Justin did my nails for the second time today, and I just love my nails. He listens to what I want and is very patient! Love this place!

I went there first with Jessica; she used these dirty clippers on me and I never saw any cleaning supplies at her station. Then she didnt understand what I wanted so they switched me over with another girl( Selene??) she was very nice and appreciated her effort but she did mess up my ombre on my middle finger. I was only happy about the price being $80 since it was my first time there and didnt have a good first impression.

Depends so much on the nail stylist you get. I had only 1 out of 5 persons disappoint me. Polite management and clean, large facility.

I just had the worst experience in the last 10 years of getting my nails done.While taking off hard gel off my nails, the tattooed older guy broke off all my natural nails, while I told him I wanted to keep the length. He said because they were old. Well, how do you grow the fresh nail? DUHThen they charged me $10 extra for taking off the hard gel. Ludicrous.AVOID THIS PLACE.

I’ve been going here for the last 5+ years.I give this location a 5 star!Why? Sam the manager has always been very professional and his nail techs.For the price: it’s very affordableFor the quality of service: it’s amazing! The nail techs are always accommodating of the customer’s request.It is location at the Southwest area, across Arroyo parkway.

The service was quality for reasonable prices. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.

Environment was clean and nice. Everyone is friendly.Nail shaping was not at all what I wanted. She cut my nails way too short and shaped them like a square. When I pointed out that it was a little too short (I mentioned I wanted a round shape to grow out and into an almond shape later) she just kept doing a rounded square. I pointed it out 4 different times and by then it was so short I couldnt do anything. My sister got acrylics and her person also did round instead of almond like she asked. She even mentioned she wanted it like the other person next to her, whose nails were the perfect shape, but they still ended up looking rounded and chubby.Overall, wouldnt come back, but other staff is friendly and nice. Perhaps would have had better luck with someone else.

Environment was clean and the salon is very beautiful. BUT the nail-job was so poor and so bad. I have never seen anything like it. I went in with a picture; Pink coffin nails with a mat coating and stones on top. Very simple. I have had these nails done many times in a different shop. But was was walking by and decided to give this salon a try. They were all very friendly. The lady who did my nails didnt really understand my explanation of the nails nor the photo, cause what i ended up with was square french nails, very thick, and the filing job was the worst i have ever seen. My skin on my fingers and the nils were all glued together, which hurt a lot. And then i had acrylic all over my cuticles. This kind of job usually takes about and hour or maybe an hour and 20. But after 2 hours she was still not even done with the filing job. And then they charged me 70$, which is the most expensive nails i have had done in vegas. After the 2 hours was up i had to lead, i had other business to attend to, so i walked out of there. And Im never coming back.

Love the decor and layout of this nail salon! Warm and comfortable with a tranquil atmosphere.The receptionist Arissa was very pleasant with a genuine smile and extremely helpful in assisting with mani/pedi color options.The owners are extremely friendly and very knowledgeable pertaining to their craft, compared to other nail salons. I received a dip powder mani, which I was advised is better for my nail health than gel. I was very impressed with the final results, as well as the excellent customer service I received from Lilly.Sam, the owner is well liked and he is very respectful to all his clients.I highly recommend Sapphire Nails & Spa!

Ive been coming to James for about 6 months now and I just realized I never posted a review! James and the team certainly deserve the kudos though, so hopefully better late than never!James knows how to deliver **consistently** great service - both in the actual work he does on my nails as well as his customer service. He asks questions to make sure he knows what I want, but also makes sure he checks in as the shaping and polishing are happening to make sure Im still happy. Ive never walked out with anything less than awesome nails, and frequently get compliments on James designs.His team is obviously following his lead, as they are always so positive and kind. The salon (newly expanded and well appointed) is always spotless and well supplied. Sapphire Nails is by far my favorite, and the only place I will get my nails cared for.

My husband and I just was in the area and needed a nail salon. Came across Sapphire Nails and Spa. Thought we check it out!! Well lets just say so happy we found this place. OMG!! This is honestly the BEST by far experience I have had at a nail salon EVER!! From being welcomed to accommodation without an appointment. First class service!! Sam and Lisa are absolutely AMAZING!! Sam took care of me and Lisa took care of my husband!! You have to go this salon and especially try the Jelly Pedi!! It is heavenly!! The package and experience is just AWESOME!! Our feet and legs havent felt so good like this leaving a nail sail after a pedicure!! Sam and Lisa cant THANK YOU BOTH ENOUGH for taking care of us!! We will be coming back for sure!! Service is top notch!!!

I am WoWed to the MAX. I have slight OCD and kind of picky so for me to like a nail salon is rare.I just got my nails done by Lilly and she is so far the best nail technician I have ever had!! She actually listened to what I wanted and even had better ideas than me. I left this place extremely pleased and without a doubt I will be back!!

Took my mom here for her birthday. New favorite salon! The plaxe was very nice and clean, and the staff was very kind. Great service and quality!

Came here for a pedicure during a power outage due to traffic accident. They were very accommodating with half of the power. The tech was gentle but didnt do very well at all. Even with my guiding my polished toes were sloppy and chipped after 2 days. Good thing the ambience is good. Maybe a different tech and fill power and there could have been a different experience.

