Great service.. Great Hair Cut....Love This Place...

Unfortunately was 12 minutes late and then had to wait 45 minutes to get seated in a chair. Besides the wait, great service and friendly staff. Freddy was my barber and did a fantastic job on my fade

Yet another amazing haircut. I find the staff at this location are a lot nicer than 3 years ago. The quality of the haircut has gone up.. they used to have a very long wait but as long as you make your appointment on the app its not bad.

Typical sports clips. Check in online before I arrived. In and out in a reasonable amount of time and the staff did a great job cutting mine and my sons hair.

I first went to great clips. Waited for an hour before I had enough and just left. Then I seen on the maps that this place was open. It was worth the money. Andrea was my hair stylist. She did an amazing job. Its a bit more expensive then the cheap place, but you get what you pay for. Its worth the money.

Take my 3yo son here often. Have been happy so far!

This has been my go to spot for my son. I had only had one bad experience but that was handled amazing. My son loves Rachael cutting his hair but recently he has liked Andrea cutting his hair too. They both do great work.

Went to get my hair cut. Got there 1 hour early checked in. When it was my time to get my hair cut they jumped me in line because I wasn’t inside because of the seating due to corona virus so I was sitting under cover because it was raining. Right next to the door

I have a toddler who has an almost hair phobia. The stylist/ manager did amazing. She would constantly clean him up, talk to him and even made my picky toddler laugh. My son loved his haircut as did I. Will definitely be going back to her for his next cut

First sports clips that I have been to that hade a male barber. Nice to see some equality for once.

Since they now have an early online check-in, I have to say they are nearly perfect. Weve had a couple excellent stylists and they tend to stay for longer than the average stylist (or it seems that way). They keep notes on customers preferences. Theoretically, you should be able to get the same haircut from any stylist there. I like to keep to one stylist.It is definitely not a salon. Its not a mens club either. Its just a no nonsense place. Everything they need is there but theres no nail polish or hair dye smell or pretty pictures on the wall. The theme is sports. They have TVs you can view from anywhere in the place but they are not blaring. Sports is what they show.You can (and should) get the warm towel, the hair wash and the massage. Well worth the few extra dollars.

Love the check-in on-line feature. It always recommends an estimated time to arrive and provides text updates if that time changes. My son loves his high & tight cuts and these gals know exactly how to do it. 👍🏼

I love this place, the ladies that work here are great at what they do, and always have good conversations. They do amazing with my son who is super ticklish.

Okay, Im going to try and be as Fair as I can with this review. First off, went to the store to discover it was packed with people waiting for up to two hours. I was offered to check in at the front desk via the computer oh, but then I was told it would be faster if I downloaded the app and checked in from my smartphone. So this is what I did. After the apples installed and I created my account, I checked in to find out that I had a 1 hour and 50 minute wait time. Mind you I was only there to get my sons haircut. Anyway, we left and I checked the app about an hour later and it told me I didnt had a two-hour wait. Being frustrated, I called the store and ask them why the wait was longer than when I originally signed up and an hour had already went by.. I was told there online check-in system was not as accurate as they would like and that it was being worked on. About 15 minutes later the app told me that I had 10 minutes before the stylist was going to be ready for my son. Just prior to that it was an hour and a half. So we hopped in the car and raced back to sport clips. once we got there, I noticed my sons name was on the digital waiting bored and it was back up to a 20-minute wait. Again frustrated because we boogie there only to hurry up and wait. we ended up waiting at the store for another 30 to 40 minutes before they finally called him back. With all that said, The Stylist was very good, she did a great job on my sons hair. Not sure I want to go back again unless theres a very slim chance that well have to wait that long again. even though the stylist was amazing, Im only giving two stars because of all of the aggravation theyre digital check-in system caused. Word of advice, when theyre busy be prepared to wait a very long time for a haircut.

Checked in on line web site said Zero wait minutes when I got there board stated 23 minutes, that is completely opposite of what on line check in is supposed to be used for .especially in this COVID era where we are supposed to socially distance. WHAT is point of online check in if it functions in this manner.

Great, friendly staff and very knowledgeable stylists. Get to watch the sports channels while getting your hair cut. Cant beat that.

Couldnt get a haircut due to my online check-in not showing up in the system, considering the website is heavily encouraging use of this system its important that this function works properly and it doesnt.

Great environment for a haircut. Flat screen in front of you with sports while they cut your hair... What more can you ask for?

Never have to wait long and always get a great haircut.

Walked in for a hair cut. Was told it would be a 60-90 minute wait and I agreed. I sat outside for 30 minutes until seats opened up inside. Once seats opened up inside I took a seat and the stylists proceeded to seat 2 walk-ins that came in after me. One of whom the board said had a roughly 70 minute wait.

Really awesome but the Prices may be a little too high I still say its a good place to get a haircut

I requested Kristen. She was awesome! Loved her personality and professionalism. She repaired a previous barbers mistake which is hard to do when you have short hair as it is. VIP!

Not bad for a sports clips. It I do suggest is to set your app on-line. Then you can eliminate most of your wait.

Never even thought about coming here, glad I did. Rachel cut my sons hair, not needing to fully explain what I wanted for him she immediately knew what he needed and in less than 20 minutes she was done.. Great haircut and outstanding service. Definitely making this place a regular for my family.

The wait is long, but its worth it! Despite my haircut being a simple one, no one else seems to be able to get it right. The workers are always friendly and nice and help me decide on things if I cant remember exactly how I did it last time.

Ive been going here for some time and have always had great service. The VIP treatment is worth the price. Ive had a great haircut every time. The only semi-complaint I have is that they dont accept appointments, but i usually dont have a long wait there.

Have been getting my hair done here for years and can honestly say the service has always been good. The stylist have always done a great job while styling my hair. I like that you can get a free clean up ( around the ears and back of the neck) anytime it is needed.

Took my 8 month old son for his first haircut. They didnt care if he could sit by himself or not. They had fun with him while cutting his hair. It was an amazing experience will be going back again.

Always able to get in on Sunday without issues. Would try other shops but the atmosphere and stylists are very good.The owner? stayed late on opening week for my 1st visit. Never forgot this.

This place is bad at giving hair cuts they couldnt even do a simple fade or a comb over was vary dissatisfied will never go there again and I recommend no one to waste their time and money.

The stylists here will put their friends to the front of the queue. I waited for 45 minutes just to have 2 clowns come in and get bumped ahead of me. Im never coming back to this location.
