I had a 9:30 appointment and they’re weren’t even opened. When I tried to call, someone picked up and then hung up. There’s so many nail places, don’t even bother with this one.

I came in yesterday for a mani-pedi combo because of a discount I found on groupon. It should be 2.5 stars but Im being generous and thats only because my feet look great even if I didnt find the hygiene to be the greatest. Also the lady wasnt very firm when she massaged the lotion into my legs yesterday. And I left with my hands still as dry as when I first came in. Too soft when she rubbed lotion into me, but she hurt when she was peeling away my cuticles. I should have taken a photo, but she caused me to bleed on the ring finger on my right hand. And it didnt hit me until afterwards how unhygienic it was that she used oil and the nail polish on me that has been used on other people and will continue to be used on other people with my now open wound that she caused. Thats how diseases are spread, and I sure dont want a disease from a manicure. Then she applied the lacquer really thick in some spots, so thick that bubbles formed. I could have given myself a manicure at home that would have been more moisturizing and probably looked better.

Super helpful and friendly staff. We had a party of five and they were so accommodating. Would absolutely recommend the entire staff for their great service!

Wow what a great nail salon! Monya was absolutely amazing and cared! From the way she laid the tips out thoughtfully for my hands as opposing to just guessing and picking a different nail tip for each finger, to the way she doubled back and glued again after laying them precisely straight and firm; I could tell she cared and thought about quality and being a cut above the rest. This appointment will stand out in my mind forever, my nails look amazing and I can’t wait to come back!

Was an amazing experience, I went in with a problem from another store and she fixed it immediately and even better than I expected.. Definitely will be back!!

Scheduled my appointment last week and show up to nobody there. Upon calling I asked if they were running late as I was waiting outside and she hung up. I called back and the lady was very rude and insisted I had no appointment and was lying. Im not and attached is the proof of the appointment... the dark storefront and the hours of operation. I used to go here for years and just wanted to start getting pampered post baby... clearly they dont want my business.

Probably one of the worst manicures Ive ever gotten. Pedicure wasnt terrible but certainly not the best. My nails are poorly shaped and the polish isnt covering my whole nail and is lumpy. My tech barely spoke, was not very friendly, and used her phone multiple times throughout my service. It was an uncomfortable vibe the entire time. The tech was also the receptionist and honestly did not seem like she knew what she was doing in either position. Not sure if she had any formal training as I could not locate a certificate anywhere. Another customer came in during my pedi to complain and get a full refund for services done by the same tech.

Poor customer service! I called this morning at 10am to ask if they are requesting appointments to be made. The receptionist told me we are accepting walk-ins but appointments are preferred. I said perfect do you have anything available now or sometime today. She informed me that 130 or 2pm are free because we are booked now and then 4-6pm. So I scheduled for today at 2pm, my only day off this week. When I arrive the receptionist tells me that I booked for tomorrow. I am working tomorrow so I highly doubt Id confirm for Thursday. If It was mentioned for Thursday I would have declined and booked with a different salon! By the way another patron had the same issue at the same time, interesting.

I just love this place!!! I book my appointment online and when I got there I dint have to wait. I got the Jelly Pedi. It is awesome!!! I totally recommend it! This is something Ive never tried before and I think its going to be my favorite from now on. Also, they are really clear about prices and services and really nice. They currently have a promotion where you get a free Sugar Scrub with any pedicure service. Im so happy I went there. Totally Love them!!!!

You need reservations, so no crowds, good work done.

I had an 11am appt this morning, even received a reminder, place was dark & locked up. Very poor business & communication.

When I walked in the salon had a low budget feel, I only decided to stay because there was no wait. The staff members were very nice but the person who did my pedicure did not give me an option to do a standard or deluxe and I was charged $31 which I thought was high for a normal pedicure AND the execution was not done professional it looked like I did it myself at home. I will not return here even though it is down the street from my house.

I love this place! The staff here are the nicest and the best at what they do. Also, their pedicure chairs are the most comfortable, including the footrest. At most salons, the footrests hurt my feet, but at VIP, the footrests are padded quite nicely, making it very comfortable and luxurious!

