Came here about a week ago to get manicure and pedicure. Although my experience here was good, I’m upset that my gel nails didn’t even last a week. My nails had this weird like “cracking” look then the polish started chipping off. My cuticles are also in bad shape, Peeling, dry and painful. I’m not blaming them but maybe be getting better gel or better training with gel 🤷🏽‍♀️ My nails also got this ugly yellow tint to them.

My wife and I decided to give this place a try. We got there when they opened. I understand that people make appointments but lets keep it real, no way did your appointments pack the place out. I know they dont need my funky $100 but they could have at least came and explained how long a wait it would be, and not have some rude side conversation about me waiting. I was right there. Well never go back. I like to do business with minorities, but you never get a second chance to make a first impression. Best of luck in all your future endeavors.

Man oh man. We can for a pedi/mani. They where really nice and friendly. My lady was Ann. She was friendly nice and cool, she talked me though everything and was gentle about my ingrown toe nail. She went there and beyond my experience of having my feet done after an injury. Could not ask for anything better

Worst experience of my life!! The young African American lady that did my nails was so rude from the moment I sat down. I was confused of the treatment I was receiving. I was polite the whole time but I felt uncomfortable. She polish my sandals and left nail polish residue on the edges. It’s disgusting how it came out. I told the owner and told me he would speak to her instead of offering to fix it. Never going back there again. Don’t waste your money

We went to this place today as soon as they opened at 9:30am. Yes I understand that the other people had appointments however putting me in a chair and having me wait wouldve served better than the owners nasty attitude. The agent told the owner we were walk ins, the owner stated well their going to just have to wait. There was not enough business there to justify that response. We went elsewhere and spent our $70. Your loss. I will never go back. We enjoyed our pedicures across the street.

I unfortunately had a poor experience there. The nail technician seemed a little inexperienced among other things. She was nice but did not do great. It would have been nice to know that she did not how to perform the service. I checked twice with her to see if she was capable and she said she was able. I would have opted for something much more simple. If you are looking to services here check that the tech can do the service. At the time of my service I was dissatisfied and wanted to get out of there because I did not want to make a scene. I will not be coming back here. Nice people but not great quality.

I visit Kikais every two weeks and receive amazing service every time! Lisa, the owner, is involved in her business every single day. It’s run by her and her husband. They are a family oriented business, which makes it so much better! The nail techs are awesome at their craft. Good prices and always good for walk-ins unless your coming in after 5 or on a weekend. Salina did the nails in the photos I posted here.

This is thee best place to get a pedicure. Family owned, and good quality work. They can fix any ingrown to nail issues. My wife comes here often, they are affordable, friendly, and easy to make an appointment with. I used to come down for Utah to have them work on my toes and I still have family that go here every time they come down from Utah because they are so good. Won’t go anywhere else!

The place is very clean, staff is very friendly and they do a great job on nails and eyebrows.

I recently started getting a pedicure here. I have been going to Sammy and so far I love her work! Overall this shop is overpriced for what you get. They use some of the cheapest gel polishes, I don’t see why they charge so much for gel pedicures. Also it is not a luxury nail shop.

OMG. I havent had my nails done in years and they have gotten me hooked again! I went to Dana, showed her my design, and she put the original artist to shame!!! She was very polite, even funny, and I left smiling ear to ear! I would definitely recommend this salon!!!

I end up going to Nevada nails across the street. I was under the impression that the people here didnt feel like working today. I walked in I had to literally wait until the receptionist and another nail tech got done w/ a non work related conversation, that signaled bad customer service already...

I tried a lot of different nail shops when I moved to Vegas and was having issues finding someone who’s nails were pretty as well as long lasting. After trying about ten dif places I ended up here because it’s close to my house, and happy I did ! I get my nails done by lily and my last set lasted a full month with no breaks, I just needed a fill. All the girls there seem to be really good at nails from what I can see looking around.

I got my nails done 3 days ago just a regular mani / pedi. The nail polish is already off my nails literally 3 days :( I wont be coming back.

I have gotten my nails done here twice already and they do good nails. The girls that work there are very nice too.However, I just called and asked to make an appointment for later today and google says they close at 6:30 but he says they changed it until 5 o clock. I work 5 mins from there so asked if I could get there at 5:05 and as well that was a no. I really hate how this was handled.

First time to come here for a fill. I got white tips and I usually get them thicker because PEOPLE know how to do it but the lady I had didn’t. I was in a hurry so didn’t notice that the lines were UNEVEN. I paid $36 so obviously I’m going back the next day to get it fixed! I was able to get it fixed for free, but the lady up front was giving me attitude. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN! DO NOT GIVE YOUR CUSTOMERS ATTITUDE. I didn’t care who you are.

