This place is good but they did up the price so in stead of getting a full set for $25 its now $35.

The male technician has extremely poor customer service skills. I came in with a picture of what I wanted and got something completely different. I left with blue nails after showing her a picture of what I wanted. I told her what I showed her was not blue and she said yes it was and continued to put blue on my nails. I was the last person in there and they were all packing to leave so basically I was being rushed. I left extremely unsatisfied. I called first thing in the a.m and the man told me on the phone to come back to have them fixed. When I came in he started arguing with me yelling that i got what I asked for and I left happy but now all of the sudden I’m back with an issue. I told him it’s not what I asked for that I never wanted blue nails at all. He huffed and puffed with an attitude and yelled ok whatever sit down she’ll fix it for you what do you want then. She fixed them reluctantly and was very rough. I paid 110$ to be completely unsatisfied and treated very poorly when I came to have my set fixed. I would not advise going here because they clearly don’t have the skills to do what’s asked and are rude and reluctant to fix their mistakes.

They were extremely nice! This location is nice, chairs are comfy and employees are friendly and helpful. I had my nails done by the only male their and feet done by the older lady and could not be any happier. My new go to spot!

Ok so im not usually that girl who needs to be all dolled up. But for a once in a blue moon kind of deal this was a cool little spot to have stumble up on while in town. The pricing is very fear in the manicurists know what theyre doing. The wait times from what I seen are not bad at all. Although Im sure they fluctuate contingent upon time and day. Never the less staff is very friendly. And I was very much so pleased with there work.

I got my nails done here for my birthday with my best friend they were so rude to us, and I asked to use the bathroom and he denied me using the public bathroom . When I got my nails done the place smelt of rotten eggs

Been coming here almost two years normally see the owner Johnny or Dee they done a fantastic job and I spent at the minimum $100 for nails and toes with rhinestones airbrush design the works and I leave them on almost 3 weeks its never been a issue.They have been hiring alot of new employees that arent properly trained and the first time I let a new employee do my nails they all broke design smushed because of to much polish and broken painful nails and a nasty fungus from the water getting in .so I did the appropriate thing I came in complained to the owner because he had done my nails for two years and I figure since he new I was a loyal customer and new how much I spent he would take care of me instead the owner Johnny who has literally been touching my hands for two years took one look at my nails and completely tried to blame me when he sent me to his new employee who cant do nails and then asked me who does my nails normally when I come in like it hasnt been him I was completely insulted offended and I will never go back these people are scam artist and im not gonna spend another penny in here to be treated with so much disrespect. RUNNNNN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!

Started out good with Kim but they busy she started rushing and then when I got the young lady to get my pedicure done I tgiught Kim told her I wanted gel well she disnt. So I was there about 30 min waiting just for my toes to dry. Kim I dont understand what it is taking so longThe kicker when I get ready to check out they say $55 so I ask what are the charges for they were uncertain and the sign said $20 for a full set Kim said it was $25 they over looked he sign. So I want be going back and guy checking me out no concern no sorry. Want ever go there again rainbow and west charleston.

When here to do my nails I had a gift certificate for my husband when I got there they charge me more messed up my complete set of nails they are all Bigger and smaller and one is way bigger than the other I always do my nails here but for some reason they rush to throw me out of the store because they had other employees and I have a gift certificate when I went to pay them they charge me more was not happy with the results then he told me to come back and he’ll fix it but next time when I come back it’s going to be $15 more
