I wish I could give zero stars !! I reported them to the BBB because the owner or whoever he is has the WORST customer service on this PLANET .Around 1240 pm on 03/22/19, I arrived at Beauti Nails Salon in Tropicana and Pecos in Las Vegas,Nv . I came in to get my eyebrows done and I was approached by the employee/owner and he asked me if I was paying with cash or card .And I stated that I was paying with card and he said that I needed to pay BEFORE my service was even done.Mind you, I’ve came to this exact location before and I’ve never had to pay beforehand so I questioned him and I get out my card to pay . He then tells me “well if you don’t feel comfortable then just leave “ & so I explained to him again that I did not mind paying first that I just didn’t do that before so he pointed to a sign that said “you must pay for service first for your nails “ .The thing was I was not getting my nails done but my eyebrows and he tried to tell me how a customer got their nails done and didn’t pay .., I have nothing to do with that . Anyway, he then tells me that I need to leave and that he has the right to refuse service to me . And he Kicked me out .And when I asked for his name he stated that he does have to give his name and he forced me to leave

Thin acrylic, poor workmanship and very over priced..3 days later I had a blister of polish peel off of a nail

Agree with all of the reviews... my 4 year old niece gave me better pedicure!!!! Horrible angry grouchy people...im not even taking a picture..its that bad...THIS WAS NOT A PEDICURE..MAYBE a rinse of a foot...HORRID!! 😤😤😤😤😤 Total waste of my time and money.. HOW IS THIS PLACE STILL IN BUSINESS?!?!?

Horrible! I just moved here from California, where nails are very important! The guy was very rude and did a horrible job on my nails. These were supposed to be long, coffin shaped...ha! He charged me $40 for this horrible job in which I removed from my body the very next day! I do not recommend anyone to go here! I thought it was a plus that he was open 24 hours, but I guess I paid the price for not listening to my sister who told me just to wait until the next day. Did I mention it was my wedding day? So unfortunate!

Used to be a reasonable place. Now there’s one guy rushing around trying to do everything. I’m finding a new place.

This place is horrible! Its only one person work in the whole salon. When he finally get to you he does a sloppy job. I went here 3 times and my nails would break off 1 or two days later! Every time I tell him, he starts screaming say he will fix it but it keeps happening. My nail paint is chipping off thw next day. He is so rude and hes unsanitary. I advice people to avoid this man. Dont waste your money on unprofessional work and bad customer services .

I came a few times and really tried to ignore the owners nasty attitude because the wife was mainly the one doing my nails.However the last few times I came in here, I got the owner and geesh he’s just really a ignorant POS.This time I got a pedicure. but when I came in I said I may want a full set tooAfter you proceeded to talk about my feet, barely cut or go through the process of a pedi... why would I get a full set.I had to ask you to correct multiple things while you were completing the job and you huffed and puffed the whole time. My toes look worse than when I came in.So he’s gets a obligatory 1star

Very bad customer service and no respect for his customers. Money hungry place. You cant run a business in a hurry and expect good quality work. Dont ever eva eva eva go there!!

I went to go get my nails done and they did not even do what i want on my nails.Do not waste your money on that place

I did my pedicure and chose a mate pink color, not only you can barely see the color but he didnt do a shape of my nails and he was rushing to help other customers as he was the only one working. Worst experience ever

REPORTING THEM TI THE NEVADA HEALTH BOARD!!! ABSOLUTELY THE MOST DISGUSTING PLACE IVE EVER BEEN!!!!!