Dropped off my niece to get her nails done. She had to wear a mask the whole time and no one was able to go in with her. Because of covid 19. Very understandable .

Salina really did an amazing job with my nails. The facility was very clean and staff was nice.

I have been coming to this nail salon since 2015. Dana is my nail artist and shes fabulous. She pays attention to every detail. Her shaping is amazing. Whether you want stilletto, almond or coffin she can do it all. She will do exactly what you want without complaining or being annoyed. I always make appointments so its never, ever a wait for me. The whole staff is friendly to me. Lisa, the owner and manager, is very sweet as well. I dont feel like this nail salon is expensive like other people are saying. I think the women complaining are just ridiculously cheap. You do have to pay for quality. I like the environment here as well, I feel comfortable. I will continue to come here.

Im giving Kikais Nails 5 stars because of my girl DIANA!! Hands down best nail tech! Shes got such a great attitude and takes her time and always gives me 5 star service! If youre looking for someone who is going to give you that bomb set and pedi, GO TO DIANA!

Love the staff, but the man at the front desk (maybe the owner, I am unsure) is incredibly rude.Jasmine who did my pedi and Jazalyn who did my mani were amazing and very friendly. They were the only reasons I’m even giving this place any stars. It’s a shame that amazing techs work at such an awful establishment.But the man who was working the front desk was incredibly rude to both me and my boyfriend. My boyfriend had came with me because he was treating me to the mani-pedi. I don’t know if he was the owner or not but he is very unprofessional.He belittled me when I asked if they had poly gel available. He rudely told my boyfriend that he would cancel my appointment if my boyfriend did my pull out cash. So instead was given a card in which he charged an extra $5 for the whole service. When my services were finished I had $20 for my manicurist and $20 for my pedicurist and ask him if he could make sure that they received their tips, then proceeded to look at me crazy and waved me over to the stations in which they were working on other clients.The salon over charges for services that should be included.For my experience I went in for a hard-gel mani ($65)with gel polish and gel polish for my pedi ($60).The salon chargers $5 for matte coat, (which I had gotten on my toes). They also charged an additional $20 for any massage/leg service; such as a scrub, mask or hot stone. Any other places I’ve been to as always had a scrub included or at least at a much lesser cost.

The lady that did my nails was nice, HOWEVER, when she wasn’t attending to her kid she brought to work, and speaking Spanish her sister that was doing nails next to her, she must have missed the fact that I asked for pink and white POWDER. I paid $50 for a full set pink & whites that she said she knew how to do....she didn’t. They were horrible, she didn’t use the right pink and she used “Americanized white powder” that turned yellow a few days later. I ended up going to a different shop and they fixed my nails THE WAY I ASKED FOR THEM TO BE IN THE FIRST PLACE. An hour and a half is all it took to realize I will never go to this place again! So annoyed!!!!!!

Second time going. the first time i went to get gel manicure. They peel of on the second day. Gel nails dont do that they last at least 2 weeks. I let it slide. Second time i went to get gel pedi. They took me in right away my feet were soaking in water. I waited 45 mins to ask and see who was going to see me. He said Im waiting on somebody to be available. People kept coming in and they will take them in right away. I just walked out. At least acknowledge the client and tell her you guys go by appointments or something . Instead of having client waiting long and other people getting attended. Inform them please. Wont be going back.

Worst pedicure ever! The technician spent more time applying 6 different kinds of lotion on my legs than she did on my feet. When she said she was done, I told her No, you need to buff my heels and other rough spots on my feet then youre done. Nails were so uneven I told her no polish Who wants to see that??

I went here for a full set only because of a coworker recommending this place to go. They were nice in the beginning but once they told me they charged for length (after she already put the tips on). She pulls out this measuring stick to let you know how much the length you choose will be. She puts this little popsicle stick up to my finger and the black line didn’t even go passed my nail bed, I have really long nail beds so the length I wanted was going to be really short on me but I would’ve been spending about $80 just for the length! I told her that I didn’t find that to be fair because my coworker paid only $30 and her nails were really long! I told her there needs to be consistency all around. She then asks I guess the manager or whoever she was and she tells me “it’s not our problem if your nail beds are long.” I instantly was furious! Im sitting there like it’s not my fault either but once she said it I immediately told the girl doing my nails “TAKE THEM OFF.” She starts soaking them off, then in the middle of it she says “they charge for this service as well it’ll be $5 more dollars for the soak.” I proceeded to let her know that I wish I would pay them anything. Once she got done I left. The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I’ve ever had.

