The worst manicure Ive ever had. first the manicurist couldnt paint without messing up and needed to fix the mistakes with a brush dipped in polish remover. but Ive had to file the tips to a smoother finish. I keep snagging them on my clothes and things. its only been 4 days and the polish is already coming off. Ill never go there again.

I’ve been getting my nails done for over 30 years, and I have to say that this was one of the worst gel manicures I’ve ever gotten. It was sloppily done and the nail tech seemed to hate what she was doing. The tech was rough and hurt me a couple of times. She actually said to me, “next time you should ask for Lauren. She has more patience than me.” What?!? I never asked for anything special. The only thing that I asked was that she not put the gel polish on my cuticles. She didn’t listen. The clear undercoat was on my skin. I had to go back in after I left to have her fix it, and she even did a terrible job with that. The salon was unorganized and messy. The only thing I’ll say good about it is that they had more color choices than I’ve ever seen at a salon. Overall, one of the worst nail experiences I’ve ever had.

One of the first places I would frequent. For my nails whenever I would visit town. Would be a Must. Now that live here..I kind of got distracted with the distance & a different routine. Came here today & was so happy I did. Excellent Service as Usual. Great Price & Great Attitude. Will make a point to come back

Gave them another shot after years if not being here. My normal nail lady is just too pricey for a fill! Came in as a walk in and was helped right away and even offered water. An An (I believe was her name) helped me. I just needed a fill with gel polish. Showed her a photo off pinterest of what I was looking for. She took her time to find the right color for me. I absolutely LOVE my nails. Was charged only $30 ($35 with tip) including the cute glitter detail. Glad I gave them another shot!

My husband and I went for pedicures on Saturday and I had the technician Kevin and my Hubby had Kim for his technician. My Hubby decided to get a manicure as well while he waited for Kevin to finish my pedicure. I advised Kevin my feet were really bad, as I like to walk around with no shoes on inside and outside. Kevin did an AMAZING job at getting my feet all pretty again! Id recommend this salon to everyone. From the time we walked in we were greeted and taken to our seat to get comfortable. The service was awesome and everyone was very friendly. Ask for Kevin or Kim and I know youll walk out satisfied and planning your next mani/pedi. Prices are excellent and include sea salt scrub and stress relieving massage! :)

I called ahead and asked if I needed a reservation. We came within 5 min of the time we selected and they were ready and waiting for us. My husband and I both got pedicures and enjoyed every minute. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Theres a surcharge for OPI polish but its totally worth it.

Ive been coming here for years. These people have become more my family than just my nail technicians. I will never go anywhere else.I read these comments is shock because I know for a fact they would never turn ANYONE away or disrespect anyone. Theyre amazing.And that Linda lady is crazy! I know exactly who she is! Thats how long Ive been coming here! Shes always drunk and coming in disrespecting people! This place has never been robbed! I personally go to Mandy, but EVERYONE is so welcoming and amazing at what they do!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. First time I went they were great, second time was absolutely terrible.The acrylic started lifting within a few days of getting my nails done. At 7 days I finally went in to ask them to fix them and they told me they couldnt fix them because it had been 10 days (I had even signed in and looking at the dates and it had been 7)I posted a picture so you can look in that section to see what I left the salon with. They refused to fix the acrylic and just wanted to paint over it. Not that it matters that much but last time I tipped them $25 for this crappy job. Go to Modern nails off of eastern in Henderson if you want the best customer service and fills that last 2 plus weeks.

So the door on the business says 8 pm. I went to walk in @7 pm they said we close. Really. You have the open sign light on and you sitting there just talking. If you close then turn off your light. Never went to a Asian own business and turned away. Just so you know just wanted a mani. Takes less then 30 mins. If you want to be turn away go here. They will not even talk to you.

I tried another color once she painted a couple nailsI said I didnt like it she got mad because I had her take it off. Services was horrible my nails are sloppy. This place got all ten of my nails infected with fungus. Poor hygiene, really rough technicians that always cut me till I bled or left all of my skin around the nails throbbing & raw. I always tipped well & I believe was falsely over charged many times because they thought I had money to spend. Do not go here, ever. I was overly polite every time & was drastically taken advance of.

I have been living in the area for 5 years and as two or more doing my nails there I had never had a problem with them but lately after the original owner left the owner or son of the owner spoke to me in a very rude and unprofessional way Apart from that one asks for an appointment and they do not treat you at the time it is and some of the ones that work there have very bad attitude I do not recommend it at all. My rating for them is zero.

I called this place and asked if they threaded eyebrows. They said yes. I went in right after that and said I was there to have my eyebrows threaded. They take me into a back room have me laid down and then she puts wax on me! What if I had been allergic?

I did expect better. They have a guy greeting people that is great really helps with tips and colors... not all the people their are good with their services, moody when you request specific service, and Im sure they say some bs in their language lol. I like curved nails and paid 60+ for them took 4 hours getting them done and another 4 hours the next day getting them fixed... painfully finished they looked ok, a bit thick and needed a fill 1 week later. . Honestly this was my last choice in nail shop because around my house no one else does curved nails.
