If I could give them zero stars I would they were very disrespectful to my grandmother the black nail tech got very rude. With my grandmother mind you she’s in her 60s all she was trying to tell the lady is that she didn’t like the color and if she can get it re-done she was on the phone the whole time talking not paying attention to what she was doing and messed up on my grandmothers toes didn’t even do the job she was paid to do she came out here to visit and have a nice time not get disrespected by a rude nail tech don’t ever go here I am very disappointed .

I have definitely found my nail place. I made an appointment the day before and got helped as soon as I came in. I showed them the design I wanted for gel nails and they told me who would be the best for that. I got my nails done by Tiana. She was really nice and made my nails look a lot better than I was hoping for! She did an amazing job.

Second visit here, the staff is amazing.the customer service you get here is top notch.very clean and professional.would recommend to anyone needing services.

Lisa made me feel like a million dollars thank you for the appointment.

I got my eyelashes done here. She didn’t tape down my bottom lashes or any of that. My top and bottom lashes kept getting stuck together. When I got done, she showed me them and my natural lashes were covered in hard white substance, like it was brushed through them. I asked if it would come off and she said it was just my lashes (when it definitely wasn’t cause my lashes don’t regularly have glue brushed through them) The next day my eyes were irritated and slightly puffy and now my natural eyelashes are falling out and clumped stuck together. Definitely brushed some kind of liquid/glue through my lashes and it still won’t come off.

I went here for a basic mani/pedi. I called ahead and made an appt and did not have to wait once I arrived. I had to walk there and was offered a water after being greeted at the door, which was really nice considering how hot it has been. The lady that did my nails suggested the most perfect color and I am so happy with how they turned out! The salon was clean and everyone was very friendly. I am visiting the area but if I lived here, this would be my spot!! Thank you so much!!

Employees are friendly. Though one time an employee was kinda unprofessional and did a meh job on my nails. The owner saw they were kinda bad and fixed them and made my nails looked really cute. I am happy with them

This is my third time patronizing this establishment. The first time was awesome. The second time was horrible, I wanted a polish and a full set, because of leg issues I cannot put my legs in certain positions, I was told by one of the workers, I couldn’t return. Mind you if I contacted American with disability act they would’ve had an issue, then to get a full set and my acrylic popped off in two days. This time I went because my daughter got a gift card for me to get my nails done for Mother’s Day, and they half did my scrub for my feet, the polish was thiiin, they chipped my toes nail. The only thing I liked was my overlay. Three times shame on me, I’m done, eventhough it’s close to my house, I will not patronize this establishment again.

Very happy with my full set. Friendly staff who who went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my nail design. Will definitely be back!

Warning... Supposed to be by appointment only, according to covid rules. They were 30 minutes late for my appointment because they were accepting walk-ins. During my pedicure, there were 3 more walk-ins. Gave 3 stars because quality of service and nails were excellent. Social distancing was off and on.

Very nice experience! My tech Jordan was very thorough and detailed. The pedicure was well priced and oh man I felt like I was walking on clouds after. The facility was very clean and they use sanitized utensils with each person. They offer beverages, require mask and it really is appointment only which a lot of shops are not following. I already have my follow up scheduled and I cant wait.

I told the man my nail was crooked and didnt fix it. My nail polish (gel) was messed up and still charged $50. I wont be coming back

I’m Native American and when I made reservations they told me to wait and wash my hands and two girls came in and they didn’t have any reservations because they asked and said no, They got their service first even though I made reservations

Jordan gave me the best pedicure I’ve ever had. Took her time. Thorough. Deluxe pedicure included salt scrub and hot wax soak. Make an appointment due to Covid. Super clean shop owned by a sweet family.

My daughter got her first nails done here. Smudged the paint same day and they fixed it for free. 2 days later she broke a nail and they fixed it for free. I wouldve been happy to pay but they did a great job and they take care of their customers.Would return again.

I recently got a full set of acrylic nails. They looked fine when I left but 5 days later 2 nails fell off. They should’ve lasted 3 weeks. I work at Macy’s so I don’t have a job that’s hard on long nails. Then I had a problem with my pedicure. It had a spot that was smudged off and they let me walk out like that without me knowing. I am surprised they’re so highly rated because this is not a 4.5 star place.

When I walked in I was Yelled at DO YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT ? I replied NO. Then a gentlemen turned his head and laughed with the customer he was doing her nails.I was embarrassed.

My wife enjoyed this location. B was super friendly and was very helpful to help her pick a nail color. The price was a bit much but the atmosphere and great nails made up for it. Wife was very pleased. The reason for the 4 stars is because the manager” bigger black lady” was very rude to her employees and left me a bit nervous to stay. Over all 4 stars. Worth a visit !

I always have a good experience here, unfortunately this time (it was for labor day)i didnt.A guy (i think hes new) did my pedicure but i felt a lil pain in my nail when he was doing the cuticle on my left toe but i didnt think that was important, then someone else did my color and i wasnt even explained why they did that...later on that day my toe was kind of bugging and then 2 days later my toe started hurting. I told my boyfriend to check my toe out because it was red on the side, when he pushed down the side of my nail was all infected and now i have an ingrown toe nail which i never had in my entire life. I wont be back to this place again.

My first time here & I loved it. Had a Deluxe Pedicure done & the best one yet. Didn’t make an appointment but was taken in right away without any hesitation. The atmosphere was calm & relaxing. Least relaxing pedicure of my life. They dig in a bottle of coconut oil with bare hands for every pedicure and whoever I had tried to use a nail drill on my healthy toenails. Sharp polar blocks, singing repair man. Tapotement massage to wake you up. Wouldnt recommend. You pay for what you get.
