Added a star because now that Im more removed from my initial anger, I do love my nails, but DONT BE SHADY WITH PRICING AND THEN STILL DEMAND A TIP. Had to clean glue and stray polish from my full set off myself also. Nail tech was not friendly. I asked twice how much extra getting points on two of my nails would be and he flat out ignored me after Annette the receptionist specifically told me to talk to my nail tech about pricing for extras. This deterred me from getting a design because I wanted to know what Id be paying before the point of handing someone my card and that was obvious when I made the appointment.Pressured to tip even though I was not pleased with the service. Understand that for some people things like this are rare. I did this for my birthday, the first time in 20 years that Ive had anyone do anything to any of my nails and that did not feel like service worth over 100$ BEFORE TIP. My nails look great mostly though so if friendly isnt your jam and this is something you do normally you might like them. Harmony was great! My overall experience wasnt.

Haley was amazing and did a great job with my nails.The front staff was great, professional and Made me feel comfortable. I will be looking forward to having her work on my nails again.

Obsessed with my gel pedicure and manicure! I have been looking for a good place for about six months, and I finally found a salon with amazing customer service, amazing nail design, very detailed, and most importantly clean! I am so specific about my nails, and what I love the most is that the technician checked with me through the whole process making sure I am satisfied. Kaylen and Joy did a wonderful job and I am a client for life. Look no more you won’t be disappointed!

I like this place they go by appointment only. They are very professional but yet have great sense of humor all of them throughout the nail salon. It is clean and they do an amazing job. This is my new place to get my nails and pedicures done my pedicure was truly amazing one of the best.

Place is nice however during my appt they try to upsell me for the same product that they had already confirmed price for over phone. Didnt seem right although created a huge confusion and serval min later I continued to give them a try. Lady was rough with my hand I have a broken shoulder and she kept moving my arm vigorously to adapt to her style of putting nails on. I think It should be the other way around they should adapt to the customer. After multiple times her doing the same thing to my left hand I was getting irritated because I had mentioned I had a bad shoulder and couldnt do the movement. Anyways nails came out okay but due to the experience im not recommending this place. If your costumer tells you hey I cant do this moment youre not going to force it.

Honestly, it seems hard to find a good nail salon in vegas. Been going here for almost a year, longest of any nail salon... since the 3 years I’ve lived here in vegas. I am from Dallas Tx originally and I am pretty picky for quality and style. I am more than happy with this place! Great, clean, cute atmosphere, they have great colors selection. I would recommend towards the back of the salon they clean up and organize if possible. Looks like they just have “clutter” pilling up that should be broke down, stored else where out of sight so Customers don’t have to look at it because it really is a cute salon... it’s not classy. I hope someone takes care of it.

Lifted at the cuticle, full set in less than a week after it was done. Owner tries to blame it on everything else but the fact that it was poorly done. Possible fungus and won’t refund. Not sure who the awesome reviews were about but I obviously didn’t get that person. Been getting acrylics well over ten years so I know better. I don’t live locally so no getting it fixed not that I would trust it at this point.

Amy is amazing. The staff is great and friendly. Their work is above anyone elses. If youre looking for quality gel manicures, pedicures and beautiful nails look no further. LV nails was already a very clean salon now they have gone above and beyond since covid. They also have 2 locations. They use quality products and have several gel colors and dip colors to choose from. Great customer service.

I got a mani/pedi here and I was very happy with the quality. The salon is clean and the staff is very friendly. I will definitely be coming back.I did the SNS dipping in ombré. I was a little concerned how it would look because my nails are so short but they came out perfect.

This place is highway robbery. I got my nails done and within a day my first nail broke fast forward to now a week later and I am literally able to easily take my nails off without having to dip them in any type of acetone or loosening product. I am very disappointed with the quality of work. The prices are also very steep as well, for a basic design I paid $65. Please do not go here.

LV Nails Spa 2 (and 1!) have THE best selection of colors & shades— in regular, gel polished & powders, etc. It’s worth any wait (if so) & every dollar spent. I must start off by saying that Jason, nail tech, is awesome! He has always provided excellent service and appreciates the high paying tip I give him because of it. 5 stars for Jason! Brie, former nail tech, accommodated my husband who was elderly and always gave special attention to his manicure/ pedicure every two weeks. 5 stars for Brie!I am giving this location one star because of the owner, Amy. Last Saturday, I was in the salon for my regular two week visit with Jason. Once again the service was excellent! At the end of my appointment after paying, I asked to make an appointment as I know it fills up quickly. The owner, Amy, told Jason to tell me she was BUSY and to call in the appointment. She was literally 5 feet away from where I was standing? She was with a customer and obviously that client was so much more important then me. Jason tried his hardest to accommodate me, however, he could not. Finally, Amy got up from her station and told me that there were regular customers for the day in which I was trying to make the appointment for which was three weeks out, AND since the appointment book was right in front of me I could see that no one had filled in the names of customers for that day already. HUH? How could it be booked and why are the customers more important than me as a regular high tipping customer? Reluctantly, she filled in my name for the appointment. Amy, go ahead and cancel it!!! We will not return to your business. I am sorry Jason but the unprofessional ATTITUDE from Amy, THE OWNER, is not worth my time and money. Amy, I guess losing clients is more important to you then retaining them especially ones that love their service! You might want to start making all clients important not just the ones YOU choose! Best of luck in the future as there are plenty of top quality nail salons in Las Vegas and Henderson to choose from when it comes to getting my nails done!

I always get great service and great nails. The staff is friendly and a pleasure to work with. Ive never had a bad experience or set and Ive been coming here since day one. Their selection of polishes and dips is unparalleled.

My nails look amazing, they were all super friendly and held great conversations. The man who did my pedicure was very knowledgeable and actually taught me many facts about how to make sure my feet remain soft. Such a great experience!

8/1, This was my 1st time here. So let me take you through my experience. Walking in . Hands down the best looking shop I’ve been to in Vegas! I waited Like 30-40 mins but I called & was told it maybe that long of a wait. (I just needed my nails done honey) 7pm I was being seen. One lady put my nails on . Then the STAR came && did the rest! Cindy is A M A Z I N G ! No cap. The nails are so secure & she shaped the hell out of em! Polishing? When I mean she did it PERFECT, nail by nail. Removing excess polish from around the nail! ( loved this bc most times they clean last && it’s harder && hell’s ashy around the nail. She did a great base coat . I was cool w/o the polish. But that routine continued with the color & the finish coat. It was the longest I ever been in a nail shop( left 8:40pm) but I’ve never been so happy with my nails! Btw they close at 7:30pm but she did not rush & do a sloppy job! Cindy I will DEFINITELY be back && it’s bc of you! Thank you so much!

Rude customer service. Cant say how their actual work is as i didnt get to have my nails done. Walked in and asked if they had time to do a fill, they said yes no problem to pick my color. While i was looking at colors the lady then walks over and says she doesnt have time i have to come back in 2 hours. At first i thought maybe she had an appt that was late but then showed up. No, 2 ppl walk in asking for pedis & nail. More $$. So after telling me yes she then scoots me out to take the other 2 walk ins. RUDE.Dont think i will be back. And i hope others read this and think twice. Nail salons are a dime a dozen. Treat your clients as people, not a number.

Decided to give them a try and very disappointed! Couple minutes after manicure, one of my fingers got cut to bleed. They told me it happens sometimes and it is ok because the cut isnt big enough to worry. Really? How can this be ok? My finger was bleeding and in pain plus now I have to worry about infection. I got up and left ! Accidents happen but you dont tell your customers it is not a big deal......bad business.