THIS PLACE IS NASTY. This place smells like something died in there. There was a dead fly in the chair next to me so thankful it wasn’t mine... The nail tech Sun started trying to take off my gel with an acrylic... he didn’t even out my nails like I asked... polish uneven & I asked for almond they are stiletto... if I could leave no stars I would

The workers were nice and funny i came to visit some family, but there nail job was done poorly. didn’t clean after customers, my gel nails chipped within 2 hours of getting them done, over charged, getting charged for shape is unreal, and gel is unreal im from oregon and the worst nail techs are better then what i had done.

One star because it has nice ambiance and employees were initially nice. However, seven days after a pedi-mani by Mimi, all of my cuticles remain sore and red, with peeling skin, four fingernail beds were clipped and bleeding and are still very tender, same on one of my toenails. I think there is infection, definitely inflamed. Horrible week at work, when every action is aggravated by sharp burning pains in my fingers. When I stopped in yesterday, the head guy Sam did not even offer an apology. Terrible way to treat people.Dont spend money at this place.

Im not usually the type to take straight to Google to post a review, but after 50 wasted minutes & gas of driving on the 215, now Im that person. Ive had a heck of a time finding a decent nail salon here in Vegas. I live 2/3 of the year in Reno, and it may be hard to believe, but Ive kept the same great tech for a decade now when Im the. After a few failed attempts at other Vegas salons, Sapphire caught my eye based on the good reviews and proximity to my yoga studio. James, the owner, is clearly the top tech from the reviews & fixes that hes done for other unhappy customers, and he did nice work for me a few times. Then one day I discovered that my pedi with him was passed to another tech because he was late. Today, upon arriving 5 minutes late for a mani with him, I was told that Id have to go with someone else. Then I asked, Can I at least have him remove my gel? Finally, the truth comes out: he called ahead and thought I wasnt coming and didnt come to the salon. That likely means he skipped out ahead of time and planned to have me passed off to someone else. I am glad that this salon/business is doing well and has expanded, but please take appointments more seriously. I have always considered my connection with a nail tech to be a relationship built on trust. Perhaps these things happen because Im not a regular or because of busy schedules & workloads, but these kinds of treatment cause a relationship to be broken.

I was in search of a new salon since I moved across town from Henderson. Went to three different salon before now Ive finally found my favorite salon. This salon is clean and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. My husband had pedicure for the first time and he absolutely loved it. I have been getting my acrylic nails done for over 15 years and I must say this is by far the best nails ive ever gotten. Thanks Sapphire Nails. We will be definitely be back and are recommending to all our friends and family.

I made an appointment for sculptured nails, spent more than I like to, but James made it worth while. I explained how i wanted my nails done and he did it no problem. I may have found my nail tech.

I went with my cousin and we both got a pedicure & our nails done we loved the service! Very friendly, we loved how patient they were, didnt feel rushed at all. Very professional, the lady who did my pedicure I believe her and her husband own the salon (not for sure though), but she had my cousin and me laughing and her husband did my nails and he also was very nice and just all around very happy and I love to be around a great invironment like that. Great prices also! I found my favorite nail salon and will be going there for now on. :)!!!

We recently moved here over summer, after going to several nail salons and being dissapointed, I tried sapphire nails... I have continued going back ever since! I love the owners and staff, everyone is so welcoming and friendly, my nails are always flawless! (Thank you Lily!) I’ll definitely be back again :)

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME !!! Kim and Henry ROCK the nail world with their 5 STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE, Attention to ALL MY NEEDS, not to mention PRICES that cant be BEATEN!! The Salon is CLEAN, FRIENDLY, with lots of SMILES :o) and good advice for any nail problem I may be experiencing. I called at the last minute this saturday, for a pedicure AND a fill, they fit me in and did an outstanding job on both. Kim does the BEST pedicure and leg/foot massage ever, and Henry is not only efficient, but works to PERFECTION!!!! I travel from Southern Highlands up to the 215 and pass a hundred other salons on my way, that are much closer to my residence. But I will ALWAYS go back to Kim and Henry for their OUTSTANDING WORK!!!

They had a consultant help me pick what I wanted and customized it exactly how I wanted. then the consultant told the nail tech exactly what I wanted! They were able to fix the disaster the last person did on my nails!! Most amazing experience I have ever had getting my nails done!!

I give this salon a 5 out of 5 and will definitely be coming back! Not only were they open late (11 pm) they had so Many services to offer a wide array of colors and the nail techs knew what they were doing! Son did my gel manicure with a chrome ombré and it’s stunning he was gentle and it was affordable! I’m very impressed! This will be my new salon! Thankyou again!!!

I’m from UNLV, checked on yelp they had good reviews.Oh my goodness it so horrible, the store look nice but the implements and towels horrible dirty, really bad.If you don’t cared about infection just come and try.

I felt the need to change my review of this salon. After a not so pleasant first experience the owner James personally reached out to me almost immediately and offered to fix my nails or give me a refund. I opted for him to fix them and he did a phenomenal job! He completely changed my opinion and i will definitely be going back to see him.

Stopped here after grabbing a bite to eat to get a gel mani and pedi. Everyone on the staff was really nice and accommodating and is a friendly environment. They said it was recently remodeled and you can see all the work they put into it. Im definitely going back to Sapphire next time I need my nails done!

They took way to long on my nails I just needed a fill, she took 1 hrs and 40 min working at a slow pace, they also charge me extra for design when she just put glitter on 4 nails.. not happy...
