my daughter from school they half finished my nails they wanted me to come back so they can finish my design I said fine since i was out if time anyways and already paid I can back at 3:30 and they started on my nails again but the guy originally working on my nails didnt tell the girl who did the design it was gel so they had to redo them. By the time I left it was 5pm I wasted a whole day! Next morning the clear is already peeling off.

I went to get my nails done for the first time here and I had to go back twice . The first time nails looked sloppy and when I went back the older Chinese lady who did them the first time did them again. Still did a horrible job but she was so rude and upset that she had to fix them that I just wanted to leave. Never going back again.

I love it here! Everyone is so nice. Every technician does different work. You just gotta go to the ones that provide quality service! Its a Hit or miss guys! :)

Friendly staff but unfortunately my nails weren’t the best. I went to get a fill, Design wasn’t nice but there was fuzz and nail polish from my previous set still stuck in the nails. Didn’t notice till I left.

Horrible nail tech couldnt do what I asked for and got pissed because I asked her to take the tips off and i didnt want my nails done. I paid her for taking my nails off but why get something I dont like. Im good Ill steer clear

Still here. Told me 30 minutes and it’s been an hour. Six people working only four ppl waiting and this one guy is lazy af! He keeps finding reasons to walk to the back. The only reason they’re getting a three star instead of two is because the tech was funny/friendly and I have yet to see his work.

This place used to be great. I think the owner is grooming his son to take over and the quality has gone down hill big time!! I should have asked to see the cosmetologist license because Im pretty sure the guy who worked on me was scarcely trained let alone licensed. He did a half as pedicure and had to paint my nails several times. I got a mani too. He butchered my cuticles and laughed about it. I just get them buffed and cut short super easy. He cut them so crooked it was weird then they had the audacity to charge an extra 5 for the buffing. I dont get polish so it should be cheaper if anything The owner doesnt care that he lost mine and my mothers business byy being petty. We were regulars for years. New owner is going to drive this place into the ground. Sad :(
