That mani/pedi combo for $40 was a rip off. Never coming back. Was so frustrated. Never had such ugly nails but these. The Asian lady with glasses asked for my payment before putting the polish onto my nails. It became too late for me to not pay or at least not give a tip or do something. She even put acetone into the nail polish that was harden as it won’t give her enough to finish the rest. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

Very quick nice people. Much less than other salons. I will go back

They are definitely NOT as good as they used to be. A lot of things that used to be a part of getting a pedi/mani they no longer offer. I wont be getting another manicure from them!

The cashier is very friendly, And I enjoy the impossible burger very good.

Helpful friendly staff. Quite busy when my wife went in. Took about an hour for manicure and pedicure but was disappointed to not have three layers of nail polish only getting two layers and seemed to be a cheaper nail lacquer. Not as professionally applied as some other establishments wife has visited in Vegas. At $32 a bit on the expensive side for the quality.

I came in on a Tuesday for a full set which was the $20 special i ended up being charged 45. I pointed to the wall of colors but she (kim) said no and handed me to list of colors in which i did not know was gel until just before she painted the nails. I got coffin, the shape was poor, inconsistent and she used way too much of the acrylic paste and not enough glue. The only plus was that the gel polish dried very quickly. I asked her how much and she said 35 due to the shape and length but then checking out she explained $45, 20 full set + $15 gel, +$5 length, $5 shape. I felt like i was extremely over charged for a mediocre job that took very long to complete and i still left with nails full of cuticle. Two days later one of my nails just fell off, she fixed it with no problem or charge but they seemed to make jokes about the length of my nails and blame it on me. Though it was a clean perfect break and i didnt even feel it because it was due to poor construction. My nails are now a week old but look about 2. Do not go here unless you want to be over charged and ripped off.

Regal Nail Salon’s employee’s are the best. They are warm, friendly and courteous with a good work ethic. When scheduling an appointment they are very accommodating. I choose my nail color and Kim surprises me with her creative and beautiful designs. I’m always very pleased. If you’re trying to find a great nail salon, don’t hesitate.

Manager fixed my 1 nail that my original nail salon couldnt fit me in. Im no longer going to the original place.

Staff (My) is courteous and nice. She listens to me as a client as to what I need and what precautions she needs to know about my nails and skin. Shes very cautious and always asks me if I am ok. The leg and arm massages she gives are very relaxing.....my favorite part of the visit.

I am a African American, I have been coming here for almost two years the staff is great, they always do what I ask and even stay open late for me sometimes when I get off work late. The prices are responsible and they always treat me with the up most respect.

They charge for every little thing. Im not saying I had a bad experience but I will go somewhere else.

I went in there on a week night, not that busy- I wanted to get a pedicure. With the summer months approaching, I wanted all the dead skin taken off and cuticles cleaned up- “spring freshness”. The lady did a very poor job. She didn’t even scrape my feet or clean cuticles. Asked me to pick a color and they honestly look like my 6 yr old painted them!! Horrible horrible horrible!!! Waste of my $25!!!

This place sucks, I asked can they scrub my feet they told me they do on the phone but when I get there the lady told me I need to go down the st. I came back by another day and they was scrubbing someones feet . Dont go here at all.This place is racist.

I will never go back again. 20% more hidden charge was added to the price of what they quoted me to remove the old polish. I have never heard of such thing as charge $5 to remove the old polish. Misleading and dishonest. Very disappointed ☹️😞😔

The staff is unprofessional and talks about people while they are there. I will never go back. You shouldnt talk about people you know nothing about. If i could give no stars i would. There should be ethics the staff has to follow.

They gave me a very shady parent nails the did the film very badly my nails started chipping and falling apart if it wasnt for the other nail shop that I went to I probably what a lost my nails
