The staff is very inviting on the phone. They send notifications/reminders to confirm the appointment, and my Nail Technician (Lien) is great!

I’ve been here a few times and never had a problem but today, I was dissatisfied!!! I had the technician that sits in station 11. First, she was rude. Secondly, she was rough. And lastly, she seemed as if she had an attitude when I expressed I didn’t like the shape of my nails (mind you, I am paying extra for this particular shape). What really made matters worse, she assumed that I couldn’t pay for my services... EXCUSE ME?!?! If I’m paying $$$, I expect the upmost customer service and this definitely wasn’t it.

Walk right in and well staffed to take care of you. Always a great job no matter what your having done. Im a nail biter if I dont have them done.

I hated this place. I walked in and they could get me in that was the only good thing I can say about this place. My nails are horrid and I have my wedding in 3 days. I had a simple design and the person had to go ask other people how to do it. I will never return here I will go to my usual salon. they also charged me $20 more than I usually paid anywhere else

Horrible customer service. Have been bringing my whole family here for years and they keep making the same mistake over and over. Nails do not last! BEWARE they promise you 3 weeks at least of nails being on and are quick to charge you 72.00 dollars but after the same reoccurring mistake over and over, I just wanted my money back and they couldn’t even do that for someone who has been going there for years. They absolutely love taking your money but as soon as there is an issue, they are quick to blame you!!! I had to have awful nails for the holidays but as soon as I came and told them my issue (since they know me) I would think they would be nicer but they had me fighting with them over an hour, calling me a liar and how it was my fault that I did not come sooner.

I travel constantly for work and I ensure I always wait to get my nails done until I’m in Vegas and can go to Wonder Nails & Spa. I have never had a bad experience in the ~25 times I’ve been here. Today was another winner! I called and asked if they had any openings today, an hour later I was in the chair. They soaked and carefully filed off my gel polish. Not like some places who scrape until there is no nail left.They do a full manicure when they remove and reapply gel polish, costs me $30 everytime. No surprises. I can usually make it 2-2.5 weeks before a nail breaks and I have to come in. The polish very rarely starts lifting earlier. I highly recommend this salon, I cannot say enough about them!

Lady that did my feet seemed as if she hated feet. Good leg massage, but terrible everything else.

I took my wife here to have her nails done and they were really nice to me since I had to sit and wait for her they got me a nice chair so I could sit next to her we could catch up on her talking the lady that did her nails was really nice and they look really pretty we’ll go back here because they didn’t act like I was in the way you were happy to have me sit and chat with her

They do not honor appointments - even if you have an appointment, they will work others in while you wait. This was a good place when it opened but it has gotten too crowded. By not honoring appointments, they do not honor their commitments to their customers.

Always friendly and they always recognize us! Been going since they opened and haven’t ever looked back. Love them!

I love a good pedicure. Since becoming a mom over a year ago and working full time I rarely have had the time to treat myself. I decided to get a Mani/Pedi today and brought my little girl because the hubby was at work. The staff was nice to her and gave her suckers... That was probably the best part. Even though I was told a 5 minute wait, I was sat at the pedi chair and waited for at LEAST 15 minutes (being generous) after we waited the 5 minutes in my car. The lady that serviced me tried to push me to get gel polish and was coming off rude when denied. She told me it would take 30 minutes for my nail polish to dry and when I said thats fine she then said it would take 30 min to a hour. And I still told her no to the gel polish so she seemed even more rude. She never gave me a menu or asked me what type of pedi I wanted. She didnt massage my legs or feet or even put lotion on my feet (which I would assume is the bare minimum) Ive NEVER walked out a salon with DRY feet. While she started my Mani, I noticed my nail polish wasnt even that great. She complained about me not getting gel nails while doing my Mani and when doing my nails I just got a clear coat and upon finishing that, I noticed that there was still dirt under my nails, she never cleaned under them. As someone who has gotten many Mani/pedis, Ive never left with dirty nails. After the poor service I received, she had the nerve to ask me if I was going to leave a tip smh and then seemed to be complaining about it in front of my face saying no tip (proceeds to talk in another language) to her coworkers sounding annoyed. Wish I knew her name. I will never return. Also my sister got her first EVER pedi and she was super nervous and is insecure about her feet. The lady doing them had the nerve to show her all the excess skin she scrubbed off her feet in a disappointing way and told her that they were bad. I have NEVER seen such poor service. If I had not been her sister I wouldve still heard and seen everything as I was right next to her and that is just so mean and embarrassing. I do not advise anyone to waste their money here.