The first tech i had was awesome. But there is a lack of communication. I and my mom sat there for 3 hrs with my nails half done and all they did to hers was glue the nails on. They made us wait because they had appointments coming in so we were the last people on their mind. Definitely need either more workers or don’t START SOMEONES NAILS IF YOU CANT FINISH THE JOB. The owners lack customer service. They try to start everyone’s nails and leave them their to finish someone else’s. They couldn’t break down my price after being charged 15 more then the price on the wall.

The ladies that work there are very sweet and professional. They do a great job! They are always busy so I definitely recommend scheduling appointments.

Dont ever get your nails done here first of all just a fill is 30$ with design it came out to 50 but I didnt have a problem with that I knew what I was getting into but right when I got home they all snapped so I called the shop they said come in we will fix it so I went in to get them fixed and they simply refused to do anything and on top of that one of the nail ladies (that didnt do my nails in the first place) was screaming at me in the shop and they did not do one thing to make it right so theres $50 down the drain

Crystal did an amazing job on my nails. She took a horrible set I came in with and completely reshaped them! She was very easy to talk to and voided the awkward silence. Im definitely coming back :)

Called and made a appointment, when got there had to wait then had a design put on and it was weird. One is in the middle and the other is off, also the person who made the appointment didnt set it with the person I wanted she had to come help. Went back to have it fixed they made it worse, I ended up with them all the same as the rest. They didnt even offer a refund or a different service to make it right. Time to find a new nail salon. ☹

I got a “filling” and when the girl was applying the gel started to bubble. I asked her why and she just drilled it a little and continued. When I got home my color nail was awful. I called and they asked me to come next day. They removed all my acrylic after the girl said I had “water mold”. It took them like an hour to remove the acrylic. The lady from the previous day didn’t help at all. At the end they charged me $10 dls and took the girl $20 dls from her work. I felt so bad for all of that happened. Of course I will never ever go back there. Zero stars!!

I’m currently here at this salon and i’ve been waiting for more than an hour. the service is horrible. they charge for the shape. yes you heard THE SHAPE. $5 extra dollars. can you believe that smh. but i’m about to walk about because i’m tired of waiting. and if i get them done and they don’t come out ima be mad cause ik i didn’t wait this long for nothing.

One of the most horrific customer service Ive ever received in years, I initially booked an appointment 3 weeks ago...came in today for my facial appointment that was set for 6:00pm, upon an hour early arrival...sat down waiting to be called, not even 30 seconds of sitting, the man who appears to be the owner that works in the reception told me, Lisa canceled your appointment...I was never informed in regards to this matter prior arriving, nor calls received that my appointment was canceled. I was beyond furious with such great disappointment and beyond upsetting, luckily Im patient, but this certainly triggered me!!! Such a waste of time and driving. Never coming back, This place deserves -5 Stars!

I give Kikais Nails 5 stars because I was a walk-in and they took me in right away and treated me like royalty. Had a mani/pedi was extremely satisfied with the end result. Thank you Kikais Nails.

I went for a full set, with coffin shape and gel. I was charged $50 plus a tip. My nails werent even shaped coffin, even after asking for them to be re-shapped. I feel like the lady didnt know how to do it correctly. I gave up. Paid and left. After returning to work I realized my nails were a little too long for me. So 2 days later I went back and asked for them to trim them down a bit, and was charged an ADDITIONAL $10!!! Are you kidding me?? So, after 60+ dollars I have nails I HATE! Ill NEVER go back here!! EVER!

NEVER AGAIN!!!!! I have never paid $35 for just using gel! I’m okay with 5 dollars more but $35 is RIDICULOUS!My overall bill was $85!$15 for fill, $35 for pedicure and another $35 for THE DAMN GEL POLISH! Worst thing is she didn’t tell me until it es times to pay

Suck a bit that my ling ling (Alyssa) is gone but ny new nail tech is bomb !!!!If your not getting your nails done here like are you really even getting your nails done ? You would be dumb to go anywhere else .

Horrible customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would! I went in for a Pedi and the lady at the desk sat me down and had me soak my feet.. After 15 minutes I asked how much longer it would take. She said 10 minutes. After being there for 52 minutes I decided to leave. The lady at the front desk said nothing as they were going to close soon. Never going back to this place. Not to mention that the nails techs were constantly looking at me like I was a burden. HORRIBLE!

I had a bad experience with the front desk guy working when I walked in to get a set but turns out they were closed already. Doors were still open and people were working. He treating me so poorly, schooling me about not making an appointment lol so I immediately walked out.
