Do not even. Long story short, she always overbooked but this last time...5 people waiting on 3 employees. Wrapped our dip powder nails in acetone then started pedicures AND LEFT IT FOR AN HOUR. I had to ask several times once it was burning badly to take it off. This also happened to another older woman while we were there. Our nails are completely destroyed and stripped, weak and paper thin now. They keep breaking for both of us. A mani pedi took 3 hours, and she was completely rude to us. My nails are destroyed after a year and a half of work to stop biting them and grow strength. Do not go here.

Stay away. Unethical company. They do not follow VISA regulations to check ID for purchases. Demanded a refund but their God is money and want to profit off of unauthorized charges.

I had a good pedicure but a terrible dip manicure so I won’t be coming back. I scheduled an appointment about two weeks beforehand but had to wait 20 minutes after my appointment time before they started with me. Then the nail tech was overly vigorous when filing down the dip polish and made almost every one of my cuticles bleed. She apologized and gave me a small discount but my cuticles hurt for the rest of the manicure so it was a frustrating experience. It was also sloppy cause most of the polish isn’t even smooth, there’s polish on the skin all around my nails, and the accent color on my ring finger doesn’t even go to the edges of the nail. I didn’t speak up about it since I was anxious to leave but should have since she rang me up for $125. So expensive for an overall less than mediocre experience.

Horrible experience. Got my nails done on Thursday with a gel acrylic and then yesterday one of nail’s polish lifted completely off and then i noticed all of the nails polish was lifting and chipping off. Went back this morning to get it fixed and the woman fought me saying it should be doing that and they would charge me 5 dollars per nail to fix after their HORRIBLE job doing the nails.

Great experience. I got a silver manicure and a gold pedicure. Its amazing. Our nail techs are amazing and are hilarious 😂. I will be coming back in 2 weeks.

Naturelle Nails is my go to nail salon for pedicures and manicures. The owner and staff are friendly and welcoming. Ive been coming for almost 4 years and dont have a preference on a nail tech, but the ones Ive had have always done an excellent job! Everyone is very sweet and accommodating. The salon is always clean and tidy and the massage chairs are so comfy! The technicians do a wonderful job and and really take the time to make sure the polish job is top notch. They can get busy depending on when you want to go, so I highly recommend making an appointment if you can, but Ive walked in no problem at their less busy times! They do such a good job and my nails always last for over 3 weeks - usually more!Check them out for great work and high quality polishes and color selection. I highly recommend Naturelle Nails! I have never left disappointed. Hannah is very friendly and inviting. The staff are the best!

I work at Summerlin Downtown One Building . Was excited to be able to my nails after work close by. I was told that a dip nail was 40 which includes removal of old polish . Victoria was the one that was doing my nails . I asked to confirm the price I was told over the phone and now my nails with removal and manicure was 65.00 for a French drip . I told her what I was told over the phone and she said she would find someone else to do my nails. I am very easy going when it comes to my nails . It 2 hours to get my nails done . I was just going to leave with bare nails but Tye took over and did a great job . I will not be joining back but if you go Tye did a great job !

I had a good experience at Naturelle Nails. Ann, the technician who did my manicure and pedicure was helpful and professional. Very pleasant personality and did an excellent job doing my nails. Ill definitely come back here.

Got dip nails done. Clean and nice environment. I recommend you make an appt. I was happy with the service but after leaving the quality of the nails were thick and like acrylic. I broke one after 4 days and went back for repair. There is no record of what color you use so make sure you know it. I had an appt for the repair and it took over an hour and a half to get one nail redone. They kept putting walk in clients in front of me. I had 5 different people handle my one nail repair as they were juggling customers. Its not a bad place but for the higher prices I expected a little more.

I made an appointment for my daughter’s birthday for her and two of her friends to get mani/pedis together. The appointment was made a week in advance and the man I spoke with took down my name and number to confirm the appointment. We show up and the front desk person says she doesn’t have an appointment listed for us and they’re too busy to do the girls’ nails. Not only was she incredibly unhelpful but she was completely unapologetic about them screwing up our appointment. Unbelievable!

Hannah is the best! Always fits me in, quick and does a fabulous job.

I would give it a negative rating if I could. The girl that was doing my nails was constantly saying my fingers were too fat and no nail shape would look good with them and she said I was moving too much (it was my first time getting my nails done and I didn’t know what to do) I ended up leaving with tears in my eyes because of all the rude comments she kept making. I asked for the stiletto shape and she ended up giving me oval shape. She was criticizing me about the color I chose because it “wouldn’t look good” I told my mom all of this and she went back yelling and asking for the lady that did my nails to come outside and apologize to and this other customer said that she did the same to her daughter. Overall the experience was the worst ESPECIALLY for my first time getting them done!

The staff was courteous and they gave an Outstanding customer service. The arms massage was amazing lol #MeLikie

I love how clean and professional this place is! Their prices are fair and the pedicures last for weeks even if you are active and wear tennis shoes a lot.

Very nice staff and good service, but super bad quality. Even though I work at the office and didnt do anything tough with my nail, at the end of first week the gel polished peeled off and 2 off my nails got broken.

Nails are starting to fall off and are crooked after a week. kind’ve upset at how much i payed and didn’t even get my cuticles done or my nails cut.

The people are nice, fast turnover of employees, moderate pricing.

Pleasant, quick, competent— my new place for a pedicure.