I was very pleased with my experience at VIP Nails & Spa. Jamie did a great job on my pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was GREAT! She took extra time to show me a couple of different colors for my nails. She was very attentive and took care of a peeling nail on my natural nails in order to not have to cut it at the quick. I love the service that she provided!

VIP nails is the absolute best!! I have been going to them for a couple years now and have never been disappointed. My gel manicures last and last, my acrylic tips are always even and perfect, pedicures are amazing and thorough, and my eyebrows always turn out the way I like them. They listen to what you want and go above and beyond to make it happen. I was a bridesmaid in a wedding and brought in a picture of what I needed and they made them look even better than what I showed them. I have had every nail tech in there do my nails and I love them all. Try them you Ill never go anywhere else

First time getting my brows tinted and I am hooked! Mana did an amazing job ☺I love not having to fill my eyebrows in every morning. This cut my makeup time in half and Im definitely getting them done again soon!

We came here today to get our eyebrows threaded. The wait was ok, and she did good on our eyebrows. But it’s just so overpriced. Threading for two people is $26. So that’s $13 for each person. Eyebrow threading is only supposed to be 6-10 dollars, and I’ve seen workers do better in places where they only charge $5, plus a temple message. I’d recommend going someplace else, not only for your eyebrows but for everything. Most if not everything there is overpriced. I saw them selling branded chapsticks individually for more than you would buy them in packs. This place obviously cares more about money than their customers. Def would not recommend going there.

Love this place! So quiet and cute and all the nail techs are so sweet. Lisa did my nails and she does great designs! Definitely coming back!

Giving 4 stars because TRACY IS AMAZING!!!! She takes her time and does great work can’t give 5 stars like I would want to because the lady lily inside of the spa is rude and nasty and doesn’t have any real knowledge on good customer service if someone is in your shop and spending 60 on a pedicure be nice at least while there in your establishment

Was excite ed to get a manic pedi. ladies were nice. however they seemed in a rush and applied regular fingernail coats of polish too quickly before letting the prior ones dry....creating a gooey mess of my nails. I let them sit without doing anything for over an hour and they were later sprayed with a quick dry.... my nails were still ruined and look like cra . sa . save your money and go somewhere else

They have great service and a refreshing atmosphere. Will definitely come back!

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT COME HERE TO GET YOUR EYEBROWS WAXED. The lady there completely messed up my left brow and made the end so thin. I would provide a picture if I could, but I don’t know how to post pictures on here. The lady didn’t even say anything about her mistake. I didn’t realize until after I got home. Terrible service, never coming back.

Awesome place! The salon was professional, everyone speaks English, service was great, and they offer complimentary drinks. Definitely my new spot.

My husband and I had appointments for pedicures @ 12:30. Mine was done on time, but my husbands was not, even though one of the employees sat at the front desk when she could have done my husbands pedicure. Very disappointed with the unsatisfactory service.

I did not like my nail it’s uneven colored and hurt a lot I think the girl was new.

I tried to make an appointment with the groupon price but she already asking me the voucher number so she can redeemed it. She said she will have to redeemed it before my appointment but I disagree on it and I told her I will not buy anymore from her advertisement. And she only said okay and did not give an appointment date and time and she hung up the phone. She doesnt care for the customer she wants the payment before the service. That is crazy!!!

My wife always goes here and she loved it so much that she is making me leave a review also. Lol and I must say her nails are always so very hot, good job VIP for giving me a beautiful wife.

Well never never come here again.... $92.00Just for fill and gel.....there crazy with there prices. ...on top of that the tech dont know how to do nails at all....I came here because of the reviews. ..I think they pay them to give them good reviews. ...when I came in it was completely empty nobody there....thats a big red flag...

My nails look great. I am not impressed with my pedicure, the paint was sloppy and they didnt paint the front ends of my nails. Also, the file they used on my nails was disgusting and looked like it had been used on hundreds of other people. It was gross!

Ive been coming vip nails in las vegas for manicures and man pedis for three years now. They always provide the highest level of service, to new and old customers. The girls in the salon are all very polite and good at there work and I really like Kelly :)
