Spent $100 on a manicure/pedicure. 7 days later the gel is chipped off several fingers and toes. Go back to shop to have them fixed, told I have to come back later as they are too busy (2 customers in the shop) to repair the nails. I have never had gel chip after 1 week for the price they charge, I expect it to last longer, and to have them repaired. Go to Pin Up Nails around the corner, they are fabulous and never turn people away from something thats needs to be corrected.Edit: I went to have my nails re-done elsewhere. Returned to get refund for the product. Manager very apologetic, and gave me a refund for the nails I had to have re-done. She also gave me a discount if I choose to come back and use them again.

Been here 3 times. The first time I got a pedicure it was great I got the deluxe. I got the deluxe again but the second time they were busier so not great but good. This third time it was horrible. I requested the deluxe as always and barely got a nail cut with a rush scrub and nail polish. When I asked if she was going to clean around the toes she said no she couldnt. Everything was just very rushed. Over price if all they really do is cut your toe nails, rush scrub, and paint them.

I absolutely love this place. I dont live in Vegas, but Im here every 6 weeks and I always go here when Im in Vegas. They are always super sweet and remember me & that I dont even live here, but always come here. Their prices are great and they do amazing work!! Ive gone 6 weeks or more w/out a fill just to see how well my acrylics hold up and Im shocked that at 6 weeks I have ZERO lifting or peeling and NOT ONE nail has come off!!! I would highly recommend if you live in Vegas, or like myself, you dont even live here. Their work is the best, and the results look amazing! Been coming to tip top nails for about 10 years. Usually for pedicures and recently for my nails. Started off with gel polish which I liked but when they soaked off, my nails were brittle and paper thin. Laurie suggested I try dip. Not only did it look look like the gel polish which I loved but my nails grew and were stronger even after the dip polish came off. It takes longer than gel polish but worth the time and money. Laurie is awesome and she’s a perfectionist so if you want your nail done perfectly she’s the one the ask for. Always accommodating and super friendly. All of the staff are extremely friendly.

They are unable to keep employees very long every time you make an appointment with someone and you show up, only to be told that person doesnt work there anymore and you will have to reschedule or wait!!!😡

5 stars for Luci. She was so wonderful and nice while doing my pedi. 2 stars for anni she is just unpleasant to get anything done from. She rushed on a fill and it started lifting 2 days after and got mad cause i came in to get fixed. All she did was put nail glue and done.

My technician was so busy focusing on other people, that she didnt pay enough attention to my pedicure. I came home and still had dead skin(callouses) on my feet. And her massage was painful instead of relaxing. I think she is the boss. I have been here many times, but everytime I get her, she doesnt get my callouses off. I have extremely ticklish feet and all the technician needs to do to avoid that, is to press harder instead of a light brush. Now I do like the Male technician. He works around my feet ticklish spots and gets the callouses off. But he isnt always working.

Very inconsistent. Ive been there twice for gels. The first time they did a good job and did designs just like the picture I showed them. The second time they couldnt do designs or even a French tip. They only offered a solid color and it started peeling after 2 days.

Ive been coming here for almost 20 years. Not on a regular basis, but when I need my nails done, this is where I go. Im usually satisfied with my nails. Most recent one was AWFUL. I got a set of nails plus gel polish which is as much as the dang nails!! The nails are lumpy and crooked. She left my cuticles a mess. The polish is streaky. Very disappointing for $75 worth of service. Not sure why I tipped on top of that. Garbage.

Been going there over a year.. recently each time you go it cost more and more and lower quality being done. Dont plan on going back. I can get a better job done at a cosmetology school student.

I have been going to Tip Top Nails for a couple of years. the girls are wonderful. I take along my 98 year old mother and they treat her so nicely. They make her feel like a queen. That is what is important to me.

I felt like I was being descriminated against, not because of my color, but because Im in a wheelchair. The tech wanted to clip my toe nails anyway, instead of asking what I wanted. After half doing my pedicure he was about to leave my nails plain when I told him I wanted it painted with a design he told me he didnt know how to do designs. I politely asked could I get someone who can. A lady came over speaking their language and he said hell do it. (But I thought he told me he didnt know how) I decided just not to get the design. I was also getting my nails and eyebrows done, but when he was finished with my pedicure they told me they was busy. The young lady next to me heard them say this so she asked about them doing her nails the lady tech went to the back and grabbed a bowl and started soaking her nails (I thought they was to busy) I asked how come I couldnt get mines done and they started speaking their language, but left me in the chair and didnt come back and after 10-15 minutes I left. They left me ashy & the cuticles where barely picked. I observed other things, but I will not mention. I will not go back to this shop again. They treat disabled people like they dont exist.

Great experience! Lisa did my pedicure and full set. There were no communication barriers and she listened to my concerns and preferences. Im very picky about my nails, but I was very happy with how they turned out. Ill definitely be going back.

Manicure with great I had the guy do a Mickey Mouse artwork he had no clue who Mickey Mouse was that was funny but he did good. Then I had A pedicure the scrubbed my feet so hard she left a huge chunk of flesh out of my right foot it got infected I had a huge blister and infection on all the way at the right side of my foot I will never go back there .This picture is a week later and you can still see the red infection has spread up my foot.

I had my nails painted here and so did my cousins. So about 10 minutes after we got home my NAIL POLISH poped off my nail. The polish. In 2 day all the nail polish was gone.
